Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
*Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Did you make sure that your security software isn't blocking the pop-ups?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on anoterh computer to help determine if you have an iPod or computer problem.

I have a 6th gen ipod nano that is not recognized by itunes on my PC (Windows 7). I get an error that it 'could not be identified properly'. I have tried all tips on the apple site to correct the problem, including unistalling and reinstalling itunes twice. Nothing works. Popup windows now launch a new tab in the same window
What happened to popup windows? They open in new tabs, which is very annoying. Does anyone know how I can change this?
Thanks!in my cPanel page, which is the control panel for my internet hosting, there is a place to go in and administer a mySQL database. Once inside that tool, there is a popup window for entering in SQL queries. At one time this would spawn a popup window. Now it simply loads a new tab within the same browser window.

To stop Firefox from checking whether it is the default browser, use the Options dialog as described in this article: [[Advanced settings for accessibility, browsing, system defaults, network, updates, and encryption]] (first screen shot).
To have your preferred browser make itself the default again, it may well prompt you, or you can check its Options dialog. -

All Apple iTunes Store accounts must have a valid form of payment set up. Even for free apps and updates. The Payment Declined message comes from your card issuer or payment source; Apple is just a pass-through for the message. You need to find out why your issuer is declining your card.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

BurrWalnut mentioned, first please run a virus scan to eliminate virus infection (if AV program is not opened in adobe)
The files association could be corrupted in your situation, apart from the solution posted in the first reply, I also suggest you check Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set your Default Programs or Associate a file type or protocol
with a progra,, manually check the association and check if it can do some help.
Add: another way to open restore point is launching it in recovery console, please refer to this guide

My iphone 4s is no longer detecting wifi since the IOS8 updates came out. I've restarted, rest the networks, reset the phone back to factory settings, and even tried the freezer trick. It is STILL not detecting ANY wifi networks. HELP!!! I cannot afford to go over my data and I use wifi at home and work... I believe the updates have caused the issue, because it was working fine before the second update released (I hadn't put the first one one until I noticed it had stopped working, and by then the second IOS8 version had came out). They need to do a third update to fix this issue.
If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service.
