Sign out of iMessage in the Accounts tab of the preferences dialog, then sign back in. If there's no change, log out of your user account, log back in, and try again.

Cropping in LR5 (and 4) not open the photo in PS CC

need to know if someone is experiencing this issue. When I crop a photo in LR5 or 4 and open it in PS cc, the photo is not opened. If I go back and reset the cropping, then the photo and all edits made are exported and visible in PS cc
That s happening in both LR4 and 5. FURTHERMORE; if the crop is vertical , from a horizontal èpicture, the photo is opened in PS BUT the crop not maintened i.e the original sized photo is shown.

Two persons in the other thread have uninstalled NIK-software and seem to have no problems anymore...other than the inability to use the NIK-software plugin.
You've mentioned that other people have uninstalled NIK-software to no avail...tried to google that but haven't found anything yet. Can you give me a link?
I live in the Netherlands where there's also no support by phone, just this forum. Would be nice if a Adobe staff member would acknowledge this specific problem here or on the other thread I've mentioned before.

It thinks there is no information there! If I revert to 3.6 how long will security be maintained. At the moment I am opening Mozilla for web browsing but IE for my email account. I am not very PC literate so need simple answers.
Apparently TalkTalk mail will work with Firefox 4 and Firefox 5 ''if'' you set the browser to ''lie'' to TalkTalk mail by saying that you are still using version 3.6.

Note: when you open about:config the first time, it will display a warning message that you should be careful with the changes you make. That's definitely good to bear in mind.

Cannon 6D requires CS6 with ACR 7.3. You either have to upgrade or convert to DNG files.

1- Remove iphoto
2- Install it again from the iLife11 disc.
3- Download and install manually the update to iPhoto 9.1:

4- Dowload and install manually the update to iPhoto 9.3:

5- Depress the option and command keys and Launch iPhoto
6- Rebuild library -
When I try to update an App I am getting my old email address (which no longer works) and when I put in its password it says password or username is wrong. but it does not give me an option to put in my new user name. How can I correct this.
What you are getting is the AppleID (AppleID can be an email adress) used at the time of the purchase of this app. It is an identifiant allowing Apple to link your purchase to your account.
If you want to manage associated email, you can go at https://appleid.apple.com but the AppleID could never be modified.
I do not know if in your case, it is just that you no longer use your old email address or that you actually a 2 AppleID. In any case, you will have to remember the password related to the account used for your purchase. If you don't, just use the link above to try to retreive your password.
