After deleting an event again shows the same event. I need help!

Contacted Bell Mobility support, who advised to wipe the Blackberry. This resolved the issue.

  • Motorola Services Contact re-appears after delete and multiple times

I have owned this Motorola Droid 3 for a week or so and I am having problems with Contacts. I have successful syncs with gmail, but I don't know why some contacts continue to reappear and continue to be added in spite of deleting them and in spite of already having a contact with the same name. When one edits a contact I want which is in gmail, scrolling the edit page reveals multiple instances of the same contact labeled "Motorola Services Contac". Then if I delete this contact, after a couple of hours, the deleted contact re-appears with multiple instances again. The multiple instances continue to grow and eventually the contact application boggs down. Can anyone help?

My gmail account contacts are the ones I want. The "Motorola Services contacts" list include the gmail ones, and ones that have been deleted. When I delete all the contacts in the phone by using an App (MyPhoneExplorer), the phone contact list ends up being the precise list that's in gmail, the list I want. A few hours later the "Motorola Services contact" list reappears. Apparently this happens every few hours, as you see repeated instances of all the "Motorola Services contacts" joined as I see by editing a contact. It is as the "Motorola Services contacts" are somewhere in the phone memory. My Backup Assistant list in verizon is empty. I guess I will visit the Verizon rep as I have cleared data areas in the sync services, and any other attempt I make does not cure this problem for me....  Al

  • Events reappear after deleting

When I delete an event on ical it reappears and will not stay deleted. I have backed up, rebuilt, emptied ical caches, emptied calendar caches, restarted all to no avail.

I am having a similar issue. Some re-occurring events can be changed or deleted and others (I created) won't disappear when I "delete". (I went through trying to make events have an end date to try to help some MobileMe sycing issues.) Not sure what is happening. I am about to install update of 10.5.5. Wondering if that will help or make it worse?

  • Reminders still appearing after deletion

I have an issue with the reminders app on my iphone in which a certain location based reminder keeps appearing when i get to this location even though i deleted it months ago.  Any ideas would be great. I have a feelingi might need to reset the phone and really don't wanna do that.
    Thanks

Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)
Don't worry, you won't lose anything.

  • Emails keep re-appearing after deleting in icloud

I just updated my mobileme to icloud.  When I delete my e-mails in my iphone or on my mac they keep re-appearing in my inboxes.  Any idea how to make it stop?

Try restarting your Mac and your iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  • Mail message re-appears after deleting

Somehow a message in mac mail will not go away. No matter how many times I delete it, it comes back sometime later. It's a message that I wrote and keeps showing up in my DRAFTS folder.

rebuild your drafts mailbox using mailbox menu->rebuild. also, is your account IMAP? then you can try deleting this message directly on the server from webmail interface. in general for imap accounts I suggest turning off the option to keep drafts on the server. that's done in mail preferences->accounts->mailbox behavior.

  • Printers kept on appearing after deletion Windows 7

Not necessarily GPO, remove the printer from Printers and Devices, then go to control panel > administration tools > print management and then find the driver for the printer you are having the issue with and delete it. Restart the computer, is the printer still there?
    Here's a quick guide http://www.7tutorials.com/geek-way-managing-printers-print-management-console

Definitely are being re-added by Group Policy. Open up your Group Policy Management Console and scroll through your GPOs. Delete or modify that GPO. Remove the printers from the client.. Go out to the client and open a command prompt, do a gpupate /force and reboot.
Tip: You can do a batch delete by modifying that GPO in Edit, under Action change from "Create" or "Update" to "Delete". You will need to do a gpupate /force on the clients to get it to take the deletion... Or you can wait till your domain controllers update the clients (overnight usually... Ours update at midnight each night).

  • Contacts keep appearing after deletion

In anticipation of acquiring an iPhone, I'm going to clean up my contacts.
My Palm is the best repository of contacts, happily being the source between iSync and my t610 phone.
But now there's been some duplication and other crap and I want to start over.
OK, turn off sync'ing via .Mac, the t610. Then I removed the contents of the Address book from my user/library/Application support/Address Book/
But a few minutes after opening up Address Book, all these contacts show up.
My question, where are they coming from?
    thanx, sam

It doesn't apply to you then, as SyncServices support was added to a recent update of MS Office 2004.
Apart from that (which I've experienced myself), I can't think of anything else that would be causing your issue.

  • Leave request collision with new request after deleting previous

For some users we get following errormessage in the leave request screen:
    message class HRTIM_ABS_REQ - message 124
    -> "Conflict with 2001 (absences) from ... to ...."
This errormessage is appearing after deleting a wrong leave request and requesting a new request for the same day (but with other amount of hours). We can insert this request manually in pa30, but the user is always getting this blocking error in de EQQ-screen.
Can somebody help me with the location where this errormessage is generated?

OK, I found myself already that I have to look in method CL_PT_ARQ_BLOP_ADAPTER~MAINTAIN_TIMEDATA for this error message.
Somebody else a good idea about this error?

  • After updating to IOS 6.0.1 I cannot copy photos from the iPhoto library to the iPhone. The events appear correctly but the photo count in all the Events is 0

Same problem here, and it's not isolated.

I believe you will find you can again sync Photos if you delete the "iPod Photo Cache", but predict that any subsequent attempt will fail.  In my case, the enxt sync removes all the photos again - I've seen other reports of error messages upon sync.  Mine just fails silently. :-)

  • I deleted the photos via Finder and empty trash long time ago. The thing is, that I want to recover one event or album.  The event appears in the iphoto but when open, it shows "!". Is it possible to recover the photos?

I deleted the photos via Finder and empty trash long time ago. The thing is, that I want to recover one event or album.  The event appears in the iphoto but when open, it shows "!". Is it possible to recover the photos?

No.  When you removed the photos via the finder you damage the library.  Photos should always be removed from the library using iPhoto, never with the Finder.
If you have a Time Machine backup of the library from before you deleted the photos you can restore the library to the Desktop and export that album from it to import into your current library.
It's been too long to be able to try one of the file recovery applications.  You sure to have overwritten those files with new files since them.

  • Event Keeps Reappearing After Delete, Event Keeps Reappearing After Delete

I created an event and noticed subsequently that, in addition to this, the same event appeared again on a different date. I left the original and deleted the spurious event/date but, as soon as I touch any other date to make a new entry, it reappears - same spurious event on same date!! I am running iCal Version 7.0 (1835.1). I have done the usual Quit/Force Quit iCal and shutdown/restart. Anyone any ideas as to why please?
Now found this discussion already in progress but can't delete this one - help!!

    What is the folder's name?

  • Superfluous names appear after I type the first letter of a person's name in the address bar of my text message program. How do I delete them. They freqiuently are people I never text, but had a text encounter with i the past.

Superfluous names appear after I type the first letter of a person's name in the text message address bar. Most of these names are people I rarely if ever have contact with, but may have once or twice. They are not in my contact list. How may I get rid of them?

They will also be listed in 'Previous Recipients' in Mail. You should also delete them there.
