Anyone can give me some example for the events at transaction code EA19? I need the event to implement some budget billing amount into it.

We have one scenario, we have made one package material concept just like BOM for header material we have created one material for which we have maitain BOM and for that item category as ZBOM, when we enter this parent material in Sales order all child items as per BOM coming in the SO after that we are making delivery with VL01N and in VL01N for header material i.e parent material pick qty. is 0 as we want to dispatch only child items parent material is made only to get all BOM items but after VL01N if we go for J1IJ or VF01 there also that parent material is coming delivery qty 0 but we want that is delivery qty. is zero that material should not come in J1IJ and VF01.
How to do this .

Hi,
Setting in VTFL is OK , when I remove the the material from VTFL for delivery to billing process that materail is not coming in VF01 when creating billing document ref. to delivery , but before VF01 we have to do J1IJ capture excise details , and in J1IJ i want that material with Item category ZBOM should not come or material with delivery picked qty. : 0 should not come in J1IJ.

Drag event for Actionscript created Panel.

I have a panel and inside this panel is a tree. When I drag
and drop a node from the list onto the application a panel is
created in the coordinates of the mouse. Until now everything
works. However how can I initiate drag and drop for the created
panel since it is not in mxml and I cannot use the mouseMove
property? Below is the code for the created panel. I have a
dragStart function that starts the whole custom drag and drop but
it works for mxml created controls. How can I do the same for
actionscript ones?

Activity profile for shipment- create billing document

Hi Expert,
Few days ago, I discovered in some posts the functionality of "Activity Profile". As we want to automate the creation of invoices wheh a shipment is planed, I try this functionality. I create the variant and link it with the activity "For Planning". I tested it and invoices are well created.
But, because there is always a "but", the invoice that is automaticaly created is of type F2 - Billing Documents however we want that F8 - Proforma invoice type will be used. Any idea where to configure the billing document type to be use when creating invoices with an activity profile ?

To decide if a proforma or a F2 is created you have
to define this in the item category type of the sales order items (VOV7)
For the case they have invoice relevance 'D' then the activity
profile would create a proforma invoice.
Within function module SD_SHIPMENT_CREATE_INVOICE it is checked which delivery is relevant for
invoicing and which invoice type has to be created (call transaction
VF01).

Create new event for BOR object for vendor creation

          I AM working on workflow.. Requrement is that , when a vendor is created I wanted the workflow to be triggered..
But I dont find any bussiness object for this...
      Then I have created customized BOR object super type as LFA1. And created new event. Now I need to assign functionlity to this event, that is As soon as the vendor is created this event should be triggered so that I can use this as the start event for the workflow..
Plz guide me ...

How to create events for a limited amount of months

Hi guys,
It happened to me more than once wanting to create an event that would repeat every month for 5 months ( example ) and having to create an individual event for every single month since there is now way to limited the amount of months a event can occur.
Is there a way to limit the amount of months of an event?

When you are in the View Cluster maintenance dialog (SE54) click on dialog "Events".
Below the field for the view cluster you have an additional field <b>FORM routines main program</b>. There you have to add the main program containing the FORM routines called by the VC events.
For example: I had defined a normal report containing an include with all the FORM routines. The report contains only the following lines of coding:
report zus_0120_u1.
* Common Data und access routines for user exits in VC maintenance
include LSVCMCOD.
include zus_0120_f1. "FORM routines for VC events
Now in the "Events" dialog of the view cluster maintenance you assign your FORM routines to the events.

Stop the Billing Doc creation for error confirmation

Hello Experts,
This is regarding the Billing issue.
Our Service Process: We create the Service Process and also create the followup confirmations.
For ex: I have created one SP and also created one followup two confirmations.
The second Confirmation contained an error and it has generated Billing Document
Actually The bill should not be generated until all confirmation contain no error and only one billing document should be generated per Service Call.
Could you help to stop ,the Billing Doc creation for Error Confirmations?

Writing own event for Reservation creation BUS object

I am trying to create a workflow that should get triggered when a new reservation is created for approval. I am using the BOR object for material reservation but it does not contain an event of creation. I wish to create a new event and then add code to the event so that a mail to an approver can be sent. Using the approval received I need to confirm the reservation else render it cancelled.
I require help in creating the event and writing the event code for it.

Hello Zankruti,
    Indeed, there's no such event for BUS2093. And if you try to do this to object BUS2093, you will come across error: "No change document object for business object type BUS2093".
    Given this, in your case, I am afraid that you will have to extend object BUS2093 by using delegation - then you will be able to add events CREATED or CHANGED, if necessary. Use transaction SWO1 to this, click on "settings" delegate, delegation type = ZBUS2093(for example) - you will delegate your ZBUS2093 type to BUS2093. After that, you will be able to create the events.
Following the idea, I believe that the easiest way to do this is thorugh enhancement MBCF0007 (Customer function exit: Updating a reservation). Click on components, and then you will see EXIT_SAPMM07R_001. Within this exit, you can call SWE_EVENT_CREATE_IN_UPD_TASK (you trigger the events you will have created above).

Error while creating Billing doc using VF01 for Debit memo req. from RRB

I am creating billing doc for my Debit memo req. which is created using RRB(DP90, DP95).
Error message - Item 000010 does not exist.
When I debugged and looked into code it seems following lines are causing problem.

This code was not in 4.6 system.
We have just migrating from 4.6 to 6.0 and facing this issue while testing.

Please create a subtype for BOR BUS2009, say Z_BUS2009 and include your custom characteristic entities like Events, Methods, Key fields etc and finally do delegation. After delegation, all your custom changes reflects in BOR BUS2009.
