Event gets triggered Two times everytime

Dear Experts,
I am using an event Changed of BOR LIKP(Outbound Delivery). It gets triggered twice. I am unable to find the reason. Please help.

Terminating Event Getting triggered more than once

Hi All,
I am facing a very peculiar problem in PR release workflow(item wise release, business object BUS2009).
One of the requirements of the workflow is to send a mail to PR initiator once it is rejected by any of the approvers(4, in my case). The event associated with the cancellation of the workflow is REJECTION_START.
The problem is that this event is being triggered more than once. One thing that i have observed is that if eg. second level of approver cancels it, the event is triggered twice. Likewise if third level of approver cancels it, it is being triggered thrice. Which leads to sending of 2 and 3 mails respectively to the PR initiators mailbox.
Why is this happening? Ideally, only one event should have been triggered, and the triggering of the event should have been independent of PR approver's level. I am at my wits end regarding this.
Any suggestions in this regard will be highly appreciated

If you check for 2nd level rejjection two release Code is associated so it triggers 2 times and same for 3rd level approval.
I think you have to put some sort of filter using FM SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_OBJECT
in the attribute portion of yopur custom BO.
The attribjute will check this FM and if it has entries that means already a Workflow has been triggered it should set the flag as X.
Make use of this attribute in defining the start condition of this task thru
SWB_COND.

2 custom events getting triggered on user status change

Hi all,
In IQS21 transaction, once a user changes the user status I need to send a work item to the superior.So for this I have delegated
the business object BUS7051 to ZBUS7051. I have created 2 custom events HOD and APP.
I have even configured all the settings in BSVZ.
There are 3 user statuses 1.Created 2.HOD 3 .APP
Once user changes the status from Created to HOD a work item(notification in change mode) should go to the superior and similarly from HOD to APP also.
The problem is when I change status from Created to HOD,APP event is also getting triggered along with HOD.
Please tell me where I am wrong.

The APP event is used for Display the notification right? The two events are triggered for the same process. So the two events are linked with same process. Have you done anything in SWEC?

Validation Event getting called multiple times

I am saving an eform after entering a wrong percentage in it.On opening the same eform it gives the validate message "Percentage not valid" pop up .This popup should come only once but its coming around 25-26 times.I checked and find that the validate event is getting called multiple times for the same field.Can someone tell why this is happening and how to resolve this

EEM - same event is triggered multiple times in a short period

I have a applet that will monitor the routing flapping..
event manager applet route-flag
event routing network 10.1.2.0/24 type modify
action .....
I like to have a hold down timer feature of this EEM appet. Let's say the event is triggered immediately when there is one change to the 10.1.2.0/24 network, but do not trigger it again if there is another change to within 60 sec. So what I want is the action will only run once no matter how many changes within 60sec.
How can I achive this?

There isn't a native feature to do this. You could do something using multiple applets like:

Workflow getting triggered many times

Hi all ,
I m working on Travel management workflows. I have set the triggering event as BUS2089->Created . But Whenever I m saving a travel request , it is triggering the workflow which is not desired .
How can this be rectified ???

I analysed the problem earlier.
I switched on the EVENT TRACE and ran one TRIP CREATION cycle. I can find that BUS2089 - REQUESTCREATED event is triggered. Well, as per our scenario, I changed that Created Trip, and I can still find the BUS2089 - REQUESTCREATED event even for this action also.
And If I am not wrong this workflow gets triggered for BUS2089 - REQUESTCREATED event(refer your Trip WF Basic Data-Start Events).
So, to avoid this problem, I have used a USER EXIT for TRIP to trigger my WF manually.
Please refer the enhancement FITR0003 for the TRIP Userexit.
I hope this should clear your problem as myn.

Fields are getting displayed two times in alv grid

Hi experts,
I have developed an interactive alv.
in basic list i have given two push buttons.
if first button is selected it should display one list and second button is selected another list.
I am displaying all the three lists using the FM 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'.
my problem is if select any of the button it is displying the data correctly,
but if I come back to the basic list and click on the same button it is displaying each field two times(in two columns).
and if click the same button third time it is displaying the fields three times(3 columns).
can anybody tell me how to avoid this.

PO output triggers two times (Fax & Email)

Hi Gurus,
My client is using SRM4.0 extended classic scenario. When user creates PO, its output is generating two times. This is happening some time, now always. PO output time difference is 2-3 seconds. Can anyone please help me.

Iphone time changes and calendar events get triggered

Iphone 3GS recently updated to IO5 .... Windows PC (vista)...... Every so often, usually about once a day, sometimes twice a day. The correct time that shows jumps forward like 2-3 days with the wrong time. I lose AT&T connection and my calendar events for the next 2-3 days flash on my iphone one right after the other. I hit "close" and the next event flashes up on the screen. I do this for all the events that come up. After all the events are closed, AT&T network is connected again like nothing is wrong. Anyone have or had this issue? Solutions? Thanks.

Nope, and this isn't the first problem I've been having with this phone. For months now I've been unable to use itunes on my computer to sync with my phone because it keeps coming up as not being able to read it and asking me to reset my phone to factory.

[Bug] PhotoshopCallback event gets triggered by a jsx script !!

It looks like there is a bug in the PhotoshopCallback mechanism.
I registered a listener for "setd" photoshop events, and the listener is triggered by a jsx script !
Jsx scripts never trigger events in Photoshop. If I setup a "normal" listener in Photoshop (using notifiers), it is not triggered.
This is a problem for me because I get notified of my own modifications, and I have no way of discriminating. That can cause infinite loops, and I can't get around it !
Are you aware of that problem ?

Event Alert firing Two times when updated Sales order

I have created one event alert. It is working fine while creating a new sales order i am getting email once. But once any sales order has updated means I am getting multiple Emails for same. Please find below mentioned i am using in Alert . In the query term_id 1045 & 1046 are 'Prepayment' values.
Any one help on this issue. This issue applicable only in PROD instance.

Get mails two times

Hi!
Sometimes I get my e-mails twice.
I've to go to the bin, close "mail" and open mail again and go to the inbox to read the second mail (which is shown as unread at the top).
I'm using pop3.
I've got the 3GS with iOS4. What can I do?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
When I send them they arrive in seconds.
Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Two events getting trigered even though only one is being raised !

I am creating a workflow for TRIP approval. In Start events I have added following two events :
1. CREATED
2. CHANGED
Whenever a trip gets created or changed both the events get triggered thus two workflows start.
I can customize my workflow for only one event but the issue is why two events are getting triggered ?

not dealt with TRIP object,
but the CHANGED event, is it created by you thru SWEC?
If yes, check if the entry has OnChange and not Create.

Events not triggering in RV60AFZZ exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE

I need to start workflow when invoice is created. As there is no standard event for the same, so I created new business object and trigger the event with FM SWE_EVENT_CREATE calling in user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in include RV60AFZZ.
This works perfectly fine when I create an invoice with VF01. But when a batch program RV60SBAT is called for the same, this is when i am facing the problem. This program takes multiple delivery numbers and creates more than one invoice documents. And in debug i see that event is created two times. Even in SWEL i see that event is created for each invoice document created.But workflows work for last document only.Workflow is a background activity which updates a table.Entries for last document are only updated. I feel this is something related to update task or some bundling technique that might be used in standard program. I mean most probably last document number is being passed to all workflows. Please help me how to counter this problem and send individual number to each workflow.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have checked the program the values are coming fine. It is like workflow gets invoice no and calls two reports:
SUBMIT ZSDTD0008
WITH SELECTION-TABLE it_seltab AND RETURN EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY.
SUBMIT ZSDTD0009
WITH SELECTION-TABLE it_seltab AND RETURN EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY.
This is done inside the function module which is called inside business object method.
As two events trigger at same time(two invoices are created), proper values are passed.
Strange thing is that if i take these two in debug then above mentioned programs, process for both of them.But without debug,in background, only one is processed(second one). It is something related to SUBMIT being called parallely for the same program.

IPhone : webViewDidFinishLoad being triggered multiple times

In my app I have a web viewer and in my code I do a 'loadRequest' to populate it. I'm trying to determine when the page finishes loading using the 'webViewDidFinishLoad' delegate. For most pages like yahoo, or google, the delegate is only called once when the load is finished. For abcnew.com, the delegate gets triggered 3 times. I do a NSLog() every time my delegate code is entered, so I'm just counting my log entries from the console window.
I'm wondering why 'webViewDidFinishLoad' is getting called 3 times for abcnews.com but only once for most other sites I try.

It probably does. I was just trying different pages to see what would happen. That is when I noticed abc.com triggers the delegate three times, yet google.com and yahoo.com only once. I guess I'll have to do some more research to better understand what webViewDidFinishLoad is really doing.
