Hi
I am able to find out from which agent this error is causingby the below command
get-monitoringobject -id HealthServiceId
I have followed the below steps to resolve the ssue
1. Stopped the Health service
2. Deleted the Health Service State Folder
3. Started the Health service
Still the issue was not fixed.  This error is coming from a Domain controller. The agent pointing to the gateway server so i have followed the same above steps on the gateway server but still the issue not resolved.  Then I have restarted the SDK,
Config and Health Service on the RMS server but still I am getting the error.
Help us on this.

  • One Management Server is Grey and it's not our RMS server.

    Greetings -
One of our SCOM 2007 Servers is Grey and in the even log I see a bunch of 4508 errors.  This is our SCOM 2007 environement and it never get touched much as there is only exchange on it, and until they move to exchange 2013 they wont be moving to SCOM
    2012.
So the RMS server is working fine, but the other server we had set up by definition is our WebConsole, Reporting, Collecting server.  It has been grey for a month or so as we have tried all the normal "Grey Agent" ways to get it back talking.
    Cleared agent Cache and such.
What could this be, where could we look to see what is wrong? since we are getting alerts that is the main function of this scom enviroment as I dont think anyone uses reporting or the web console but still i am sure it impacts something we use as well.

    Hi,
As the problematic management server is in grey state, I would like to suggest you run
Show Gray Agent Connectivity Data task.
The Show Gray Agent Connectivity Data task will help you identify why an agent is gray.
Please also turn off firewall on both RMS and the grey management server, and re-flush health service state and caches.

    Hi,
As I understand, you found event id 3351 in event log. Please collect more information as below:
Check if the error also occurs on other servers in your farm.
Check if backup job is scheduled at the time when the event id occurs.
Please run Config Wizard or psconfig.exe -cmd secureresources on all servers and test the issue again.

  • Project Server Error Event ID 6971 when upgrading from Project Server 2007 to 2010.

    Hi All,
I get the following error when trying to import a project server site from PS 2007 to PS 2010.  The error occurs after the provisioning is completed.  The initial error with event id 7381 is:
"ProjectSite post provision setup completed with errors"
This error is followed by Event Id 6971 and the following error text.  I checked the site and I do see the sub sites under the main project server site, but the actual PWA site is not created and integrated with the project server components.  The
database upgrade of all the 4 Project Server databases went through ok.  I am not sure how to fix this problem.  Any help that you guys can provide is great appreciated.

    Hi Anand,
     Thanks for the info.
Basic rule for DB attach method is, we should not change Project Web Application site collection name. E.g of old site was /PWA , when we move databases from one farm to another site should
be provisioned as /PWA.  Brian Smith's excellent blog article can help you to understand common issues
As per the error message posted earlier, looks like you are trying to provision PWA site as “Testsite”

  • RMS Error when retrieve from server

    Dear Expert,
I setup AD RMS Server and Client in my test lab. I found the problem in this picture. when I connect Microsoft Office and RMS Server. Please help to suggest.

    Hi MasterBird,
Cause: Most likely there is an untrusted certificate or a certificate revocation list (CRL) cannot be resolved.
If there are any warnings when using Internet Explorer to browse and access the AD RMS "pipeline" URLs , then Office applications will fail to be able to contact the AD RMS server. The reasons for this
    include the following:
Mismatched names such as if the certificate involved was issued for a different name than what is being requested
    The certificate involved have expired.
The certificate involved from an untrusted authority.
Also, Microsoft Office applications will also fail if the CRL (Certificate Revocation URL) cannot be reached.  In this specific case, Internet Explorer might not provide an error or warning message.
Resolution:  First, verify that certificate being requested matches the name of the one that is is being used to support the pipeline URLs and that
it has not expired or been issued from an untrusted authority. While self-signed certificates can be used in test deployments for AD RMS, it is recommended they not be used in live production AD RMS deployments that have exposure to external networks or in
    Internet-facing configurations.

    Hi,
“All but one database are upgradable. However, one database gives:
    Invalid object name 'Webs'.”
Did the sentence you mean only one database not upgrade to SharePoint 2013 and given the error?
One or more of the following might be the cause:
    Insufficient SQL Server database permissions
    SQL Server database is full
    Incorrect MDAC version
    SQL Server database not found
    Incorrect version of SQL Server
SQL Server collation is not supported
    Database is read-only
To resolve the issue, you can refer to the following article which contains the causes and resolutions.

Anybody ever get any events like this before? I'm not finding much or nothing on Google or on other forums, so I thought I would run it past and see if anyone has experienced anything of a similar
nature. And yes, the farm account obviously has creator/secadmin permissions, at this point of our deployment....
I look forward to any and all feedback. Thanks and good afternoon!

I figured out the answer to this myself. For those few who might run into something akin to my error...
During the off-hours of where I work, I re-applied the farm account credentials to all dB server VM SQL services that had the account for a log-on (i.e., MSSQLSERVER, SQLSERVERAGENT, etc.) as well as all SharePoint services on our WFE/App Server VM (a two
server farm is what we host), in that order. Then I rebooted the dB server first, followed by the SharePoint server. Upon coming back, everything was working fine again. I was able to provision a site, no probelm, and it seemed to even be a little snappier
    when doing so.
One note: doing this procedure gave me a "One or more services have started or stopped unexpectedly" error in the Health Analyzer, for the SPTimerV4 service. When you get this, simply enter into the item and click on "Reanalyze Now;" this will quickly clear
the error out of the Analyzer, and all should be right with the world! :)

  • Event ID 139 error MUP

    We have following situation:
On most of our Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 systems we get an "Delayed Write File" event, about every 5 minutes.
    Event ID: 139
    Source: Mup
Description: {Delayed Write FIle} Windows was unable to save all data for the file \\.... etc
I tried using different network storage and I get same error. At first I thought it was local volume error so I ran chkdsk /r on local volume and that did not fix it. So I went to eventvwr to check and I see those error. Please advise.

After many hours of searching for answer I came across with this issue
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/bdc40358-45c8-4c4b-883b-a695f382e01a/very-slow-network-performance-with-intel-nic-when-tcp-large-send-offload-is-enabled?forum=winserverhyperv
    This solved my problem.

  • Error Message in MDM Server Log

    Hi Experts,
Can anybody tell me what could be the problems if we have the following scenario ?
For an example: Our MDM Server is based on 5.5 SP06, MDM Server name is DFM and our repository name is MDMQ110.
    1) Checking the Reports from this Repository MDMQ110 from MDM Console, no errors and no warning. This repository can be loaded successfully and completed.
    2) Server Log has an error in message:
Error: Service 'DFM', Schema 'MDMQ110_m000', ERROR CODE = 0,
    SELECT LENGTH(Data) FROM A2i_Misc_Blobs WHERE Id=1000
Thanks very much for your help in advance
    Regards,
    WD

    Hi Kanstantsin,
Thanks for your reply. I have done the stop and repair but It did not help any. By repair, there are no errors and warnings that have been fixed which I can see in the repository reports.
The Assertion Log has come up first with the messages like:
    6426            2010/01/12 09:07:08.500               Error: Data_2 accelerator does not exist in A2i_CM_Accelerator_Status
    6426            2010/01/12 09:07:08.683               Error: Data_53 accelerator does not exist in A2i_CM_Accelerator_Status
    4884 2010/01/12 09:43:30.335   Error: KeyWord_2_F4_Leng_USA accelerator does not exist in A2i_CM_Accelerator_Status
As soon as I run into MDM, the Server Log has come up the same messages:
It looks like not only happened to this repository. As I can see if I load any other repository, there are the same messages in Server Log but only the repository name in the message is different.

  • I keep getting a popup error message in Ical "server does not recognize name/password

I keep getting a popup error message in Ical "server does not recognize name/password"  This started after they did the change to Icloud and extended our subcriptions.
    Tricia

I guess that the server name is incorrect, then.
    Did it ever work?
Delete the account, reboot the phone, then add it back and be sure you choose Yahoo as the mail server type. Everthing should then fill in automatically except your user name and password.

If WCS is indeed installed on http://localhost:7101 and it can't see http://127.0.0.1:7101 then you should check to see if there is any restriction on the app server, OS, or firewall (though these requests probably aren't leaving the box) that could be preventing requests of this sort. You're seeing the event engine trying to talk to the event host.
