Why don't I get all my notifications?

i stopped receiving notifications from the CNN app after I updated to iOS 8.0.2. Notifications are turned on for CNN and I know that my wife is receiving notifications from CNN on her iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.2 installed. Is there something I can do to fix this? Is it a bug?

If you are having issues with receiving notifications, then check out the articles below troubleshooting the issue further. What you may end up doing is removing the app and installing it again to test out.

Why don't I get Messages notifications any more?

I'm running iOS7's most recent OTA Beta and at some point my messages stopped notifying me. I've checked my notification center and it's setup right, I've changed settings and still no love. Verified DND is not on, rebooted repeatedly, killed the process, stood on one leg...
I get txt/imsg/sms messages but no notifications or badge displays until I open the app THEN it shows me I have unread messages.

If you're using the Beta version, you'll still need to ask in the developer forum.

My Twitter mobile notifications stopped. I checked the Twitter account and it's okay. I can send and receive from others in my contact list. What's up with this?

I usually receive about 9k-10k messages per month. I received my last Twitter mobile notification at ~7am this morning. It's 3:15pm or so and I haven't received any. I restarted my phone, that didn't change anything. I powered off and turned my phone back on, that didn't work either. I pulled the battery and that didn't nothing. I delete messages everyday so they don't stack up.

Did you receive notifications in the past but they then stopped arriving?
Do you receive calling and/or chat notifications only?
Do you share your device with others who log into a different Skype account?

NO. If you purchased the phone in Saudi, then FaceTime is permanently disabled on the phone and even if you go to India you will NEVER be able to get it on that phone.
You will never be able to get FaceTime on that phone and if you want it, then the only option that you have is to buy a new phone from a country that does not ban FaceTime.

ok for facetime and imessage go into settings turn them off make sure to make an icloud backup and then go to settings general erase all content and settings and then set it up from the backup it should activate your imessage and facetime

How to get email notifications from facebook to open in the app and not in interent browser

I receive email notifications from facebook when someone posts to my wall or share something with me and when I click the link to open it, it goes to my internet browser instead of opening the facebook app. How do I fix this so the facebook app open automatically?

I just started a project to use AutoCAD files and Adobe.
For starters, I've been creating in AutoCAD LT 2015, then using the "Export" to PDF feature, then opening the pdf version in Adobe.

last thing you can try would be go to settings, general, settings, reset all settings

I'm not sure why these folks are having trouble understanding your request. I will dumb it down for them. Is there an option to have the iPhone only provide me with notifications when I'm not on the phone. Having my $800ish phone buzz and interrupt my phone conversation (after all primary function of this iPhone is being a phone) to let me know one of my Facebook friends has challenged me to a game of words with friends. I don't want my iPhone to not notify me at all. It can notify me after the call (again primary function) is complete. Going through menus and turning off notifications all together is absolutely silly. I wouldn't want to have to navigate through the menus and turn them off and then on an then off just to make or receive a phone call. Could you imagine answering you phone with, "hey, just wait I have to turn my notifications off so I can have this conversation." every time you wanted to talk on the phone.
So yeah. Again not sure why they were having trouble with understanding you. I hope this helps clarify it for them.

As Ethmoid says, it is still a CDMA phone as I told you earlier, and it will not work with t-mobile. Even if Sprint unlocked the phone, it would only unlock the GSM side for international use. They will not unlock the GSM side for domestic use in the US.

I had a similar issue with my phone.....it just shut off and wouldn't come back on even thought it was charged. My daughter toggled the mute switch several times and then she pressed and held down the home and lock buttons. It worked......would be worth a shot.
