Events created on my 700p will not transfer to my desktop!

It has cost me work!!!!!! If I modify the event after trying to sync it will transfer, but not with simply creating the event. Events created on the desktop will transfer to 700p.
I'm using Missing sync. Please help!!!!!!
1.33 gig powerbook, 1.25 ram, 10.4.4 Mac OS X (10.4.4)

When you synchronized for the very first time using the Missing Sync for Palm OS, did you set your Mark/Space contact, event and task conduits to Overwrite handheld with desktop data? If so, did you do so by selecting the Overwrite on Next Sync option, or Overwrite Always?
First, check your Mark/Space Events conduit to insure that it is set to Synchronize. If it is not, correct that configuration. If it is, do this:
• launch iSync
• open the Preferences… dialog
• press the Reset Sync History button
If you did not originally set your conduits to have the computer overwrite your handheld once, configure them to do that now, and synchronize. If you had set them that way, then simply synchronize if they are now set to synchronize.
Resetting your synchronization history removes any data maintained by the truth database but does not affect client registration or any of the data stored in your applications, devices or servers. It will trigger a first-time, slow synchronization during your next event, once you have elected to reset history.

I have never had trouble creating playlists before but quite a few songs will not transfer and ate marked at the side with an exclamation mark. I know ZERO about technology so if you can help me in very simple language, I would be very grateful! The exclamation mark next to a song means it is no longer where iTunes is looking for it. iTunes won't let you add such "missing" songs to a playlist. Possible reasons for a song going missing are that you or some third party software has moved or deleted it, or a folder that contained it, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter, or a configuration file has changed making iTunes look in a slightly different place from before.
Select one of the songs with an exclamation mark, press CTRL+I to Get Info, say no when prompted to locate it, then note down the location from the Summary tab that begins file://localhost/ - please post back this path as given. Hopefully you can find the file this entry in your library is supposed to be connected to. Assuming you can please post back this path as well. These two items of information may suggest a fix through folder manipulation or a configuration change.
If things have got a little more disorganized then, as long as the tracks still exist to be found, my FindTracks script should be able to reconnect them to iTunes. FindTracks uses some fuzzy matching routines and searches for multiple potential locations. For more details see this thread. Start by selecting the tracks of a single album and then run the script. Your media folder should normally be detected automatically, e.g. as C:\Users\<User>\iTunes\iTunes Media, but you can edit the path if it is wrong or a particular batch of lost files are stored at another path. If it works as expected you can then move on to fixing the rest of the library in bigger batches.

Saturday Night Live - Gilda Radner will not transfer!

I purchased most of the Saturay Night Live videos tonight, and all downloaded without a problem. They all copied over to my 60GB 5th Gen iPod, except for "The Best of Gilda Radner". I get an error that "Some videos were not copied, including "The Best of Gilda Radner" because this file cannot be played on this iPod" (Or something to this effect).
The video won't transfer.... i can play the video in iTunes for windows, but it will not transfer to my iPod. Has anyone else had a problem with this file?
I'm using the latest iTunes for Windows, and I have put over 150 videos on there already with no problems - just this one!
Any way to FORCE it onto the iPod? Manually dragging it over wouldn't work either.
Since I SPECIFICALLY bought these videos to watch on the iPod, I asked for a refund (11.99!) This was the one I REALLY wanted to watch ont he way to work tomorrow!

Hello, all. I am happy to report that our collective emails about this issue has made an impact. I have received a second email from iTunes Music Store. The first email did not address our/my issue because they thought I had trouble downloading the video. I sent a reply back to them explaining my issue again and this time they got it right. Here is the text of the email I received:

If this is the first time you sync your iPod, if yes then when you connect your iPod click on it then click the sync button bottom right.

My wife's iPhone 4S iCAL information will not transfer to her MacAir or MacBook Pro using iCloud, what is the problem?

If new events added to her iPhone do not appear on her calendar on icloud.com, on her phone go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar and be sure she has selected an iCloud calendar as your default and not something else like On My iPhone, a Google calendar, etc. If she hasn't, make this change, then add a new event and see if it appears on her calendar on icloud.com now.
If her settings are correct and new events still aren't appearing on icloud.com, add any missing calendar events from her phone to her calendar on icloud.com. Once her calendar on icloud.com is up to date, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Calendars to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (they will still be in iCloud), then after a minute or so, turn Calendars back to On. Then add a new event on her phone and see if it appears on her calendar on icloud.com (and her Macs) now.

And they were definitely purchased from the iTunes store, they show on the account's purchase history (Store > View Account on a computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com) ?
You could potentially log into the account on that computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out to log out of your account, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option) and redownload them by clicking on the id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and Purchased on the popup :

Or do you have a different computer that you could redownload them on and then copy them over to that computer via a flash drive or memory card, and then add them to its iTunes via File > Add To Library ?

I had been saving as a PDF and then reducing the size of the PDF by printing it as a PDF with a degree of image compression. I write manuals with a LOT of screen captures and line art that needs to be clear. So it is a balancing act between image clarity and PDF size. The PDFs on the web need to be smaller - sure you can undertsand.
Anyway, when I print the PDF again, I lose both my destinations and bookmarks.
Anyone know of any way to avoid that?

Control the images by creating a custom PDF Job Options and then selecting it in the PDF Job Options drop-down of the PDF setup dialog box (File > Save as PDF...)
Create the custom PDF Job Options file with Distiller. If you do not have Distiller, open the Printing Preferences of the Adobe PDF printer. Start with the Smallest File Size Job Options settings and Edit.

You should be able to Save as: iWork 08, but i don't know how it works on Mountain Lion. On my Snow Leopard the Save as window has a part looking like this

Mp3s in Library will not transfer to iPod

Yesterday I used Real Player plus Audio Hijack pro to download a series of BBC comedy programs (from BBC7). The MP3 files were stored on my desktop. I double clicked each one and iTunes (v 5.01) opened and imported them into the library. I dragged them into existing playlists where they played perfectly on the computer.
I then connected my iPod photo and it went through an automatic update. Two of the newly downloaded files did not appear on the iPod. When I "get Info" about the files that did not transfer, they are located in the folder: iTunes Music: Podcasts: Unknown Podcast: file1.mp3 and similarly for file2.mp3
Each one appears as an MPEG audio file with format MPEG-2 level 3. Several other Real Player downloads from the same source work fine on the iPod. They are also MPEG-2 level 3 but are in folders other than "podcasts: unknown podcasts.
No matter what I do, for example deleting the two files from iTunes library and then dropping them manually on the library or on the playlist, they end up in the same unknown podcast folder.
Is there some specific reason why two of my files would go into this "unknown podcast" folder ? Is this the reason they will not transfer to the iPod? Is there some way of forcing them into the music folder? (No they do not show up under the Podcast playlist).
Am I on the wrong track completely?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have checked the two offending files and there seems to be nothing different about them. They were digitized at 64 kb/s - the same as the others made on the same day which transfer to and play on my iPod. I have even selected them in the iTunes library and used Advanced--> convert to MP3. They get resampled and converted to 128 kb/s (and the size of each file doubles) but the result is still the same - they go into the Unknown podcast folder and will not load on my iPod.
The thing that seems to be different about them is that they automatically go into the podcast folder rather than into a music folder.
The iPod is using version 1.2 software and my iTunes is version 5.0.1
