Ever since I downloaded IOS 5.0.1 and the so called battery update my ipodtouch 4g can be fully charged play a few songs and its dead
ever since I downloaded ios 5. and the battery update on my ipodtouch 4gen it can be fully charged play like three songs then it says 20%left then it dies. My ipod was fine before the download.
Try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing wil be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod
If you still have the problem than an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Two things that might help. Reset all your settings and reset the phone. Use the Settings app to reset all settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that helps.

I had the same problem on my iPad v2 IOS 7. But it sorted itself after a hard reset (power and home button) followed by a soft rest ( just power) . I lost all sound at this point. Then restarted again with a hard reset.

Ever since I downloaded the Acrobat Pro 11.0.09, the PDF Maker has not worked, but instead causes MS Word 2013 to crash. I cannot find the cause or the solution.
forumnotifierOK I will try to elaborate this time with pictures so it is clear what I am asking and what the issue I am facing is.
The specific option I want to be able to use from within the Adobe Acrobat Pro user interface is
File\Create\Batch Create Multiple Files
When I select that menu item a floating tool bar thing pops up that I can drag and drop files onto.
If I drag excel or powerpoint documents onto it and press OK it converts them fine. If I drag MS word documents into it the documents appear in the list but when I click OK it says no files processed.
In the process of troubleshooting I also tried using the Add Files button. That is when I discovered that MS word documents (*.doc, *.docx) are not showing up in the list of supported file types.
The same thing happens when I try converting a single file using the File\Create\Create PDF From File menu item. Just like above the MS word documents do not show up in the list of supported file types.
Looking in my registry entries as suggested by the article linked to by one of the posters above I can see both *.doc and *.docx types registered in the correct place.
Unless I can use the batch convert command as intended by the time my trial period runs out in 13 days I cannot justify buying this software. If converting the documents one at a time was acceptable I would just use Save As PDF from within MS Word which works just fine. I need the batch convert function so I can convert my whole library of word documents to PDF at once.
Any further assistance greatly appreciated!

By updating to IOS 6.1 something went wrong. The rsult is that I have picture of USB cable and Itunes on my Iphone and the PC does not recognize it. What can I do ? Pøease Help. My Iphone is dead !

I also can't tilt on certain apps like I'm able to do so like before I downloaded iOS 6 you know when on certain apps you can tilt your iPod and the screen is going to follow your iPod right. Well I can't do that anymore and it is considerably a lot slower than before and don't tell me it's my iPod that's slower when I had iOS 5 it used to be able to do all this. Somebody got to fix this.

Try closing the Scrabble app via the taskbar and see if it works when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Scrabble app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Scrabble app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If neither of the above fix it then you could try deleting it and re-sync or re-download it via the Purchased tab. -

I tried to install other devices that can access the ipad mini from the computer,
still will not work.Yeah - you may have well bricked it. About the only course of action I can recommend is to restore as a new device via itunes on a computer (but that may not work).

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

For example, I will say "click register" or "click contact us" to select links and buttons on websites.
