My checking account was debited by itunes for a subscription i did not order. How do I go about having it taken off? The entire Apple website and the itunes website is competely non-helpful for resolving problems. They should make their site equally as unfriendly when it comes to enticing you to buy their products.
You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar. This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support. -
I haven't experienced this on my computer until now, and this coincided almost immediately with installing this most recent update.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have attempted this many times to no avail. As I said in my original post, "I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week."

You can't update FaceTime separately from the rest of iOS, so are you referring to updating iOS? And if so, to which version?

Do not use this cable, the lighting cables have a history of failure; shorting out. If within one year of purchase date take it to Apple, the cable also has a one year warranty, if short is do to manufacturing flaw and not abuse Apple will replace it free! Otherwise a new cable is around $30. You could also try a reset or restore, but don't think a glitch is your problem. If you do try to restore, just remember to make backup copies of all the info / data on this iPod to your computer first, then attempt to restore. Good luck. Cheers.

Ever since I updated my Mac to Maverick it has become exceedingly slow everywhere. Also annoying, when I go into Applications to open something, it now automatically opens 3 things I don't need. What can I do to fix this?
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu.

My Iphone 4 has been stuck on a loading symbol for a week now, I've plugged it into the computer but can't do anything still because it says I need to put my pass-code in, but I can't the screen is on loading still! Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Ever since I had updated my phone to ios 6, i noticed that it no longer saved photos to my camera roll. If I take a picture on Instagram, it will not automatically save it to my camera roll as it used to do, nor does it save any image, I just want it fixed.

You must got nothing better to do then to harass people and to pretend you know something about apple products. I had my photo stream on and my icloud all set up, i just had the screen replaced and they somehow lost all the photos off my phone, but why wont the photo's reload back on to my iphone now that im connected to wifi again, where are all my photos???
When photos are added to the photo stream album on a device (either due to a new photo having been taken or having been synced from another device using the stream) they remain in the album. However, the syncing process involves copying the photos to the photo stream server where they are kept for a maximum of 30 days, up to 1000 photos. If a device is reset or the stream is turned off or turned back on again (or in your case, the device was repaired), the photos that were on the device's photo stream album are gone and the only ones to appear are those that are currently on the servers (recall the 30 day limit).
If some of your photos are older than 30 days, then they are no longer stored on the cloud and hence are not synced down to the iphone.
Recall, photo stream is just a syncing service, it is not designed as a storage service for photos. Always sync photos to a computer for archiving. -
I bought Macbook Air early 2014. Ever since i bought it to turn it on after a long ie. 5hr - 6hr i have to first charge it for at least 15 mins and sometimes it wont turn on for 3hr - 4hr and then it will turn on regardless of the battery charged. If i had put it on sleep even then it wont turn on it will work as usual as it is suppose to do. I went to icare twice and they game me the device back after 1-2 weeks saying it is now not giving any issue but when i will used it next morning again same thing happened. It's like i can never go out anywhere with the laptop outside as i have to first charge it and then turn it on. Icare wont replace my device they only say if there is any issue with the hardware we will replace that hardware but i think it is useless because they don't know what the issue is. Can someone help me out what to do now ? It's been to iCare ever since i bought it now i don't want them to again do the same thing.

Ever since updating to latest version of Firefox it has been painfully slow on my Mac running OS 10.5.8.
Websites just hang, and never get to where they are supposed to go. The status loop on tabs just spins and spins but never loads the site. Go to the same site on Safari and there in a second. It is like dial up slow. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips(reset, delete/re-create profiles, uninstall/reinstall, updated flash) nothing works.

why can't I sign into my account and add a rescue email so I will be able to redo my security questions? I have been unable to buy anything from Itunes because it's asks me for security questions that I don't remember what I put in the first place
1. Because if you could, someone who breaks into your account could do it as well.
2. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

You stated earlier that you had already deleted the "madrid" .plist with no effect.
Can I check you did this with the app closed down or at least restarted the app straight afterwards ?
If you did that close the app if open and access the ~/Library/Preferences folder again.
This time delete com.apple.imessage.bag.plist
This item stores the Apple server used for your Login to the iMessages server and contains a date/time reference.
Restarting the app after deleting this file will make it reconnect with the iMessages servers in a fresh manner which my solve things.
It may sort out any date/time issues with the stored date.
Messages is one of the app that Apple have "Sandboxed".
This means that some of it's operations are held away from other apps to prevent one app bringing down several others.
This is turn means that the route or path used by the app to Read and Write to the various .plists is different to the direct placing in ~/Library/Preferences.
The Path is ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iChat/Data/Library/Preferences
Mostly the items in here are then Aliases that point to the actual originals in ~/Library/Preferences. However there are exceptions.
You can copy and paste the Path above in to the Finder > Go Menu > Go to Folder dialogue box to access this folder.
Once there use the Finder's View Menu > Show Path Bar.
This adds a collection of folders across the bottom of the Finder window.
Right click on the Preferences folder at the right hand list of the Path.
Chose the Get Info option.
In the Info panel scroll to the Bottom.
Your Shortname should appear (with (Me) as well) and you should have Read and Write Permissions
If you highlight this and then use the Cogwheel type iCon it should reveal you shortname again but in Greyed out form which mean you Own the File/folder
Repeat this for each containing folder until the Library item on the left (you don't need to do the Little House icon one)
You should have Read an Write Permissions and Own all of them.
Can you confirm this ?
