Ever since I have upgraded my iPhone to iOS 8 most of the apps are clashing
I am so not happy with this so called biggest release. I am using iPhone 5s 16 gb version iOS 8.1 and I think that it was the biggest mistake of my life bcoz nothing seems to be working fine. I cant believe an Apple product can cause these much issues. I wish I could file a case. I spent my whole pocket money to get this phone and I have been an Apple user for the last 4 years I currently have 5 products of Apple at my house and I am so not happy with this release. So plz if there is any way I could Downgrade my iPhone to iOS 7? I want to know that. Thanks

No, your iPhone and your iPad should not appear in the finder.
I'm not sure what you mean about downloading photos with iPhoto being double handling, but you can download direct to a folder with Image Capture. Image Capture can also be used to delete photos from the Camera Roll on the iPhone or iPad (preferrably after they are downloaded).
You can remove the photos you synced from your phone with iTunes by syncing again with an empty folder, That will delete all the photos that were previously synced that way, replacing them with the contents of the empty folder (that is, nothing). This will not effect photos takes with the camera on your iPhone. -
i have upgraded my iphone to iSO version 6 but the problem is the phone was locked it shows that only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activat Iphone.please insert the SIM card that came with your iphone

Ever since I have updated my software to iOS 7, I cannot download anything from the AppStore app and I have tried resetting my password and updating ITunes, but nothing works! Also when I try to sink my mini with my iTunes account it says you cannot sync because the sync session failed to start.
It sounds like to me you're trying to sync using the computer.
Try these things and see if it helps before you try your next syncing session. If none of the things below work then you might consider trying to sync using iCloud only.
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Your Apps won't be deleted.
You can back up before you update.
You can always re-download apps from the purchased option in the app store. -
This morning the Iphone prompted me to update software. After that it said my phone was in recovery mode and I had the restore my phone. Now most of the apps are muted and don't respond, help!
First, in iTunes, launch Preferences and go to the Devices tab. Check the date and time of the last backup. If it is recent you can restore it. However, if you mean you have the photos back in your Camera Roll then the backup was already restored. To get your music and apps back it should just be necessary to click "Sync".

upgraded to 5 version and now most of my apps are missing on phone...everything said it its synced. How do I get them back on? Do I hit restore?
The apps will slowly load from the cloud. It takes quite a bit of time. You'll see your apps show up one by one.

I have upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 5.1 and now cannot access the camera from a locked screen. Anyone have any suggestions?
From the lock screen, to access the camera you touch the camera icon and slide in an upward motion. It no longer takes a tap to get it to open.

I can not see Aperture in the media brower of iMovie and idvd since I have upgraded my iphone 5
I have Aperture 3.4.2 (most updated version I could find). Now when I look to make a movie or dvd with my photos. I can not find any of my recent photos in imovie or idvd via their respective media browsers. Aperture and iphoto are both working fine and great (ie: I can adjust my photos accordingly and print them out). I was able to successfully make both an imovie and then burn it on idvd (added photos to the idvd screens via media browers too), last week.
The only thing I can think that is different with my computer is that I upgraded my iphone from iphone4 to iphone5.
This is what I have looked into already:
Aperture>Preferences>Preview is set to share and set to always>photo preview set to Don't limit (no change)
Tried alt+cmd when opening Aperture and reset Aperture (as well with iphoto). (no change)
Itunes>Advanced>choose photos to share> then a window pops up stating Aperture could not be found open Preferences in Aperture (My first step already proved that it should be fine)
My question is why all of a sudden is Aperture and most of my iphone photos not showing up in imovie or idvd all of a sudden? Does the recent Iphone5 updgrade have anything to do with it?
Any help would be great since I have been looking all over the web for an answer with no success.

I upgraded my iphone to ios 5, now all the music is gone (despite syncing music w/ computer)
I upgraded my husband's iphone to ios 5 on our mutual PC (Windows Vista). Then all the music content was gone. I called Apple. They said I had to change the apple id on my husband's phone to my apple id- since that is where all the itunes is stored (under my apple ID). I did that, synced specifically music, and still says "No Content" when you press the music tab.
On the computer, it shows that the music is taking up space on the iphone (3-4GB are taken up by music), but still no music on the iphone.
Thank you for any help, this has been very frustrating- since we weren't having any problems until I did this ios 5 upgrade.Well the problem is nothing happens! I plug my iPhone in and I have it set to sync on sign in to iTunes. I made spne updates to my library by copying a number of CDs I had recently bought and unticked a couple of albums etc When I went in I got all the usual back etc and then it went through the rest of the steps albeit v quickly yet the new stuff wasn't on and the old stuff wasn't taken off. I tried again same thing. I unchecked sync on plugging iPhone in and I got a new message saying that I was using a different library and as I have a new computer and had created a new library I thought this was the problem even though I was using my I store sign in I'd & password anyhow I said yes. So it went through the steps this time a bit slower. However what it did do was delete all the music from my iPhone and did not copy the new music from my computer! Oh deary deary me! Hope anyone can help.
