Ever since updating my iPad ios7 it drains the battery so much more? Why?

I am going to have to stop using my iPad because just typing this and logging in has lost me 2% battery! it is costing a fortune in electricity! Why, was never like this before I updated it to iOS7?

There is no answer to your question. IMHO, the new release of iOS does not change anything to change battery usage.

Update does not complete
If you're installing the update and the progress bar appears to move slowly, be patient. The time an update takes depends on the size of the update and the number of files on the device.
When you're updating over the air, keep your device connected to a power source so that it doesn't run out of power. If your device does run out of power, connect it to a power source and turn on the device to let the update or restore complete.
If the update never completes and the progress bar hasn't moved for an extended time, try restarting your device. If you still see the issue after you restart, see what to do if your device appears frozen or won't start.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
Try This - Renew IP Address:
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

HT1222 ever since updating my iPad to its 5.1.1 my apps are constantly crashing, including safari, Netflix and others. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Dos anyone know how I can report it to apple? I'm having a hard time finding where to do that.

Just as I was posting this question, my entire iPad crashed, giving me the symbol indicating it was revving back up it I had to plug it in & press the main power button to get it to come back.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. Ever since updating my LG G2 to VS98026A the Quiet mode does not work properly and is not controllable.

No can't go back but if you reset you g2 make sure you use cloud storage ahead of time on WiFi to backup data or connect to a computer and know your Google account. If on more everything plan you can use the free 25gb of vcloud storage

If you have idvault installed, possibly as part of Comcast Constant Guard then that is likely to be the cause of the crashes. Try disabling or even uninstalling thes to see if the problem is solved. Note the software developer involveed is WhiteSky, and they are aware of the issue and working on a fix. (a bug has been filed).

When I first updated my original,iPad I had a number of issues with it, crashes, some sluggishness, and things like that. When the infest incremental update was released a little while later, it seemed to fix the issues on the iPad - or at least it made a very big difference.
I never updated it all the way to 5.1.1 - because I bought the new iPad so I have no first hand experience with 5.1.1 on the original iPad.
You can try some basic troubleshooting steps and see if they make a difference.
Quit all apps completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Sometimes this can help. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If you have issues with Safari - Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

I have recently updated my iPad ios7,but having problems activating FaceTime.

No one should have to reset network settings, I have the same issue and I have a celluar package, it's slow using either one--but my IMac is running just fine so don't blame the network--blame the testers and my Internet speed is grease lightning so that's not it either--too many issues, like Facebook randomly disappearing while open, choppy animation, slow to load programs.
It's too **** bad they made it so you cannot roll back to IOS6 until these bugs are worked out--shoulda waited. Shoulda, coulda, woulda..not helping me now AND my friend bought his mini the same time I did in April and we are not even in the same city and he has the same exact problems!!

Actually the Licensing information for the package is missing hence it is not launching any applications. You need to Reserialize the products using APTEE which you can find it on the Machine where you have created the package. If you dont have the access to that Machine then please download and install Creative Cloud Packager and it will download APTEE in the below mentioned location.

Since updating my ipad to IOS 6.0.1, when I move my apps around and press the home button to stop them shaking, it switches my ipad off and back on again

SInce updating my ipad 2 to IOS 6.0.1, when I try to rearrange my apps and press the home button to stop them shaking it turns my ipad off, then it shows the apple sign on the screen and comes back on, but the apps are back in the places they was before I tried to move them.
