Every app I dlownload on iTouch isn't working!
I downloaded AIM, Myspace, Facebook, and NYTimes free apps. Each one downloaded...I touch to open them, and the screen shows its opening the app, and then it goes back to the Home Screen. I even made sure to purchase an app the Brain Game--and that is doing the same thing. Anyone else having this problem??
I contacted apple thru "Report a Problem" in my orders---and all I got was a few links to this forum and no real answer to the issue at all!!
well i'm glad i'm not the only one. the app doesn't work at all for me. it just opens the screen and is essentialy blank and nothing more happens. its frustrating that i contacted apple about it--like you're supposed to do--and they didn't really address the issue AT ALL

Call Applecare or call your nearest Applestore to make an appointment. Tell them your mac has serious technical issues, describe them shortly. -
HT1688 What should I do if my music app on my 3gs iphone isn't working?
My iphone 3gs isn't playing the music on my music app. It suddenly stopped after I restarted it on my computered and used icloud. Now the music won't play that's just on my phone. Pandora and other stuff plays fine but the music I bought myself won't play. Even on my idock clock it won't play. Please help, it's getting really annoying and frustrating living like this. I love technology but now I'm starting to hate it.

It might be worth attempting a restart of the iPhone, and then a reset, should restarting fail to resolve the issue.

Wallaby animation isn't working correctly after app update
Hi DPS fellows,
This afternoon I've updated my Adobe Content Viewer and all my wallaby animations began to work in a different way.
It's just fades in instead of doing the animation.
Most of them are just animated letters for a headline. The animations consist in each letter appear at different time, sometimes coming form right, some form left or from the top of the page, but after the updated, they just appear in a fade in. Before tha worked pretty fine.
Does anybody here knows how to solve that?

Recently, the original e-mail app on my iPod Touch isn't working correctly. When I tap on the icon to open, a black screen appears only showing the top bar of the iPod Touch which shows the time, battery, and wi-fi connection. Because of this, I am not able to check my e-mail. Is there any way I can fix this problem? Thank you I appreciate your help.

I am trying to download a movie from itunes, but ithere's isn't enough room to download. I have a iphone4, have deleted every app possible. Slimmed down photos to hardly anything. I could never update to ios7 because of storage problems. Only 2.5 GB available out of 5GB after deleting everything. I'm also out of town and cannot connect to a computer. I have wifi access though. Help?

OK, Today I went ahead & booted & tried again & it worked this time.
Not sure why it didn't yesterday. Maybe the servers were just overloaded? Several others reported similar.
Also yesterday when I ran Speedtest it showd download at about 25 mbps, This morning just before I re-started the download it was showing just above 30 mbps. So maybe the internet was less busy? Or at least the parts between me & the test server.
& so far it is working ok. -
IPhone camera isn't working.
if the camera stays black when trying to use it in any application it is likely a hardware issue at that point because the aperture on the camera isn't opening. the only way to is that is by actually having the iPhone repaired through an apple store or through contacting apple support and going through a mail in repair.
if the iPhone is out of warranty though there would be a cost to have it repaired and it may end up being cheaper to take it to a third party to have them repair or replace just the camera. -
TS2755 My SMS app isn't working, help!
My SMS app isn't working, I have the iPhone 5. Every time I go to open the app, it appears that it's going to open, but closes seconds later. I've restarted it a few times, nothing has worked. Help?
Since you've said SMS app, now we known it's Messages app since there's no stock SMS app (it did with the iPhone 3G).
BTW, SMS is a carrier service. Have you contacted them?
If you did try 1 step at a time
1. Try in Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Sign out and sign back in.
2. Did you tried Restore from backup using iTunes.
3. If no joy, restore as new -
"Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications" comes almost in every app that I open and it does not notify me when I got message in Whatsapp and Viber. Please help me to overcome it, it is becoming quite annoying!
Did you get any help on this? From what I can see from surfing this site, it's a BUG that no one has offered a solution to. It sometimes happens after a 'reset' and going to ITunes does not offer a way to 'set up push notifications'.

ThanksIf you want to transfer app dat you need to restore the new iPod from the backup of the old iPod. Restoring from backup will result in your new iPod being just like your old iPOd except you will have to reenter keychain items like passwords since those only get restore to the same device upon a restore.

Every app - one at a time - stops responding
Every few days I will have a problem where an application is not responding - I get the spinning pizza wheel. Then I "Force Quit" that app. Usually my most problematic app is Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9.3.4 (which has never allowed me to update, but that's not the reason for this post).
When Adobe Acrobat crashes and I restart, next thing I know, every app - +one at a time+ - stops responding and "Force Quit" tells me that. I am unable to quit these apps the normal way. I must quit them using "Force Quit." So after Force Quitting each app one at a time, I restart my iMac, version OS 10.6.7 and all is well again for the time being.
I have used many maintenance utilities: Cocktail, Drive Genius, Onyx, SLCC, etc. They do their thing, but 3 − 4 days later the same problem occurs.
MY QUESTION: Can anyone tell me what may be causing this problem or what it's related to??
If I know the answer to this I can maybe fix it.
My only guess is that it may be related to Adobe Acrobat, but I may be wrong about that.Click on the HD icon and do a GetInfo. How much free space is there on the drive? You need to maintain at least 15%-20% free of available.
When this is happening, have a look in Console>Files>system.log for any possibly relevant messages. Also have a look in Activity Monitor to see if something is hogging the CPU. Run Acrobat Pro and see what the CPU usage is. Also, in Activity Monitor>System Memory, down at the bottom what do you see for Swap used and Page outs? Should be a low number or zero. If not, you may need more RAM or need to run fewer applications at the same time. Also check to see how much free and inactive RAM there is.

II have an iPhone 4. I want to update my iPhone operating system but when I do, it says I have purchases that haven't been transfered to my iTunes library. I sync my phone everytime I plug it in (automatically), so I'm not sure why I'm getting the message. I have updated opertating systems before and lost everything, photos, contacts, music, aps, etc so I've been hesitant to do it this time, but my phone is just too slow and aps keep crashing etc.
Short of going through and manually verifying every app and song ive purchased, how can I figure out what is missing from my library, and begin this update?

Jonthanks, but the device displays on the top right of the latest version of itunes, and i doesn't allow a right click. You can open it and access the info inside but theres no option to "transfer items" anywhere :-s

I have an older Ipod touch with 4.2.1 and cannot be updated any further, how do I install apps on it now? so far every app I have tried says I need an updated IOS. This sounds like I now have an apple product paper weight unless I want to run out and buy the latest and greatest overpriced apple product.
Are you willing to buy a newer iPod? How about the 4g @ 16gb for $199* usd or the 5g @ 32gb for $299*.
