Every time i go to a new page, content advisor pops up, what can i do to turn it off

Every time i go to a new page, my Content Advisor page pops up asking for my password< what can i do to turn it off

Content Advisor is set to "disable" by default. The Administrator has to change this. If you have this privilege, then:
Click to open Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Content tab, and then, under Content Advisor, click Enable. If you've previously enabled Content Advisor, click Settings, and then type the supervisor password.
Click a category of content in the list, and then move the slider to set the limits you want. Repeat this for each category you want to change.
Click OK.
If a supervisor password has not previously been set up for Content Advisor, you will be prompted to create one.
