Every time i lock my iPhone 5 the time stays the same for when i unlock it, any help?
I have an iPhone 5 and every time i lock it ( press the sleep button ) it will keep that time so when i next unlock it displays the time of when i locked it. example, i lock it a 7:10pm and half an hour later i will unlock it but it sill say its 7:10pm any help? so i then have to go into the date and time settings and flick the auto settings off and on again.

That article says the folder will be created inside the folder photos are synced from, so it sounds like you may be syncing photos on the desktop.
Try changing the Photo sync settings in iTunes, so that you are syncing photos from the a pictures folder.

Triple check the Outgoing Mail server info that you entered in your Mail account. If that area says the info is optional enter the outgoing mail server and your password anyway. Also if you have more than one email account check the server that is selected for the GoDaddy account and make sure it's the correct server for the account.

For "Key not valid for use in specified state" errors try moving the folder RSA from C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA to say C:\<User>\RSA (just in case there should be a need to restore it) then try installing again. This folder appears to act as a cache and should be rebuilt automatically as required.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

When I updated to Mountain Lion my iMac messed up file permissions and always when I booted or started up my iMac it went to terminal screen because start-up disk was read-only. You might have to change file permissions to what it was so your mac won't always ask your permission to do something (assuming you are admin of your mac).
PRAM reset might help too. Instructions can be found from the discussion that I linked (there's another link for PRAM [parameter random access memory] reset).

Each time I reopen a folder in OS X 10.8.4 the files get rearranged alphabetically, how do I stop this so the file arrangement in the folder stays the same?
I might add that all the files are aliases. There are 40 altogether and I am aware I could create 10 sub-folders so I only have 4 aliases in each subfolder which would mean I only have to rearrange 4 aliases each time but this is still not ideal. I have been using Macs since the 1980's and up to now files have always stayed where you put them unless you selected Arrange By in the Finder View Menu.

i bought a used iphone 4 (gsm) and it was locked on an icloud account i asked the old owner to remove the device from his devices list on icloud and he did but the iphone is still asking to be activated on his icloud account. any help please???
If it's still asking for the seller's Apple ID and password, then he most likely did not actually remove the iPhone from iCloud. If the problem persists, return the iPhone and get your money back. The seller can figure out the problem and resell the iPhone later.

The only way to buy an iPhone officially refurbished by Apple is to buy it from an Apple store or via Apple's website.
Refurbished iPhones sold via other retailers are not refurbished by Apple.
Sounds like Wireless Wave did all they could... they refunded your money.
Your only issue is with them. Stop getting all worked up over it. -
So i tried factory reseting, rebooting, everything. it didnt work, i gave up and went back to it 10 minutes later to find it working, it lasted a day without restarting, although charging it all night the battery stayed at 54% for the whole day not going down, i charged it again last night and it stayed at 54% again, about 15 minutes ago it turned off and wouldnt turn back on, so i plugged it into the charger, it came on and was 100% battery, then died again and came back on at 2% .. im continuing to charge it but it goes off and on and when it comes back on the battery % has gone up by 2% each time, can anyone tell me is a battery replacement needed?

Restore it as new.
If these fail, the it is likely a hardware issue. -

A liquid damaged iPhone 4 can be replaced by Apple for $149.
By the way... and electrical short can be dangerous, creating a fire or explosion hazard. You can see the short that's affecting the flash... It's the short you may not see that's affecting the battery and/or charging circuitry that's the problem.
