I can't make a call or receive a call whatsoever because all I hear is static and I haven't dropped the phone in water nothing has really happened this literally happened overnight

This is a wireless carrier issue. The fact that the speaker & microphone work properly for other apps is a great indicator that your device is fine.
Contact your wireless carrier about your call quality issue.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Ok, it sounds like you are getting to the final step. (i.e., Your on your iPhone, showing a good Wi-Fi connection, you are using the App Store and have selected the App you want. The small Icon for your App is showing a bar at the bottom that has an open "fill bar" that is going to track the download and installation of the App. But at this point you get an Error Message. The Error Message Says, "?????" Try again latter? What?
Just for fun, try downloading the App while you and your iPhone are as close to the Wi-Fi Router as possible. Lets see if you are just experiencing a weak Wi-Fi signal. This can cause App Downloads to fail.

Csound1 What Ive been trying to explain is that I have been running bootcamp, I open the app where the first screen is the introduction, i hit continue, the first time I select "download the latest windows support software fromm Apple" then I return and instead select "Install Windows 7." Then hit continue. The third screen is where I "Create a Partition for Windows" I set Windows to 80 gigs then hit INSTALL. As stated before Bootcamp cannot find the install drivers saying "The installer disc could not be found." My windows software is on a USB drive not a disc, I tried using a virtual disc reader to make it appear that the windows software was running on a disc, still no luck. What I would like to know is how to install windows on bootcamp.

How about extensions? Perhaps you have an adblock extension installed.

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. (this was already sugested) There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Check also Settings > General > Accessibility > Hearing. Make sure that the sound balance is not set all the way to "R".
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

I had the same problem and was able to fix it. Go to your iTunes and click on the Tones folder on the left under library. Some of my ring tones had an exclamation mark next to it and those were the ones that did not sync. You have to click on those and find it in your computer. Once the exclamation mark is gone, go to Tones section of your device in iTunes, make sure you select the tones you want synced, and click apply. I hope that helps you!

As I mentionned in my question, I have lost my iPhone I'm feeling very dumb, it is the second time that this happens to me and I really need your help! I don't even know what happened, but when I arrived home after school, I didn't find my phone. The fact is that I was sure to have take it with me, but I haven't, as I see. I went on the apple site: "location of my iPhone" and they told me that my cellphone was out of service. Now, I really don't know what to do and what to think. I serched everywhere, in my car, everywhere in my house, I even went outside to check, but i live in Quebec and it is snowing a lot this winter, so maybe I just didn't see it... Anyways, I'm really scared cause I have 3G on my phone and now they say that I'm not connected to 3G anymore, neither any other internet service. I'm freaking right now. Does that mean that my cellphone is broke, stuck in the snow, or just somewhere that I'm never gonna find out? I'm imagining all the worst possibilities so if you don't want me to die soon, please, help me (try to reassure me if it is possible but if is not, tell me the truth anyways).

I have a similar problem. I bought a new Mac and login with the same appleID as my iPad. I changed the email address for FaceTime on my Mac to a different email address so I could FaceTime between my iPad and my Mac. When I call my Mac, it rings but the answer icons (decline/accept) do not appear, just the "End" button. It also says "null" at the top of the FaceTime window. When my son calls with his iPod (same appleID, different email address) his works fine. When I try to initiate a call from my Mac, I can call my son's iPod (it has the camera icon next to his email address), but I can't call my iPad (no camera icon next to that email address).
