That's the problem, then. The files are under your 'old' user account. You should be able to access them if you log into your old account. However, that's not going to let you move them to your new user account. It's for situations like this that I always create a root user account (although I seldom access it). With a root user account, you can copy files from one user account to another. Note that someone may come up with a better idea than what I would use, but here goes.
Read http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and set up a root user. Then you can transfer files from one account to another. If you like, you can delete this account after you've moved your files.

Its likely to be caused by Ozone5.. many people have reported that plugin is currently quite unstable and are awaiting updates from izotope to fix the problem... No ETA has been given by izotope for the fix however...
Also several of your plugins are out of date (Zebra2, Clariphonic, Ozone itself.. to name but a few,)
Finally, you are running an older version of Logic Pro X (10.0.3)...and I would normally suggest you update to the latest version but... if you have a USB2 audio interface do not update to 10.0.5 at this time.... unless you know it will work correctly with the new version of LPX.

I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. system preference > Keyborad > click the box thast says use all f1,f2,f2 keys as standard functiong Key and then the f11 key should casue all window fo fly to the side and you can see your desktop

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. For PSE 10 the only sign in was to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for a year and half. Just skip the sign in. Reinstalling will not change this.

1. Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
