Every time I try to buy something from the App Store it won't take any card I put in it just tells me to come here
It took my card when I first got the phone so I'm confused why it's not now
The security code is the three digit number on the back of your card.
If this doesnt work you will not be able to use that card.
Set your payment method to none and then you will be able to use your account again.
Regarding itunes gift cards, if your CC details are missing, incorrect or you can no longer use that card, this will block you from using the account for anything until you clear the credit card issue.

Yes, once you correctly answer them and verify your ID, the requests will stop until you make changes to teh account again.

If you don't see the 'send reset info' button on the page where you can change them then I assume that you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset. You could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

My mom dad and brother are on the same iTunes why isn't this happening to them?
Is this the first thing to pop up when you try to download something, or does the message come up because you cant get the password.

I have changed my apple I'd primary email account and saved the changes yet when I try to buy from the App Store it still lists the old email address- can anyone advise how to fix this?
What id shows at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app ? If it's the old email address that you had on your account then try tapping on it and log out of your account and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.

Why is my apple id saying it could not sign in as I try to download something from the App Store
I am using my iPad 4 and everything is great until I want to download an app from the App Store. It will say after I type in my pass code "Could Not Sign In".

As I've already mentioned, I can't connect to iTunes or the App Store, the same message appears every time: "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store". I downloaded a few apps before I connected my iPad Mini to my Computer. I started doing an update that was about 9 or 10 hours long, somewhere around that time, and I unplugged it about halfway through the update and since then I've not been able to get onto iTunes or the App Store. I checked to see if I could continue the update but when I looked on iTunes again, no updates appeared. On my iPod Touch 4th Generation, everything works absolutely fine and it is logged into the same Apple ID. I've tried resetting my Network Settings, logging into someone else's Apple ID, connecting to a different Wifi, changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8, rebooting my Computer and iPad and changing the HTTP Proxy to Auto. Is there anything else I could try or am I just overlooking something? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, thanks!
Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan. -
When i try to install something from the apps store it trys and says waiting,then nothing

It doesn't need a SIM to download apps if you have Wi-Fi. Can you describe this box a little more, or better yet, screenshot it?

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
No data is lost due to a reset.
