Every time i try to turn on automatic downloads on my ipod touch it says this device is already associated with an apple id
im not sure how to fix this i tried to go to manage my devices but i couldnt find that options

You cannot associate this device with a different Apple ID for 30 days. When I click OK it turns th downloads off..Can someone help me? I've returned the 8g to regular factory settings as I'm giving it to a friend.

Okay, can you reply letting me know if the computer was purchased used?, this will help as it would identify the possibility that the prior owner did indeed create some sort of block.
Next, what you are speaking about blocks in regards to downloading 'PDF software'...is it PDF 'software' or PDF files that are blocked?, it appears that maybe it's the PDF files which are blocked at which case it indeed my be programmed into the system.
Please answer these and we can further assist you in reaching an answer. As for this list you have provided, I would need more than simple bullets....if you can provide the location of these 'bullets' and file extension...that would get the ball rolling.

Why when I try to re download my music it says this device is already associated with another device and I have so many days to re download my music back? How do I get around this and get my music back?
It is telling you that the device has been associated with another Apple ID. Once an Apple ID has been associated with a device, there is a 90-day waiting period before another Apple ID can be associated with that device. Here is a Support Article that explains the 90-day waiting period:

When you turn on iTunes Match, Family Sharing, or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, that device becomes associated with your Apple ID. You can associate your Apple ID with up to 10 devices, with a maximum of 5 computers at any time. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID. You don't need to authorize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.See your associated devices
You can see the devices associated with your Apple ID in iTunes on your Mac or PC:
Click to open your account in iTunes, or use these steps:
Open iTunes, choose Store > Sign In, then enter your Apple ID and password.

I just got a new iPhone 4S to replace my old iPhone 4S. There were some songs I purchased on my iPhone that were not on my iTunes library on the Mac. Now I lost them. The thing is, if I open the iTunes store on my Mac and go to "Purchased", the songs I bought on my old iPhone show up. They are also in my library, but there is an exclamation point next to them and they will not download onto my new iPhone! Help!!!!
I'm having the exact same problem and I am the only person who has ever been logged on to this computer to use iTunes Match. Only my wife also uses this computer, and she has never used or signed up for Match.
Interestingly, I have the same number of days listed on my error, 82 days.
Obviously, Apple has screwed up somewhere. I've put a help request in. If we cannot find a solution, we'll have to let everybody know that Match is a ripoff and that all should avoid this fraud like the plague...

I just updated to itunes 10.3 & iOS 6.1 and I cannot download a song to my library! I get the error "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on the computer with just one apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 75 days." WHAT??
I've never had problems before - my husband and I have used the same library for years. My daughter also has her own Apple ID... are we going to have trouble with that, too? Actually we have 4 Apple IDs - somewhere around 8 Apple devices... this is a huge issue for us... Since my daughter burned a CD from my computer using our shared libraries I cannot play my library. This pops up: "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 88 days." I can get as far as viewing my library but listening is denied by this pop-up. Can anyone help, please? I just noticed my (this) computer is not showing as registered to my account. Hmmm....a clue perhaps?
