Everything crashes after FCS Remover

Question

Hi Everyone,
So I think FCS Remover has buggered up my Final Cut Studio...
I wanted to do a fresh install of FCS 2.0 so that I could put all the extra content on an external HD (i work on my G4 powerbook so space is important).
I used FCS Remover to uninstall, re-installed, and from then onall FCS apps quit immediately.
Singling out Final Cut Pro I saw that it was a problem within the PrivateFrameworks. I'm not great with these things so I have been searching for ages and finally saw this on Digital Rebellion, home of FCS Remover;
"This is a bug fix update for FCS Remover, bringing it up to version 2.0.3.
It fixes the issue some Leopard users were getting where Final Cut Pro would crash upon reinstallation, citing missing frameworks, due to the latest 6.0.5 patch for FCP. This issue is now fixed.
This new version will fix the issue for future users but if you already are experiencing it, follow the steps here to fix it."

I couldn't get the linked method to work with Transmission, but I did manage to copy the correct folder from the content package within the install dvd over to my system/library/PrivateFrameworks and now Final Cut Pro seems to work fine.
Unfortunately, apart from Cinema Tools and Color, none of the other apps do. I'm concentrating on Soundtrack Pro at the moment. It was crashing and reporting the BrowserKit.framework folder missing from PrivateFrameworks. Using the same method as before I copied that folder from the install dvd but it hasn't done the trick. Soundtrack Pro now starts to open up but never quite makes it. Motion, DVD Studio Pro and Compressor are all the same. They don't quit, but they don't open.
I have tried to uninstall/re-install FCS but FCS Remover has obviously done some serious damage. If anyone has experienced this and knows how to remedy it please get in touch.

Firstly, I would like to thank you very much for giving me your time and helping me with this issue. I really appreciate it.
Secondly, good news.... It's fixed!
Unfortunately I won't be able to give you an expert diagnosis or explanation, but I will do my best.
I know from the crash report that Final Cut Pro was missing the following folders;
- Macintosh HD/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ProKit.framework/versions/A
When I managed to copy those folders from the FCS install DVD Final Cut Pro worked fine. The other apps. ceased to crash on opening, but none would fully open or operate. Some would show a blank window, some would show no window at all.
Soundtrack Pro crashed once or twice so I was able to tell from the report that it was missing the following folders;
- Macintosh HD/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/BrowserKit.framework/versions/A
I copied that file from the install DVD and although it helped, Soundtrack Pro still would not show an operational window.
Tha last thing I did last night was to download the latest version of FCS Remover v2.0.3, un-install everything (ALL), repair permissions (just because I don't know any better) and then re-install FCS.
When it was done I was no better off. I have been checking for updates throughout this issue but when I woke up this morning I checked for any software updates and found an update for each FCS application as well as the two pro aps frameworks updates that I installed over the last two days.
I installed all the updates. When it was done the first thing I did was to check the private frameworks folder in my system library and BOTH of the missing folders that I knew about (ProKit.framework/versions/A and BrowserKit.framework/versions/A) were in place.
I have tested each application now and everything works wonderfully!
