Everything got bigger

I used my PBG4 to do a Keynote presentation to my high school class. I work at a university / high school in Mexico City. It was about writing the 5 paragraph essay, excellent presentation BTW. The problem is:
Once I disconnected from the overhead projector the ENTIRE look of EVERYTHING on my PBG4 changed. Everything got bigger! The fonts, the menu bar across the top, web pages, Word pages. I used to be able to see the time and Airport icon and Sync icon and the finder menu across the top but now there's barely enough room for the finder menu and the time.
How do I get it back to the way it was before?

This happens because the display resolution of the projector is much lower than the display resolution of the Powerbook. Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Displays to reset your display resolution to a higher value.

I believe because you migrated from a Nokia to an iPhone you need to register the Bn phone number with your Apple ID so it can be used for iMessage. The Pn number seems to be the only one registered

i googled for answer to resolve the zoom problem. all the anwers just told you to read links but didn't tell how to fix the screem back to normal then it can be able to go to Setting to fix the zoom funciton. HOWEVER, I accidentally found the solution myself by using a fingers or more
to draw circles clockwise on the screen....it will reset it normally. I spent hours trying to go diagonally, compressively still didn't work.

When I upgraded my Mac to Maverick, everything got erased is there any way I can get stuff back? And I also did not choose to set up as a new mac

I had alot of work on my computer from school and after I downloaded maverick I had to force shut down the computer becasue it wasn't loading. well i think u really lost ur work and data, so u need to redo again all the stuff...
and that's the reason i haven't upgrading my OS, bcoz I have the same issue I'm affraid that all my third apps lost.
next time u should buy HDD Ext so u can backup through time machine before upgrading OS.

Well, yesterday about 12 I received a file from a internet 'friend' scanned it with a virus scan. Nothing showed up, opened up and I got the most fake error message in the world It was something like "WE CANt FinD A COMpoENT!!!!!!!!!!!"
so, I decided it was more than likely a virus and he admitted to it.. So I reformatted my computer because no virus scans I used could find it. Well, after that's done, I install iTunes and connect my iPod. Everything was restored to default and I can get my songs and videos back (because i have to cds) but I don't want to have to re-buy the apps, what do I do?

Oh no! You restored from a backup instead of creating one! If you do not have a more recent backup anywhere, then there is no way!

It sounds like you might have accidentally hit the zoom button. Try hitting ''CTRL + 0'' to return it to normal size. Just so you are aware, ''CTRL'' and ''+'' will zoom in and ''CTRL'' and ''-'' will zoom out.

Not sure if this applies to your region, but in Australia the SIM password is often written on the "credit card" sized plastic card that the SIM was provided to you with the phone by the telco. Do you still have this? It could be in the iPhone box?

As long as the apps are still available in the store, and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy them, then you should be able to re-download them for free, and if you are in a country where you can re-download music then you should be able to re-download them as well : what you can re-download for free will appear under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes

I have 3 iPhones and 3 iPod syncing without problems on one computer.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
On your mum's iPhone go to Settings > General > About > Name - put in your mum's name so that iTunes can tell them apart.

Backup files got bigger!

I'm cleaning up my hard drive by moving iTunes and iPhoto libraries to external drive, etc.
But then I noticed that backup files have increased instead and my free space remains the relatively the same.
How do I fix or limit the backup file size? Thanks.

Deleting using Trash is fine, Terminal.app isn't necessary. .DS_Store files are also normal, they are directory listings and are hidden files (on OS X).
You're back up got bigger because when you delete a file locally, Time Machine doesn't delete it from your backup. If you want to save space on your external hard drive you can go in and edit those files as well, however that can be tricky. Time Machine should automatically delete 'old' files when it needs the space. Because of this reason I wouldn't recommend storing 'files' on the same drive as a Time Machine backup. If you look in System Preferences Time Machine will also backup external drives unless it doesn't have space and placed them in the 'Excluded'.
But if your Time Machine drive has the space it will automatically backup the files you put on another external hard drive.
Lots of questions in there, but hopefully that helps.

You only need ONE FGLayout.css file (name it whatever you wish) and one boilerplate.css file. I typically create one more external style sheet for my content styles. It's best not to tamper with either your FGLayout.css or boilerplate.css file.
When your HTML page is saved as a Template, DW will create a TEMPLATES folder in your site's root folder and save the .dwt file there.
Use your Template to spawn new site pages. You do this by going to File > New > Page from Template. Select your site's template file from the 3rd panel and hit the CREATE button. Save child page as index.html (your home page). Repeat this last step for other site pages and name them as required -- about.html, contact.html, etc....

Yes you can sync them to another computer or to the same one, but since it will effectively be a new iTunes library, you will be prompted to transfer purchases or erase and sync. You can transfer your purchases to get the content back on your computer, and this article will help with that.

As far as your calendars, contacts, reminders and notes, if you you are not already using icloud, I would sign into iCloud and sync that content to the Cloud so no data is lost.

Actually as Roam said, you can keypress, Option + command + 8
But i think wat you asking is that you dont want the screen mving when you move the mouse. Right?
For that you can, goto, System Preference -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> More Options...
Once you click more option, you'll get a window. Look at the bottom of the window for 3 options with bullet buttons. SELECT "ONLY WHEN THE POINTER REACHES AN EDGE" and click "DONE"

All displays/icons/everything just got bigger

I hope that is is a very easy problem to solve. All the displays icons and everything has just increased/ almost doubled in size on my imac. So nothing now appears to fit on the screen.
How do I set everything back to the original size display. For example the information on the top tool bar now takes up the whole tool bar whereas before it only took up about one third of the tool bar.
Also on firefox it used to display 14 sites on the top tool bar search it now only displays 7.
Is there a way that I can reset the size of all displays back to the original factory based size setting?
