EVERYTHING IS NOT WORKING!

I have tried everything! using the ipod updater clearing everything then downloading again everytying from a to z and it jsut wont work it freezes on my on occasion...it wont skip a song wen i tell it to ill have to push it every once in a while...it said it had to go to itunes\ipod\support\ run chdusk blady blah blah well been there done that...well NOW it says everytime i plug it in updating ipod to not disconnect...k...and then it doesnt update it...now every time its plugged in it says dont disconnect...always it nvr comes off of that screen....EVER!!! ya well any help would b much app.

My recommendation is to restart the iPhone. All you do is hold down the top button and hold down the home button for 5 seconds untill it automatically shuts down. Then click the top button untill you see a grey apple on your screen.

Got a virus,reinstalled Windows XP. Now mostly everything's not working.

I got a virus before and it crashed my laptop. So I decided to bring it in Staples and I guess they deleted all my datas in Windows and reinstalled Windows XP. Before, I can use everything (WiFi, Bluetooth, Speakers, Camera + Mic, etc.) Now, they're all not working, except for the keyboard, of course. So, what do you suggest for me to do? Can you ensure and confirm that is the Leopard Installation Disk (10.5) that you are trying to insert to install the boot camp drivers?
Are you using the Leopard Installation disk or are you using the disks that came with your macbook? If you are using the installation disks that came with your Mac then confirm that your macbook came with Leopard and not Tiger. This is because the boot camp drivers would not have been on the Tiger disks.
Finally, please confirm which version of Boot Camp drivers were you running when the macbook was working and prior to acquiring a virus.

I checked the disk and i guess it's not Leopard, it doesn't say anything on it. But I saw the papers that was included on the package before and it says there Tiger. So I think it is Tiger. I'm not using the Leopard Installation Disk. I'm using the 2 disks that were included with the Macbook. I'm sorry, I don't know what Boot Camp version this is. I guess it's still the very first version since I bought this because I haven't been updating my Mac OS. I'm currently using Windows XP to check this.

Cannot Uninstall Adobe Air - tried everything - Pandora not working.

I cannot update AdobeAir and now pandora will not work. I have been trying to update for months.
There is an unspecified error each time I try.
So now I am trying to uninstall AIR, so I can attempt to reinstall. I get the same error when I try to uninstall.
I am am the admistrator on my machine - and I have tried to uninstall as administrator. No difference.
I tried to uninstall at the CMD line - no difference.
I am on my work maching - Windows XP Professional Version 2002 - SP3
AIR is version 1.5.3.9130

Could you try uninstalling AIR using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility? Details on this app can be found on this post. If that does not solve the problem, the next step would be to examine your AIR installer logs. Here are the details for this procedure:
1. Ensure that viewing hidden folders is enabled. Instructions can be found on Microsoft's site:
Windows 7, Vista, XP
2. Navigate to the following folder (replace username with your login name):
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR\logs
Vista: C:\Users\ username\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR\logs
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\logs
3. Please attach the install.log to your forum post or open the log file with Notepad or your favorite text editor and select all and copy/paste.
4. In some situations the AIR installer will fail during the MSI portion of the install. You can determine if this occurred by searching the Install.log text for "Error occurred during msi install operation". If this text is found, please enable and locate the MSI log using this Microsoft document and include it, along with the AIR Install.log when reporting the install issue.
How to enable Windows Installer logging
Once MSI logging is enabled, please re-run the AIR Installer to generate the MSI Log.

my phone was not working only the restore button was available so i restored it and they told me i have to update my iphone 5s as well. i waited till the end the update software was downloaded successfully but then the iphone restarted by itself and now its not working. the iphone screen is shown the picture when you first time open the phone to connect it to an itunes. i connected it by it not working, i restart everything still not working:( i need help asap please. thankyou

it seems like apple's activation servers have gone down under the weight of the overwhelming amount of activation requests. you will be able to activate your phone once the servers are able to catch up with the activation requests.

Mouse not working in KDE4

Yesterday my mouse was going all wacky on me, I had to double click everything, buttons not working, and anything I touched stuck to the cursor. It was as if the the first click was just mouse down and I had to click again to release. Input with the keyboard was nutty as well - when I typed a character it remained highlighted and the next keystroke replaced it!
Well, today I have no mouse at all, the keyboard appears to be working properly. Looking in Xorg.0.log I see something like Keyboard found - configuring as mouse
I tried to downgrade some of the updates I had in the last days, for example the kernel but it didn't help. Xorg was updated about 10 days ago but there was no immediate problem.
I always try to provide as much info as possible (logs, configs, etc) but find it difficult now because I cannot cut text or even navigate. Beyond this, I have less and less time for Linux troubleshooting and system configuration, so please excuse me for that.

This is not due to a virus, or any other kind of malware.
First, is this a wired mouse or a Bluetooth mouse? If it's a Bluetooth mouse, try changing the batteries, even if they should be fully charged.
Have you tried a different mouse? If not, try that. Borrow one from a friend or buy a cheap wired mouse and see if that makes a difference.
If the problem affects all mice, try restarting in safe mode. Does the problem happen while in that mode? If not, and if it comes back when you restart normally, then you have some kind of third-party software that is causing the problem. The trick will be figuring out what it is.

grr i have the same problem, my laptop is the same model as urs. Go to Nvidia.com for the graphics card driver, the graphics card for our laptops is the nvidia geforce 8200 m card, just search it into the download section (it will ask you to). I cant get the internet working but im usin a usb modem. The webcam can be activated by going to the start menu and right clicking my computer and going to the manage option from here go to the device manager.
Go to the yellow section and it will say other devices it will say hp webcam now download a youcam driver or whatever and right click on the hp webcam
and select update driver click on this time only and select download from a spesific location and select the webcam driver it will hopefully work and be removed from the yellow section. now using a webcam veiwer you can use it. Thats all i know so far but i really would like to get my sound working mainly because on xp on this laptop it is pretty powerful for games as i can run crysis at medium settings at an exeptional level but obviously, NO SOUND GRR.....

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
