You may have accidentally activated Zoom!
Go to System Preferences/Universal Access/Seeing to turn it off!

I have embedded 4 videos on my website. It is a single page, scrolling site. When I scroll down, the videos scroll in front of the top menu bar, instead of behind it. I have tried changing layers, etc., and nothing works. Please help.

Kindly create a new layer, via the Layers panel:
Then, right click on the navigation bar, and choose Move to Layer > Layer 2
Ensure that Layer 2 is on top of the other layers.

I am trying to home share with my new MacBook. The music library I am wishing to share is not displaying anywhere on my new laptop under music or library. My computer is authorized and I have tried restarting itunes, etc. Any help/ideas?
Are you using the same ID for homesharing on all devices.
By the way shared libraries don't show up under either 'Music' or 'Libraries'. -

I had the same problem. Kept getting message of waiting for activation or check network connections. I also tried every solution out there and nothing worked. This did though: I download the newest version of itunes (through Internet Explorer - Google Chrome wouldn't work). It pulled in my entire library thank goodness and then I plugged my iphone 4s into the computer. I let itunes find it, did a complete backup in icloud, then did a restore. Entire process took a couple of hours, but I now have imessage and facetime back. I was about ready to give up on Apple and go get a different phone ~

I've upgraded to FF4 uing windows 7 64-bit - won't open when click on shortcut, have tried to reinstall etc, prev ok with version 3+
I found something that could be a workaround ... wel at least it's gotten me one step further (windows 7 now recognizes the scanner as the right device (symbol usb sync cradle), but step 8 keeps failing.

1. Install WMDC 6.
2. Plus the Windows CE based device.
3. Close the "Found new hardware" wizard.
4. Right-click on "Computer" and select "Manage"
5. Open the Device Manager, then select the Windows CE based device.
6. Right-click and select "Update driver..."
7. In the wizard, select "pick from a list..."
8. In the list, select "Microsoft USB Sync [Microsoft]".
9. ... nothing else! It works!
Anything else I could try now?The first time I tried step 8, the microsoft usb sync driver was in the list but I got an error while updating the driver. The second time, it didn't appear on the list anymore. I'm thinking this is more of a 64-bit driver problem.

Firefox 6 will not load when I click the icon. I have tried to uninstall it, both through the control panel and going straight to help.exe. In both cases nothing happens. How do I uninstall this program?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

I have lost my camera icon and my app store icon. I have tried to reset the iPod and even tried to restore factory settings....no luck. Restrictions seems to have been set, but I do not have a pass code. Any suggestions???
I have gone through the router reset for home network, Router reset at work. Restarted my personal hotspot on my iPhone that is running the same IOS.
I have performed the Network settings reset on the iPad.
I have performed a hard reboot on the iPad, (Home button and power button until logo appears)
Also I had to update the Apple driver on my laptop for iTunes to see my iPad after I had updated iTunes, I'm not sure if I lost wifi after I updated the iPad IOS or updating iTunes. -
When I click the icon nothing happens. My Internet is working fine but firefox is not responding. I have tried restating my computer and tried uninstalling and then re installing but they didn't work
Double click home button click home nbutton then keep finger pressed on mail icon at bottom and press the reduce sound button that did the trick for me.

After iOS 7 update, I have no Safari icon. I have to do a search to open it.
I did the update on my phone to iOS 7, don't love it, but went ahead and updated my ipad anyway. As soon as update was over, my Safari icon is missing. The only way I can open safari is to do a search for it, then open it. Any suggestions? I don't know how to make a new icon if that is even possible.

HT204291 AirPlay icon disappeared. Have tried EVERYTHING. Help!
Hello all. We have had ATV for about three months. At first all worked fine and we were able to use AirPlay on our ipads and iphone 5. Then, about a month later, all AirPlay icons disappeared.
I understand this is a common problem. In the last few days we have tried rebooting our devices, the ATV, and our wi-fi router. Nothing has worked. I have also tried changing the language on my phone, and back again...to no effect.
All of our devices and the ATV are up to date with systems and updates.
We need help! Everything else works on the ATV. It's AirPlay which is the problem. It's switched on on the ATV, and all of our devices are on the same wi-fi.
What's going on? HELP!There is no answer.
Remote App stopped working here also. ATV2 works one out of 10 times so forget that. Airplay played once and stopped yesterday. I can only reboot routers and devices and reset homesharing so many times. I give up. Getting a Roku. -
Up til about 3 weeks ago songs from my Library would auto sync to my iphone 4, now music I add to my library will not sync to my phone. I have tried this manually with no luck and even tried deleting Quicktime as suggested by another site but no luck. Please help?

I checked the songs, they work. The computer was authorized.
Here is another interesting thing, I went to my old computer, and everything syncs (but the library on that comp is old).
I just don't understand why the music won't transfer (because all the other info transfers just fine)
In the phone menu I have everything checked off properly such as (sync all music and playlists).

How do I get a second monitor to work. I have all the correct leads etc. But I can not find the additional monitor in the Pref Display section.

thanks. I didn't know that and it does work. But I still have the problem that it rarely works if I need to have the cursor in place in order to make a correction or addition to a cell, or if I want to use dictation, which is my preferred method.
But you have definitely provided me with a work around that I can use most of the time for entering text.
I am going to give it some more time to see what I can learn before switching back to Excel. It acts like there's a poor connection between the mouse and/or trackpad--I'm switching back and forth looking for better traction--and the program, although both the mouse and trackpad work well elsewhere.

I can't save any changes in Firefox. I want a blank starting page, not to be asked about passwords everytime, adjust my security etc. Nothing works. I go to Tools, make the changes, and the next time I open Firefox, it is as if nothing has been saved.
