  • Everytime I click on a menu, and it drops down my iPhone lets me click on it but never actually loads the tab I clicked on, what should I do?

    Everytime I click on the menu to login to my school portal, it opens the drop down menu but it never loads the actual tab I'm clicking on. I don't know if that's because of settings or what it is but I've tried everything possible. I also noticed there was a little padlock by the URL on Safari and I don't think it's the problem I don't know how to get rid of it though. Can anyone help?

    Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
    You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
    * [http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/default.aspx Microsoft Safety Scanner]
    * [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware]

  • Every Time when window restart Firefox crashed and stop script tabbrowser.xml

    Firefox gets hanged and showing this browser/content/tabbrowser.xml 2425 error whenever restart windows and start firefox.

    I noticed you put Firefox crashed in your title. Can you see if you have any reports submitted by following the steps below?
    #Enter ''about:crashes'' in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
    #Copy the '''5''' most recent Report IDs that start with '''bp-''' and paste them into your response here.

    Also, your description of the problem is too vague and is most likely caused by an extension. Please do the following:
    *Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the ''Help'' menu and select ''Troubleshooting Information'' from the submenu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select ''Troubleshooting Information'' from the menu.
    Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
    *At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
    *Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.

  • My music is on an external drive and is about 250GB. When I shut iTunes down it crashes and stops working. Windows has to close the program. What do I do?

    I can't seem to get iTunes to shut down without crashing. After closing the program a window pops up that says "Saving iTunes Library..." and then immediately another window below it that says "iTunes has stopped working" and only gives me the option to close the program. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program and that didn't work. What else can I try?

    Exclude your antivirus software's real time scanner from the iTunes folder.

  • Everytime I click on iTunes Store it stops working and closes the whole itunes program

    I have restarted the computer several times, repaired several apple related programs from the control panel, but the problem persists. It is only when I am using the itunes software on my computer too. The regular library works fine and i can even play itunes radio, it only happens when I click the little "Itunes store" rectangle. It loading bar will show it had loaded about 3/4 of the store then it just stops and closes The whole program

    I am having the very same problem with iTunes, I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and started having the problem after the latest update. I just upgraded to the new 5s and was syncing everything to it, so I figured that I would update my itunes software as well. Which I never do after updating one time and had trouble with it on my old laptop and had to rollback to a older version of itunes. I have tried every suggestion that has been posted in the Apple Discussion area and on other websites no luck what so ever. I figured I will wait till Apple comes out with another update and try again. In the post above I am having the exact problem with iTunes.  I'd love to know what thef-ing problem is because this is extremely annoying!

  • Click to call crashing and freezing pages

    Since I upgraded to version 6.3.0.105, skype click to call keeps freezing pages and I get crash messages. This is happening in Chrome and explorer

    Dear Readers,
    Here is my idea: ensure you are using the latest and greatest Chrome.
    Then, download and install the latest and greatest Click-to-Call (an update was issued late last week - so as of Friday, 16 August 2013, this thread is out-of-date).
    Finally, ensure the C2C extension is enabled in Chrome.
    Eureka!  Look up your favourite mall store directory, and check out the blue S beside the highlighted numbers.  It works!
    Mine has never crashed.
    @CarlDrogo: If after having checked my points, above, please post back with the error messages or any other clues - I am on Windows 7.  Screen shots would be ideal, as long as no personally identifiable information is revealed.  Thanks!
    Cheers,
    Elaine

  • I have a problem with a vi that crash and stops the signal generation.

    I want to control several pumps and valve at the same time. Three of them are comanded by a board installed in other computer, so that I have to comunicate with them by a TCP/IP comunication. The others one are controled by signals sent by a PCI-6024 E board which is installed in my computer. The problem is that I want to create a vi that controls every equipment at the same time. I did a Vi that is in attach, but the problem is that when I run the vi it works during a certain time, but after 10 minutes (more or less) it stops to send the signals to the pumps. Could someone help me?

    You did not include your subVIs so not much can be inferred. Several points of poor programming jump out
    1. Use time delays in your loops to keep them from racing
    2. Put the Open Application Ref and Open VI Ref before the start of the loop and the Close Ref after the loop

  • Everytime I click on a link and a new tab/window opens to open the link - i get an alert that says URL is not valid and cnnot be loaded. I click ok and the page loads fine. How do I get rid of this alert?

    See above

    Actually the OP is running Firefox 3.6.8, but has a user agent that is corrupted by an extension (NET_mmhpset)
    You can check the '''general.useragent''' prefs on the about:config page.<br />
    You can open the '''about:config''' page via the location bar, just like you open a website.<br />
    Filter: general.useragent<br />
    If '''general.useragent''' prefs are bold (user set) then you can right-click that pref and choose Reset.<br />

  • Action Script 3 code not working for start and stop button?

    Ok so I have this simple animation I created of a circle that moves from one side of the stage to the other. I have added a new layer and called it buttons. On this layer I have added 2 buttons. One for start and another one for stop. The purpose is to get my circle to move from one side of the stage to the other but be able to use my buttons so that I can start and stop the animations at random times during playback. I fixed all my compiler errors now the problem lies in that everytime I click the start or the stop button I get an output error. I have a 3rd layer in which is titled actions and this is where all my code is posted. I removed that layer and placed my code in the first frame of the buttons layer to see if this would change anything but I still get the same output errors. So I just added back my actions layer. What could I be doing wrong? I have made sure to name all my movie clips and buttons correctly and I even added an instance name to them.
    Here is my code and the errors I am getting when I press the play and stop button on test-
    start_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, startCircle);
    stop_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, stopCircle);
    function startCircle(e:MouseEvent):void{
        circle.play();
    function stopCircle(e:MouseEvent):void{
        circle.stop();
    green_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, greenCircle);
    red_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, redCircle);
    function greenCircle(e:MouseEvent):void{
        circle.play();
    function redCircle(e:MouseEvent):void{
        circle.stop();
    Here are my output errors-
    TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
        at exercise2_fla::MainTimeline/redCircle()
    TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
        at exercise2_fla::MainTimeline/greenCircle()

    ok so my circle is my movie clip and it is titled circle and the instance name is circle. Am I supposed to change MovieClip to circle? I put the code at the top of my actions script but for some reason it did not work. I did change play to stop and it got the movie clip to stop when I do test movie but my buttons still do not work. So I changed stop back to play. Strange.
    I did try changing MovieClip to circle but that did not work so I did Circle with a capital C and that did me no good eigther.
    I meant to add that I did get an error that said- 1180 Call to a possibly undefined method circle.

  • Firefox crashes and also my NVIDIA

    For several time after updating to Firefox 36.0.1and now to 36.0.4 I am getting sporadic crashes of Firefox where Firefox goes black and at the same time my NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 will crash and stop working but will recover. There is no crash report for Firefox to send and I have to restart it. This happens after I have done a lot of scrolling or have been watching some videos. This only started happening starting with the 36.0.1and now it has start on the 36.0.4 update. I have reinstalled Firefox and refreshed Firefox and mu plugins are up to date. I am using Win 7 Home Premium 64 BIT , 8.00GB of Mem, Intel Quad Core at 2.50 Ghz .

    As for others with this problem, they should try updating their drivers as well.

    Hi Tyler,
    I had to roll back my NVIDIA driver to the one I had before which was sp46254.exe Version 8.17.11.9732 . This was a special driver update from NVIDIA for HP where as the original NVIDIA drivers were having problems. The updated one I installed that you suggested was causing my system to boot slowly and it was putting my monitor to sleep when booting to Windows for several seconds and then waking up. Everything is back to normal now. I have put my power setting to High Performance whether that will help or not. The crash problems are only happening with Firefox since the 36.0.1 and the 36.0.4 updates. I have intensely used IE 11 and no crashes have occurred as of yet and I have not experienced any NVIDIA crashes with any other program on my computer that I use. I have scanned my entire computer with Malwarebytes , Norton Internet Security and Microsoft Safety scanner and nothing malicious was found. I think that possibly that this problem and since several others are having the same problem, should be kicked up to Mozilla analysts.
