Everytime I close out of the internet and go back in, I have to reinstall firefox, why?

I use to have firefox on my computer and then all of a sudden it was gone. This happened about a month ago. I reinstalled 3.6 version for my online classes and everytime I close out of the internet I loose firefox. I have to go to my downloads and reinstall it. Is there a way to fix this?

If you want to change the layout to be more like Firefox 3.6, you can do so. Firefox 9.0.1 is the current version and Firefox 10 will replace it at the end of January 2012. The only other version of Firefox that is currently supported and updated is Firefox 3.6.25, '''but support for the Firefox 3.6 version is likely to end soon'''.

If you delete the YouTube app you will not be affecting your YouTube account. You can always reinstall it & see if that fixes the problem.
As far as Safari pages reloading between tabs, I have also noticed the issue after iOS 8 on my iPad 2. Updating to the latest iOS on older devices can see a degradation in performance within certain apps due to the limitations of those devices.

I don't know what you mean by "all recommended measures."
Please tell me that it has NEVER been jailbroke. If that's the case, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

Why is Firefox connecting to the Internet and installing updates when I have checked the option to "Check for updates, but let me choose where to install"?

Firefox is connecting to the Internet by itself (i.e., I have not opened the browser) and then installing updates (e.g., Firefox 28 today) even though I have checked the option under Advanced to "Check for updates, but let me choose where to install." I am using Windows 7 on an HP EliteBook behind my company's firewall.

Firefox crashes everytime I close a tab; the internet said it was a Norton Antivirus issue, but I contacted Norton and they are not the issue.

Every time I close a tab, Firefox crashes. These forums hinted that it was a Norton issue (and that it had been solved) so I contacted Norton. Spent 2 hrs on support with them, including them remotely controlling my computer. Norton is 100% updated, and the crashes happened EVEN WHEN WE DISABLED NORTON. So, it is NOT a Norton issue. What can I do? This is very frustrating and makes it impossible to continue to use Firefox.

I could use \Firefox ok but all of a sudden i can no longer use it. I get a message saying there is a problem connecting and although i am connected to the internet and can use other browsers, i cannot use firefox. It is allowed through my firewall.

i think i may have caused this wheni inadvertently pressed upgrade when i had an internet explorer message appear.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

No. If the exact SMTP address exists in the org, it will never leave the Exchange org when sent from an authenticated user.

When typing in a google search, nothing happens. I try hitting return or clicking on search and nothing happens. I can however search by going into Advanced Search and retyping my query. I also have to retry repeated now to get an active window when I want to compose an email in aol. The window will pop up and nothing is active. This has been happening for a couple weeks now. I also have found that many times the AOL toolbar won't work...buttons are inactive and I have to quit Firefox and reload several time to access any of Firefox or AOL toolbar buttons.

If you can't get AOL to talk you thru it, then it's time to stop using AOL.
You are paying extra for a useless service. You already pay (and HAVE TO PAY) to the internet company that gives you the internet modem and conneciton to the internet, and they are be giving you 1-5 free email addresses with that account. (call them if you never set them up).
There is no guarantee you don't have a problem with your mail setup on your computer, but this is the right time for you to set up your [email protected] accounts, download all your AOL mail including your address book (FROM AOL'S WEBISTE via Safari) to your hard drive, make sure you are using an external drive with Time Machine and doing daily if not hourly backups, and start sending emails to your friends and family and business from the new mail account(s).
Otherwise you can call someone who saves computers and AOL accounts for a living and pay them $25- $100 hour....

To reset, press and hold the Home and power buttons until the silver apple appears.
I would delete the app, reset the phone and then download the app again. Your calendar information should be stored on the phone as Week Cal uses the Calendar app information.
