Everytime I fill out a form when I send it it comes up blank, How do I stop this

Every time i fill out a form and send it the form is received blank what do i do to stop this from happening ?

What device, platform, product and version are you using to fill-in the form?
Macintosh "Preview" corrupts PDFs and does a real job on forms.

Apple TV 3 Status Light turns ON and stays ON when I turn ON my Broadband Modem. How do I stop this ?

Since I updated my Apple TV 3 to 5.1.1, the Status Light turns ON and stays ON when I turn ON my Broadband Modem. How do I stop this ?
At the moment I have to go to the HDMI channel that my ATV 3 is connected to, wake the ATV, then put it back to sleep, to turn OFF the status lght.
When I first got my ATV I did not have this problem, when it was running 5.1.0.
I sent in a Feedback form, but they only as the option to select the OS version of a NON iOS device.
Is there a fix to this that wont involve me leaving my modem ON all the time ?
I turn my modem OFF when I am not using the Internet because I am a bit paranoid about the security of the data on my devices, and if I leave the modem turned ON all the time it might make me an easier target for hackers etc. { This is NOT part of my question, just explaining why I turn my modem OFF ( I feel safer ) }

The ATV3 does that to me when I turn on my TV. the light goes on and stays on. If I switch to the ATV3, it seems to be half asleep with the light on ... I do wish Apple would enable the HDMI CEC and then everything would make sense. I've turned off my wireless and on again but the ATV3 light does not turn on automatically for me.
As you pointed out, I guess this could be a small glitch on the new firmware/software update... I wonder if this could be fixed by doing a restore from the iTunes app. I might give it a try tomorrow and see what happens...

When I open gmail the account that I want to come up doesn't. Even when I put the account in manually and check "stay signed in" everytime I open gmail the account that I don't want comes up. How can I fix this???

When I go to gmail the name of one of my accounts and the password are already written in. I don't want this particular account to be the "default". I want another of my accounts to be the "default". I can't find out how to fix this situation. Going into settings on these accounts doesn't seem to help. Basically I want to undefault one account. Help. This is very frustrating as to get into the account that I want I have to write the account name and password in manually every time. I'm so frustrated that I will stop using Firefox if I can't fix it and go back to Safari which I really don't want to do.

All of the sudden I am getting two windows when clicking on a link in Facebook. How can I stop this from happening? Please HELP

Today I discovered that when I was in facebook, and clicked on a link, anywhere, I would get a blank window and then another window would open up and have the links information on it. Things are really slow with this happening. I've checked out the popup tab, and I don't have it checked. There is nothing in the list either. PLEASE help me get rid of this problem. When I use the magnifying glass to correct a typo when messaging, my iPhone 5 freezes up. How can I stop this?

As the title states, whenever is go to correct a typo in my messages using the magnifying glass my phone freezes up temporarily. It takes about 30 sec before its back to normal. The iTunes and iCloud accounts are different accounts, check that you are not both using the same iCloud account at settings > iCloud.

ITunes keeps taking new songs off my iPhone 4s when wirelessly synced with my MacBook Pro. How do I stop this??

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and whenever my phone is close enought to my computer to wirelessly sync, it takes all my new songs I just added within the last week off my iPhone and I have to connect it with the cord and sync it to get it all back.
