Everytime I log into creative cloud I get an error saying either account maintenance or this section of creative cloud is experiencing problems

Cleared cache, site comes.  Click to download creative cloud app (this is a new work laptop), sign in.  Error comes up after a few seconds.
Been happening for about 12 hours now.  Really need to get my work software running on my work laptop....
