Everytime i try to acces my music or the app store it goes for a second then flashes out. what do i do?
i've been having my ipod for 3 months and it has always worked well, but for the past 3 days, i have been trying to go on my music, internet, youtube, and the app store, but everytimei go into it, it goes for a second and then it just flashes out. i am not able to access any of those things. I have already restore it and still NOTHING! what do i do? what is happenning with my ipod?
its an ipod touch 4g.

Change App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3.Tap "View Apple ID"
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap "Country/Region."

7. Select the region where you are located.

when I try to download Mavericks OS from the App store, it says "waiting". The download process doesnt actually start. How can i fix this?

- Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading including Mountain Lion.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select Mountain Lion. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. -

My cards are from England but the registered address is in Thailand.
When l try to make a purchase on the app store l get the message that my cards are not valid in Thailand!
l have a paypal account but there is no option on my account to use it!

If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it (and/or reinstall it) after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
i changed my apple ID and whan I try and open the App store the old ID comes up how can I get it to take my new ID/ email address that has been accepted
Sign Out of your Account... Then.. Sign in using the preferred Apple ID.
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID

If that does't help, try resetting Winsock. This has solved the problem for some people, at least.
1) Click on your start menu.
2) Go to accessories
3) Run the Command Prompt application. For those with Vista or Windows 7, right click on Comman Prompt and choose "run as administrator".
4) Once it opens, type in the following command...
netsh winsock reset
5) hit Enter and it should say something like Winsock reset successful.
6) Reboot your computer and try the iTunes Store again.

It sounds like restrictions may be enabled preventing in app purchases.
You can enable and adjust Restrictions, or Parental Controls, on your device to prevent access to specific features or content on the device. Locate these settings by tapping Settings > General > Restrictions.
You can choose to prevent access to specific content types:
Ratings (select the country in the ratings section to automatically apply the appropriate content ratings for that region)
Music and podcasts
Movies
TV shows
Books3
Apps
In-app purchases
You can also adjust the time necessary before a password is required to purchase content.
