Everytime I try to access the iTunes store my PC gives a warning it stopped working

Everytime I try to access the iTunes store to download a digital copy movie or even access the store i get a message that iTunes has stopped working.  I have deleted and downloaded iTunes multiple times as well as turning off the firewall.  I have been able to use iTunes for years and on the same computer.

Hi smile9622,
If iTunes seems to be unexpectedly qutting with the notification that it stopped working, one of these articles should be able to help, depending on your OS.
iTunes for Windows XP: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues

iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues

Cheers,
