When I enter my credit card information on itunes it asks for verification. Now when I switched it back to "None" it says contact itunes support. I would really like to purchase things on itunes store. Any help?

Try tapping on NONE and then tap on DONE to remove the payment information, then go back in and try to add the new card if you want one on the account.

I am a K-6 tech teacher and just recieved two classroom sets of iPads. I'm wondering what is the best way to set up iTunes so that apps may be downloaded. I do not want to put my personal information in and I do not want students to put in their informtion either. Teachers want to be able to download free apps and when the school purchases iTunes gift cards, they would like to be able to use them. What is the best way to go about this?

Contact your IT person. They will help you with provisioning & setting up the iPads and getting apps on them and locking them down so students can only access certain settings and apps.

Don't create an AppleID yourself and use it to put stuff onto the school iPads. You can't have more than 10 iPads to one iTunes account anyway.

Problem changing credit card information on profile for Creative Cloud

I was trying to update credit card on my account profile page for creative cloud subscription, on the Adobe.com site, but when I tried to change the credit card number on the web site, I got this error message:
I then called customer service on 10/31/13, about the problem. I gave the representative my new card number over the phone to be updated on my account. He said that it would reflect on my profile within an hour or two. IT HAS NOT. The old number is still on my account.
Is this problem being fixed, when will the profile area be fixed so that I can change credit info myself? I tried again today, and the same error message appears.

Update on my previous post - I was in chrome browser when the error message came up. Switched over to Safari, and it now has worked.
