Everytime I try to use camera on app or snap my screen is just black?

Everytime I try to use any app with my camera, the camera spot just shows up black. On snapchat I cannot even turn on of off flash or switch directions its facing, the icons are gone. I keep getting a message randomly saying my storage is full, but never when I open the camera. I have a 5S

Try:
- Go to Settings>Safari and delete/clear cookies, data history and other stuff if listed. What is listed depends upon the iOS version.
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
if still problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Everytime I try to use the video camera, my ipod automatically restarts. I just need to bring the clicker to the Video section on the main menu for it to turn on and off again. I have to scroll over it really fast so it doesn't restart. My dad bought it a few months ago and I just opened it about a week ago. Iphone reboots when i try to use camera

here it is. explaining this is hard............
i try to use camera app/ phone reboots everytime !!!!!!!
when phone goes into "auto-lock"/ phone turns completely off (unless charging !)
when i cut off (tap top button once) phone turns completely off after like 15 seconds, (unless charging !) if i hit top button or home button within 15 seconds it does not turn completely off. Everything else works as it should.

i've had to turn auto-lock to "never" in order to use phone which causes short battery life. Please help this frigging ***** !!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot help you; all I did was test for you.
I did an upgrade over my Lion install with Mountain Lion which went fine. I just tested icon view in my Finder on different files and folders and here in my installation all stays fine; good readable like in column view!
The only thing you might try is change your Font in Finder and set it back to the original afterwards!
I quickly Google'd how to change fonts in the Finder as appearantly there's no obvious gui item for it:

Try to see if it brings you anywhere!
At my post all fonts act normal after my upgrade to Mountain Lion; I don't do a clean install unless I really have to!

IIf you have updated any of your devices iTunes store will be unavailable for the time being. The new App for the Iwatch is being pushed out to all devices so this is probably why no access.

It appears you do not have a valid payment method in your account. Yu ned one even for free apps (unless you created the account following these instructions)
Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

No, it is asking you to register with your Amazon user id and password. Your Apple ID won't work.
