EWA - traffic light pictures missing - text rating available
Hello,
we have currently SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 with SP Stack 26 installed. In all our EWA reports the traffic light pictures are missing.
Nevertheless, the rating is correct and visible as the missing image comment. This is within the DSWP preview, in the Word documents and also in the HTML reports. We already deleted and updated the service definitions but the issue stays.
Is there any correction for this?

We had issues with Basis SP08 (SAPKB70108) cause it introduced new procedure to determine SAPWORKDIR.
Note 1501119 describes this change.
In our case the SAPWORKDIR ended up on
-folder names causing lots of issues in RMAUTH-transaction. Check the SAPWORKDIR-folder to see if the icons gets downloaded or not!

Using InDesign CS6 onWindows PC. Apple icon and traffic lights in L top corner are missing and so are some of the editing features. I fixed this once before by accident but can't remember how I did it. All I remember is it had something to do with the veiw % in other applications - I think!
I've been using a tutorial that is obviously been done on a Mac.
I used to have a link somewhere that was basically a list of all of the differences between the two platforms, but I can't lay hands on it. I'm sure if you asked us about the features that were missing or broken, we could answer fairly easily - you know, like "Preferences are under the InDesign menu on a Mac, but in Windows they're under Edit."
The worst of these differences is in keyboard shortcuts - Macs have an extra modifier key, so whenever I switch platforms I always spend twenty minutes flopping my hands around and muttering uncomplimentary things about Cupertino and Redmond, at least until muscle memory takes over. -

This problem could be caused by some Launch Services cache or preferences corruption that affects the built-in spell checker. 5800 XM missed text light keeps flashing!
Hello everyone!
Right, I dont know why, ever since I updated the 5800 with the latest firmware the little white light that used to only flash when I had a missed call or a missed text now flashes constantly (at that same slow rate..but its always flashing). I went through my inbox, outbox everything. Then went though all the missed calls etc, but it still flashes.
Any ideas why or how I could stop it?

Missing text in many programs - Rox, Thunar, Deluge, etc [SOLVED]
Hi all,
I'm having a very confusing problem. Basically, text is just missing from certain programs. Here are a few quick examples:

Deluge:
It's very strange. First of all, this just started happening recently, and I don't think after an update or anything. But I know "it just randomly started happening" is a dumb thing to say.
Here is the info I think could be useful:
-I have the ttf-freefont package and the xorg-font family of packages
-I have updated and restarted since this happened; nothing has changed
-The filenames look perfect if I just list them in the terminal (no newlines or anything)
-The filenames that have disappeared aren't anything special, it's seemingly random (no weird characters in them)
-The icons are totally fine
-All the things with missing text are still totally functional if I use them
-I thought this was a file manager issue, but it happening in Deluge too, so nope
-I downloaded and tried Nautilus, same deal, but some files had random words from their name appear. Just as bad basically though
-I also downloaded and tried Midnight Commander (a text based file manager) and everything is perfectly fine in it
Any suggestions? This is very mysterious, and driving me nuts.

Edit: To clarify, in the Thunar and Rox pictures I just took screenshots of a small portion of a folder. In the Deluge pictures, in the first one those 3 blank looking buttons in that menu should have more words (like "Remove Torrent"), and in the second one, those + and - buttons should also have text.

If this is indeed your issue, then you need to install the xf86-video-nouveau-0.0.16_git20120512-1 package from [testing]. If you re-enable [testing] and do an -Syu, it should automatically install this package. -
I just spent 3 days creating a book [32 pages], with photos and text but when I click Buy Book In iPhoto this appears>
Our book appears to have default text that has not been edited. Printed books will not include this text. Do you want to continue?

<Email Edited by Host>Yes, you're safe to continue. That means that there are text boxes that you did not put any text into and they contain the holding text which will not be printed. That text is shown in a light grayt and is in Latin. Normally you can just put a space in the text box to replace the holding text so as not to get that warning message.

Check the pdf file for any missing text or photos and any warning indicators in the text boxes indicating that some of the text has exceeded the space allotted in the text box.
Keep the pdf file to compare with the printed copy when you reciive it.

My client facing one issue regarding the vl10g traffic light it show red colour after all document status is completed so please let me know I have to used which oss note / I have to debug the program(this is the standard T.code) or which way i have to used for resolved this issue so please replay argentely this great help to me and I am very thankful for corporation.

With this in mind, I'd doubt the previous statement that the order status is 'completed'. Such orders wouldn't be picked up for the Delivery Due list. It is possible that either there is a line item that is not relevant to delivery yet it makes the order header status incomplete. Thus Delivery Due list picks up the order # based on the header status but when it checks the line items, there is nothing relevant for delivery.
Check again the order statuses, not just on screen but in the tables VBUK/VBUP. Additionally, you can search for the notes yourself using the message ID/number (e.g. VL 001, which you should see, along with the long text, when you double-click on the message). -

If you are using the functionalities of the class CL_SALV_TABLE, try to have a look at this program: SALV_DEMO_TABLE_COLUMNS
and if the class is CL_GUI_ALV_GRID, have a look at this program: BCALV_GRID_04
Just try to compare and analyze what is that you are missing...:)
You can fiund a lot of demo programs in the package: SALV_OBJECTS and SLIS
