Excel 2007 error when displaying GL Planning Data (GP12NA)

Dear All,
T-code:GP12NA
When i display the GL Planning Data using the integration with office excel 2007, the cell automatically becomes to date and time format on the value field.
But when i display using integration with office excel 2003, the GL Planning data is displayed correctly.
Appreciate if someone could address me on this issue.

I did not able to solve the problem.
Alternatively, I created 2 planning layout assigned to one planning profile.
1. Layout 1 - Integrated with excel (tick)
I used this layout for for uploading GL planning figures using the t-code GLPLUP.
2. Layout 2 - Integrated with excel (do not tick)
To display the GL Planning figures, i used this profile in t-code GP12NA. By this way, the figures are correctly displayed without any formatting error.
I assume this due to patches that needs to be upgraded in order display excel 2007 correctly.
Please reply me if you need further clarification.

Error When generating the plan layout

Dear All,
When i try to generate the file description for COPA planning through KP34ER, i get the following error..
I have checked all four points that they have mentioned. Any idea why this coud be?
No data has been entered yet.
Message no. KG845
Diagnosis
The planning layout you are using (COPAGI) only contains selection criteria for which no data has yet been entered. As a result, the system cannot display any plan data.
In this layout it is not possible to add characteristic values. This could be due to the following:
1. Manual planning is not allowed for the specified record type. Only record types A, F, G, E, and your user-defined record types can be planned manually.
2. The planning layout was only defined to contain actual data. The plan/actual indicator "1" is nowhere specified.
3. The selected plan version cannot be planned.
4. The lead column was defined so that only the texts of the characteristic values are displayed. As a result, no new characteristic values can be added in planning.
Procedure
Proceed as follows, depending on what the cause was:
1. Use a record type that can be planned manually.
2. None
3. Choose another plan version that can be planned.
4. Change the planning layout so that the key of the characteristic values is displayed in the lead column.

Another possible reason could be, that in the general data selection of the layout is used the characteristic which is not restricted in the plannig package to the single value:
Example:
Let say the char. Country is used in the general data selection and is not restricted in the pl. package. Since the value for the
general data selection characteristic is not possible to enter in the layout, it is not possible to enter any data, because the user
could not enter for Country and the system doesn't know for what Country the planning is done. If you restrict the Country in the pl. package to single value (e.g. JP) then it will work, since the system knows now, that the data which will be entered belongs to the Country = JP.
So please make sure, that all general data characteristics are restricted to the single value in the planning package. Then it will work.
When we specify single value the planlayout can be displayed with "0" because of there is in this case already created (together with values of other characteristics) a concrete profitability segment that exists certainly. That means system can find and display this profitability segment.
But when we put interval 0000 - ZZZZ for a characteristic system doesn't know which values from this interval are the valid values that are able to be displayed for planning. For example the value 1010 can exist but 2020 does not exist and it would make no sence to offer these invalid values for display of planning data.
In general, message KG845 in case of selection defined by interval is raised also due performance reasons. Selection
defined by interval(s) could lead to big number of possible combinations, which should be displayed regardless of fact that no data are already posted in database.
The idea is following- if there is selection defined by single values, then we don't care about performance and we display data (empty) values as it's fast(regardless of fact that no data are posted in database). In case of selection by interval, performance is an issue because we have to display all combinations of data, which can be generated. This could lead to thousands of possible combinations and long system response. This is not intended and it makes no real sense. Basic idea
here is that we use different approach in case that selection is defined by interval and different approach, when selection is defined by single value.

ABAP Run time error when display the Customs Export declarations

I'm receiving ABAP Run time error when display the Customs Exp. Declarations Under SAP Customs Processing -> Customs Processing - Import / Export -> Monitoring.
Error messaging point to Function Module - /SAPSLL/CUHD_LOAD_SELECTION.
While debugging we found that Primary Key of the below structures are not the same
lt_corpar                              type      /sapsll/corpar_t
lt_corpar_ht      type      /sapsll/corpar_k02_ht
Does anyone has the SAP Notes or solution to this issue other than changing the structures manually. I'm not sure about the impact if i change manually

    The main program was "/SAPSLL/CULO_DISPLAY_CUS_EXP ".
    In the source code you have the termination point in line 144
    of the (Include) program "/SAPSLL/LCUHD_SELECTIONU01".
We are on GTS Release 8.0 and Support Package SAPK-80014INSAPSLL (Support pack level 14).

I have implemented SAP Note 1531799, but it hasn't resolved the current issue.
For Our GTS instance, there are 2 Feeder Systems (ECC) attached, but document transfer in one of the system has not been activated. Both having the same partner functions ( We copied the sandbox into 2 different instances for different business Testings and now these 2 instances attached to GTS for testing). These feeder systems have different Logical system names and Logical system groups.

Issue: gives an error when tried to open an XL report.
Previously it was working fine with excel 2003 after configuring macros.

found the solution:
open excel 2007 > start (top left button) > excel options > trust center > trust center settings > macro setting > check 'enable all macros' and 'trust access to the VBA project object model'

I have problem when trying to view data on dimension with dataviewer in OWB 11g. it's no problem when i load small amount of data, but when i load huge amount of data i've got error message "ent-06972 Error When Displaying BIBeans for Dimension Dataviewer ". is it some kind of bug in OWB?

"Initial column cannot be generated" error when creating a planning book

Hi,
I have an error when creating a planning book with the planning book wizard. In the tab "data view", I enter values for the "Visible" and "Input" fields and validate. The following error is generated: "Initial column cannot be generated" and then "Maintain the time for the 'column visible from' field". I tried with different dates, and get the same error.
I am running SCM 5.0.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Hi,
Generally these error come when we manually enter the value in the Visible and Input column. Instead we should try select value from the Drill down options which gets generated based on the Time Bucket Profile you have selected as input for Planning Horizon.

Displaying Actual & Planned Data

Hello,
I need to create a query which is built on a MultiProvider. This m/p looks at 2 Infocubes for it's data - one i/c containing actual data the other containing planned data.
The query I need to create should have account numbers in the rows, but the more complicated requirement relates to the columns.
In the columns I need to display the periods of the year. Within each period, I need to display the credit & debit posting values.
The above can be created easily enough, but the issue I have is how to display the actual data for the periods that have actual data and then just display the planned data for the remaining periods.
The problem relates to the Planned data InfoCube as this contains "old" planned data for periods where we now have Actual values.
Can anyone suggest anyway of doing this?

Dont you have any characteristics to differentiate the planning numbers from last month any current month. Say, how do you differentiate the plan numbers April, planned in Feb & Mar?
Anyways, the solution I can think of is to create the Actuals as selection in the Key Figure structure and restrict the period by the 1st of Jan, (Entered Year by User) to Either Current Date or if year entered is last year then 31st Dec, (Enetered Year by user).
Say, user enters 2007, in that case Actuals will be restricted by 001/2007 to 012/2007. If user enters 2009, in that case restrict the period by 001/2009 to 003/2009. For the same cases, Plan can be restricted by 001/1000 to 001/1000 if 2007 is entered (any previous year) or if current year is entered, restrict by current period (004/2009) to end of the year (012/2009).
I know this customer exit will be tricky, but that will solve your problem.

Error when displaying xellerate form

I have the following error when displaying the form of any xellerate users :
ERROR,03 May 2011 10:40:56,273,[XELLERATE.APIS],Class/Method: tcFormDefinitionOperationsBean/getFormFieldPropertyValue encounter some problems: Property 'Column Names' has not defined for the form field '-19'
All is working fine, just this error that is diplayed each time I want to display a user form. In my formMetadata.xml, I have the following definition for the field -19, it is the manager :

Hello,
I'm new to OIM. I am a new hire to a group that had a contractor setup the whole system. I'm finding a similar issue on our system here. I've looked through the database and cannot seem to find the issue. Error happens when from the webapp clicking on "Create IT Resource".
From the Error Log:
Class/Method: tcFormDefinitionOperationsBean/getFormFieldPropertyValue encounter some problems: Property 'Column Names' has not defined for the form field '-82'

Error when reading the DDIC-data for table

We upgraded from DMIS 2011 SP04 to SP07. We are in development system.
To test initial load, we stopped replication for an existing table and then started replication for the same table.
Mass transfer id connects ECC system to BW on HANA system.
Replication errored with the following message:
Error when reading the ddic-data for table MARD (RFC destination DWACLNT010).
Looking for your guidance.

It is asking " No transfer structure available for the source system ," and saying that 0langu is not assigned to source syatem.I am working on 3.5.

here are teh steps:
1) craete source system in BW as say Flat_file
2) go to inforsource --? create inforsource --> right clik on infosource and say assign datasource
3) select flat_file here and say YES
4) then for flat file, trnafer structure mapping has to be done manually. so in trs struc screen ,go to datasource tab and enter your corresponding infoobject.
5) then go to tranfer rule tab and propose the rule.
If it helps, please assign points. In case of doubt, please get back

hi,
you have to decline 0LANGU, STTXT(short text), MDTXT(medium text),
LGTXT(long text), and respective key field(primary key) of attribute for
text data source. give the above five info object's in transfer structure for
text data source and activate it.

Please tell what can be the cause of error. Where are the access data (URL, user, password) for the Adapter Engine read from?
