Excel attachment showing incorrect value

I have started seeing problems in any excel attachments in columns where dates are clearly being used and instead money is represented. This started happening after upgrading to IOS 6. I currently have an Iphone4. Thanks

Hi,
key figures in my query are showing incorrect values NO CALC POSSIBLE
Data in the cube is coming from different datasources and the cube is compressed.
this is how data in the cube looks like

ZTOTSTKVALUE is CKF with inflow and outflow of ZISSSTCK_VALUE
ZREC_VALUE
Whenever there is 0 it displays NO CALC possible. I would like to have it blank or 0s.

Report to correct FD33 report is showing incorrect values ??

Hi Guys,
Will appreciate your help on below issue.
The "RVKRED88 - Reorganization of SD credit data after updating errors" report is showing incorrect values.
It is specially observed for invoice correction requests that are credit blocked.
The doc flow is like Order (say value 1000 $), delivery, shipment, Picking, GI, billing, accounting all cleared/complete.
The invoice corrrection req (say value -ve 50$) was then created with reference to the billing doc.
The RVKRED88 report shws the original order as open and also shows an open delivery value of 1000$ + 50$= 1050$.
Is this behaviour correct? If not what might be the cause of this? and how to correct it?

I am not sure, how come you are getting correct numbers for UK plant if BX is not loaded. You can get numbers correctly only in one situation which is your initial stock at that plant was ZERO, which is practically not possible.
You said you are loading for Denmark only.
Was the BF init done only for UK?
How come you are loading BF Delta for UK only?
Did you check properly that BX is not loaded into production by changing the date range. Make sure you put the lowest date range in the from field. I would put 01/01/1000
As you said ISS is coming right because those are movements and they dont have to do anything with initial stock, but initial stock and movements affec your Total Stock Key Figure.

0weekday1 is showing incorrect values

Hi,
After the upgrade it has been noticed that the Time characteristic 0weekday1 is showing incorrect text mapping in Bex Reports reports.
After analysis and Investigation I found that
In master data it is maintained as follows which is correct
1 - Sunday
2 - Monday
3 - Tuesday
4 - Wednesday
5 - Thursday
6 - Friday
7 - Saturday
But In the multiprovider, when I do F4 on the filed 0weekday1 it is showing the following values
1 - Monday
2 - Tuesday
3 - Wednesday
4 - Thursday
5 - Friday
6 - Saturday
7 - Sunday.
In RSRV it is showing inconsistencies but when I tried to do the correction it is failing.
I have done the info Object repair for 0weekday1 in RSD1. but still the values have not changed.
Please suggest resolutions to this !!!

When I see the master data it is maintained properly as stated above.
But, when I checked the Master Data Read class, it is found that the data is coming from T246 table which is SAP maintained table. And the entries made in T246 table are the one which are incorrectly mapped.
So, my questions are:
1. Can we change the values directly in T246 table.
2. What other programs/objects, etc will be impacted.
3. Do we have something as "Where used list" for the Tables.

Query on virtual cube showing incorrect values

Experts,
I have create a virtual cube on a base cube using services (info-source). both virtual as well base cube are z-development and are in BI.
Base cube has 6 records, now when I check data in virtual cube using display data it shows correct values based on routine written in virtual cube transformation.
Problem is when I created query on this virtual cube it doesnt show correct data or sometime no applicable data. After debugging I found, in end routine itself result package contains records with blank values in it on which I have written routine. But it does this only while executing query not when I display data in cube.

I am using captivate 4 - AS2 for publishing. I have built a captivate quiz which is a very straight forward without any question pooling or randomization. All the quesions are standard MCSS/MCMS type and there is no custom activity. After the quiz there is standard scoring slide and after that I have added the certificate widget (captivates inbuilt widget).
The problem is the score being displayed on score page is correct however in certificate page it is something different. For this I tried tracking following variables on the score page:
$$cpQuizInfoPointsscored$$
$$cpQuizInfoTotalCorrectAnswers$$
$$cpInfoPercentage$$
The score being displayed is correct and system variable values are incorrect. Attached are a few screenshots for reference ($$cpQuizInfoPointsscored$$ and $$cpQuizInfoTotalCorrectAnswers$$ values are 50, 5 and 140, 14 which should have been 60, 6 and 190, 19 respectively).
Any pointers to what is wrong?

Email Excel attachement showing dollar amount instead of date.

Hi,
I emailed an Excel (.xlsx) file from my pc to two people. They both opened the attachment on their iPads from mail. One person is seing the only date column as a dollar amount with a dollar sign. The other person is showing the column correctly. I looked for any setting that could cause this, but I cannot see anything.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

XML Bursting shows incorrect values in email

We used bursting for sending out AR statements. We want to email the statements and ftp the same to another server for backup copies. When I have my delivery as just email, everything works as expected. When I add 'ftp' delivery in addition to 'email', I see strange behaviour.
If an element in XML is null, and this element is referenced in the email body/subject line, this element shows values from another element that has a value. For example, we have an element 'comment' which is referenced in subject of the email.
This 'comment' can be null, and when it is null, the value shows 'party_name'. Any ideas on why XML Bursting program would show values from other elements when the referenced element value is null? And this happens only when I have more than one 'delivery'.

I am also facing a similar issue, I try to burst the xml file and email it to email address. for records with email address it works fine and when the email address is null, it has taken value from different records (though i don't see it against the respective XML group).
Did you get a chance to identify the issue?

Distributed Current Budget shows incorrect value in P6 EPPM 8.3

I am new to P6 EPPM and i would like to understand "How Distributed Current Budget value is calcluated".
Please find the below screen shot which shows the "Distributed current Budget" value is greater than total of Current Budget allocated for the projects.

Yes, I knew it automatically calculated columns.
Value of "Distributed Current Budget" while you stand at EPS node level = total of current budget for projects under this node.
The total of current budget for projects under Engineering & Construction node is not equal to Distributed current Budget in my screen shot.
Here only i need clarification and please find the screenshot for reference.

FSRM and Quota's showing incorrect values

Hi,
I have set up folder quota's, and on one folder I have set it to 100GB. This Quota shows as 99% used, but the actual folder in Explorer shows only as 28GB used. What am I missing, or set up wrong, or is there a fix that needs to
be applied? (I don't think my maths is that bad as I am pretty sure 28 is not 99% of 100.)
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

I think I have a similar situation with my file cluster here, and this thread seems to be the closes I have found to what I'm seeing. For starters my file cluster servers up shares for my users, these shares are spread across 9 drives, and I have a folder
quota on the share of each drive. For example:
My username is jspatton, so my files are stored on
\\people\i\jspatton the physical drive on the server is the K: drive and the root folder is I (for users I - J). This folder is shared out, and this folder is where the quota is applied. I have it set at 640GB hard, and I have 80GB available to grow into
as needed. I think this is fairly common for most folks out there.
My problem started about 5 days ago when one of my disks dropped to under 1gb of free space. I have a script that runs on my file servers that emails me when a drive drops below a certain threshold. I received that email 5 days ago, followed by a notification
in SCOM that the disk was low. When I logon to the note the node and open Windows Explorer, I see that the free space is indeed under 1gb. When I use powershell to show me free-space I get a similar answer.
The odd thing for me is disk management. Down below in the graphical portion it's reporting the disk as 678GB NTFS which is accurate in an attempt to resolve the quota issue I set the quota to max space. But up above it's reporting something different.
V: 550gb (capacity) 830mb (free)
The disk is basic, and is in fact 678GB here is the info from fsrm which is also interesting..and maybe i'm just missing something.
Quota details V:
Limit 678GB (Hard)
Used 547GB (80%), Peak Usage: 547GB (80%) Peak Time 3:/16/2012 10:23PM
Available 131GB
Volume Details V:
Capacity 550GB
Hard quota allocation 678GB (123%)
available 477 MB
What have I done recently?
I increased the quota to equal the total space of the disk.
I disabled the quota and re-enabled it
On the file server I have emptied the recycle bin, but I don't really think that has an impact on those folders.
If anyone can shed some light I would be very grateful.

Remittance shows incorrect value

Quick question:
I paid out a dealer on SAP and DIC was completed successfully. The rpoblem is that when i check the remittance, i find that there was a lot of funds that were sutracted from the dealer.
Is there a reason why this is the case?

In some cases the DIC completes but the amount does not show on the remittance while in some cases, tinstead of seeing the amount paid to the dealer, i see a large some of money when i print the remittance.
In FBL1N i can see the DIC amount but when i go to Websphere to print the remittance, i cant see this amount or i see a large amount of money.
Any idea what may be the reason for this?

Showing Zero values in OLAP Pivot Table for Excel 2007

I needed a help to a problem. Is it possible to show the values with No sales in an Olap Pivot Table ??
I have a sales Cube, and brwsing it via excel i wanted to filter on a Product Category and see how many products in this category had made no Sales. By default the Pivot table doesn't shows the empty values, so if i check the Showm empty rows option for
Pivot Tables, i see the whole of the products populated with and without sales, and i can't filter further. Is there a way i can only get those which have no sales.

I can slice on product categories in Excel 2013 with these settings for the Pivot Table:
Activate "Show items with no data for rows and columns"
Apply a value filter that says that the measure should filter on values = 0
Have the product natural hierarchy on rows with levels product category->subcategory->product.
Expand the levels below product category
Use the product category attribute and not the hierarchy as the filter.
I do not have Excel 2007 installed anymore.

Hi Maruthi you just need a simple change in the Query .
You need to include the All level and try using TopCount() function instead of the sequential FILTER/ORDER

EWS Managed API 2.0 - Attachment.Inline property value incorrect

I have an application where I am reading the emails from a mailbox using EWS managed api. One of the things that I check for in the email message is whether it has any inline attachments.
I am having this issue where I have an email with an image in the body and an excel file attached. When I check the Attachment.Inline property for the image, it says "false". This is not right. It should say "true".
I tried to reproduce this behavior by creating an email of my own with the same image and another excel file as attachment but cannot reproduce it.
I tried stripping the excel attachment and forwarding the problem email with just the picture in it's body but I still see the inline property as false.
The text format on all these emails is HTML.
I am not sure why inline is false and why I am unable to reproduce this behavior.

How to show NULL value when import data into excel

when retrieve data from sql server and import these data into excel.
data source is like : select a ,b c from tab
if a,b,c is nullable. when import these NULL value into excel, it becomes blank value, there is nothing in the excel cell.
if i don't want to use select isnull(a,'NULL') as a to convert the values.
what's else can i do to make it? is there a way to prevent changing the NULL to blank ?
or is there an easy solution to replace all the blank value to NULL in the excel ?
