Excel problem in Office 365

Hi Team,
I am using office 365.I am facing a problem in excel.When I create a excel file and save it.After saving when I am Going to open that file,it is showing as blank(Mirror) file.But same file I am opening in new excel file than its open.So kindly solve my problem
as soon as possible.Because,cause this problem I am not able to open any excel file.

Hi,
According to your description, please try the following methods:
Click File tab >Options >Advanced >Scroll down to the General section >Clear the Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) check box in the General area.
Go view tab> arrange all >check in "windows of active workbook"
Repair Office( Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)

Based on my experience, if you've ticked the option of "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)“
under FILE>Options>Advanced, you will probably have this kind of issue.
Please try to turn off that option and see if it works.

Not enough memory or disk space in excel and word office 365

I have windows 8.1 and am having huge issues with excel and word in office 365.
When i download a document i am unable to open as message reads cannot open as not enough memory or disk space.
I have plenty of disk space and memory however have searched this and the following has been answered BUT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND This and need HELP with step by step instructions on how to do please;
To resolve the issue, refer to the methods below:

Some of our customers found it sometimes a permission problem.
cmd => dcomcnfg
Click >Component services >Computes >My Computer>Dcom config> and select micro soft Excel Application>
Right Click on microsoft Excel Application>Properties>Give Asp.net Permissions
Select Identity table >Select interactive user >select ok
However i do not understand a word of the above or how to do PLEASE HELP this is extremly frustrating as i am doing correspondence and I am unable to access any files.

To open the Registry Editor, please press Win + R, type regedit in the blank box, press

Now the Registry Editor is open.
Then we see the pane on left, expand the following path:

Then we can see a list on right, find Cache, right click on it, click
Modify..., under Value data, change the value to something like

Problems Using Office 365

Hi,
I have been using office 365 small business premium product. Since last 3 days I am facing problems with all the Office products. I was using Microsoft Word, and I was prompted to install "Proofing
Tool" which I installed. After that Outlook is giving a message "An OLE registration Error occurred. Please re-install" whenever I press Send/Receive button. Since then Word and Excel are also giving problem. I have uninstalled the Proofing
Tool but the problem persists. Please assist urgently.

You may need to register ole32.dll and repair Office to solve this problem.
To register ole32.dll, please follow the steps below:
1. Press Win + R, type "cmd" in the blank box, press Enter.
2. In the Command Prompt, type Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll and press Enter.
3. A regsvr32 window popups, that tells you that the DllRegisterServer succeeded.
Then please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features, try repairing Office, check if this helps.

Problem: Firefox + Office 365 + PDF

Hi, I seem to have found a tricky problem with Firefox 23.0.1, Office 365, and PDF.
After multiple trials, the problem occurs only when I try to attach a PDF to an email (using Office 365) while using Firefox.
After attaching the file to the email, the PDF attachment becomes corrupted.
If I try to open the PDF I created by downloading it back from the email to my desktop I get this Adobe message: "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired". The same file, before the uploading process, could be opened smoothly.
Apparently:
1) It happens with all PDFs.
No change observed if I use PDFs from other people's computer. No change observed if I save or "print" them from a .DOC version. No change observed if I attach PDF found on the internet (scanned images, documents etc.). In all cases, the problem OCCURS.
I tried by attaching other files (.docx) = NO problem observed.
2) It happens only if I download the file back to the desktop or if open the file with Adobe through Firefox after it has been uploaded/attached to the email.
I tried opening the file (after it has been uploaded/attached) with the Office 365 preview mode = NO problem observed (I can preview the PDF).
I tried opening the file with Adobe Acrobat X Pro = the problem OCCURS.
I tried opening the file with Adobe Reader XI = the problem OCCURS.
I tried deactivating/reactivating the Firefox Adobe Reader plugin= the problem OCCURS.
3) It happens with Office 365 only.
This is the webapp used by my University mail account.
I tried with Firefox 23.0.1+ my Hotmail account (which uses a very similar Outlook.com webapp) = NO problem observed.
I tried with Firefox 23.0.1+ my Gmail account = NO problem observed.
4) It happens with Firefox 23.0.1 only.
I tried using IExplorer + Office 365 account = NO problem occurs
I tried using Google Chrome + Office 365 account = NO problem occurs
5) It is a recent issue, probably related with newest Firefox version or newest Office 365. I've updated Firefox few days ago. In the same days the University has upgraded to the latest version of Microsoft Office365. Before the updates no problem had been observed.
My guess: something happens to the PDF file when it goes through Firefox+Office 365 (coding issues?)
I use Windows 7 Home Premium (SP1) 64 BIT

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Problem adding Office 365 Preview

Hi all.
Just getting started with Siena here. Have a little problem I hope you can help me with.
When I try adding the Office 365 Preview data source I just get an error: "Something went wrong :( Check if you have network connectivity or permissions to register an application. Contact your administrator if the problem persists."
I already checked forum/Google and release notes, but can't find any information on this error.
Network connectivity is okay, so I guess I don't have access to register an application. Where do I go to give myself that access?

Based on the description, you wanted to create Outlook profile to connect to Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003. But you got error message. Is it right?
What’s your Outlook version?
Office 365 Home is compatible with only Windows 7 or later, and Mac OS X 10.6 or later. And Outlook 2013 doesn’t support Exchange 2003.

Can BPC Release 7.5.112.07 run on MicroSoft Excel 2013 (MS Office 365)?

Hi BPC Community,
Can BPC Release 7.5.112.07 run on MicroSoft Excel 2013? We are currently running BPC on Excel 2010. There's a new feature in Office 365, that when we bring up a new BPC report, Excel will open up essentially a new Excel application and the BPC add-in is not replicated in the new Excel application.
Our IT team mentioned updating registries to prevent a new Excel app for generating, but they said that this approach may revert (erase the reg update) once a new software update is done.

Microsoft Office 2013 is supported in BPC 10 sp13 and EPM Add-in sp14, support for BPC 7.5 will end on march 2016 so I don't think they will support it in 7.5 version also in future.
Forgot to add, same for office 365 not supported in 7.5 but only in 10 version with epm sp18 see please 1999305 - Microsoft Office 365 users are unable to install SAP EPM Add-in

Problem with office 365 web app

I can't seem to get the office web app to work right on my Sony Tablet Z, when I log into my skydive and try to start a new doc or execl sheet it just takes me to a blank page, I've tried Chrome, Firebox and the Dolphin browsers and all do the same thing.
On my desktop no issues start a new file and all the office menus show up. (I have a office 365 subscription. But have not yet installed office on computer)
Has anyone found a way to get the Microsoft web apps to work on the sony tablet?

I did find it does work with Puffin browser and not with anyother browser, i'm thinking it might have something to do with flash but i don't know for now i'll just use Puffin

Problem loading office 365 university

I have just purchased a MacBook Pro 15" w/Retina. I also purchased Office 365 University. I followed the instructions included with the Product Key and it appeared to load (i.e. the icons appear across the bottom of my screen). However, when I attempt to open any of the icons I get the same message asking me to enter the Product Key again and it tells me it is invalid or I get a message asking me to enter my Microsoft UserID/Password and it tells me it is invalid. I have no idea what I am doing wrong or why it won't accept the Product Key which is being entered correctly. If anyone else had an issue similar to this please let me know what you did to correct it. Thanks!

That is not an Apple product. You need to contact Microsoft for support.

Problem with Office 365 60min subscription

Hi I recently bought Office 365 subscription for Home and Student(10E/month) and after activating the Skype 60min subscription but after doing everything I dont get any minutes and just Nothing on accont message. I'm using latest version of skype on W10 TP, WP8.1 and tried on linux. Logged in with my live account on every of them it doesnt work on anything D':

That's because you are attempting to call cellphones in Poland and Ireland. Your Subscription only covers calls to landlines in those countries.
Check your coverage.

Syncronization problem using Office 365 with Outlook 2013

I have a problem with my Outlook 2013.
On my Office computer, I am using a Mac Computer and I have my gail account on it.
On my Laptop I have Windows 8.1 and Office 2013.
I have my POP account configured and I am able to send and receive e-mail, but when I delete an e-mail
on my Mac it won`t delete it on my Outlook 2013...
Any Ideas?

Hi Moriyas,
George is right. POP accounts do not allow Outlook to sync with the mail server. In this case, if you deleted a message from one of your devices, this update/change will not get sync'd to your mail server, hence all other devices with the same
account configured will have no chance to get the updates.
If it is possible (if your ISP support IMAP also), you might consider switching to IMAP configuration, which is the better choice for those who frequently use multiple devices to work with their email.

Working with Excel references error with Office 365 ProPlus on Shared Drive

I came across an issue with the Excel version of Office 365 ProPlus, as below described.
A.xls(x) contains formula that links to B.xls Sheet1. When working on A.xls. I decide to navigate through windows explorer and open B.xls(x). Once I do all references to Sheet1 turns into #REF of A.xls(x). And naturally all values that were previously correct
now returns #REF. Even without making any changes to B.xls(x), just opening the file cause this problem. Both these files are on the mapped network location within the same LAN. User is on Win7 & Office 365 ProPlus. The server is running on Windows 2008
R2 with no office installed. This occurred to users who are member of the AD and in Workgroup. We have tried re-installing, repairing, etc. but the problem remains the same. But if the files were on the local HDD, we didn't face the same issue.

According to your description, this issue may be caused by the hyperlink/reference changed from relative to absolute links. For example, if you use the reference in formula, we only need to enter like this:[filename.xlsx]Sheet1'!$C$107:$C$112, when we re-open
the file, Excel will autocomplete the path, like: [C:\Mydir\filename.xlsx]Sheet1'!$C$107:$C$112.
To workaround the issue, we may update the link manually, please see the image below:
Go to Data tab>Edit link>Update value or change data source.
More references for the common scenarios of this issue:
You map a drive under the root of a share. For example, you map drive Z to \\<var>Server</var>\<var>Share</var>\Folder1.
You create links to a workbook that is stored at the mapped location after you open the file through that mapped drive.
You open the file by a UNC path.
As a consequence the link will be broken.

Excel User defined function in Office 365

Is is possible to write Excel function for Office 365?
Ie. the cell formula is =CustomFunction(parameter1,
parameter2,...).
Using VSTO, you would create a DotNet DLL with
ComRegisterFunctiontto expose you functions to Excel.

I think what you mean is custom function support for Excel online. Please correct me if I have any misunderstanding. I’m afraid this feature is not supported in current version of Excel Online, if you want to future version of Excel to support this feature,
