Exception Aggregation - Need Help - Urgent

Question

Hi ,
We have data loaded to the DSO in the Follwing Manner
For a Particular PO we may have multiple items and that too may fall in diff periods.
We have loaded the same in the Cube data for value the amount will be same as the keys in the DSO are same. this results in wrong aggregation in the query.
While drill Invoice Amt is ok in Rep .
Now When Run PO , PO Item , Period only Item should be considered , else it will sum and show 1500 which is wrong
for that we have created Excep Aggr Max with Ref Char Item , but this giving wrong results.
we have to have same result when Po & PO Item are in drill down - & also PO is only in drill down.
AccDoc   PO         PO Item     Period     Value       InvoiceAmt
1111        1234  160           09.2010         500        1291
1111        1234   160          09.2010          500        -1
2222        1234    160         10.2010          500         2

Hi,
I did not understand your requirement properly.May be nested excpetion aggregation may help in your case.
Please provide more inputs with proper illustrations.
In the mean time try Making excption aggregation as first value and refernce characterstic as PERIOD.
Now make another formula and put the earlier formula and this time again apply exception aggregation as First value and refernce characterstic on Ac doc no.
THIS is called nested exception aggregation i.e exception over exception.
