Solved! :-D
Thanks to Federico and Massimo!!!!
The issue was a corrupted project file.
I've merged via cvs some modifications to the process made by me and other people. Immediatly after doing that, the process was undeployable.
It was simple: just exported the process with another name, close and open the project and then reimported the process. And now all works fine!

    The problem appears when adding new beans (which bean is not
    important, just the number of beans).
    We're running WLS 6.0sp1 and WindowsNT 4.0 sp6.
    Is there a way to get the command window to accept longer
    command-lines? Is there some way to configure the WLS not
    to include all files in a single javac-command?
    TIA!

    After restarting CEP, OBR is running perfectly. I am not sure how to resolve this issue and need your guidance on how to prevent this from happening. My java source source code is below: The initializeDecisionEngine is called only once. My input to OBR is a java.util.Map(this is a requirement and can't do anything about it).
    private String rulesPath;
    private RuleDictionary ruleDictionary;
    private DecisionPointInstance decisionPointInstance;
    private String decisionFunctionName = "decisionFunctionName";
    private void initializeDecisionEngine() {
              try {
                   if (rulesPath == null) {
                        return;
                   if (decisionPointInstance == null) {
                        ruleDictionary = this.loadRuleDictionary(rulesPath);
                        DecisionPoint decisionPoint = new DecisionPointBuilder().with(
                                  decisionFunctionName).with(ruleDictionary).build();
                        decisionPointInstance = decisionPoint.getInstance();
                        System.out.println("INIT() OUT");
              } catch (SDKException e) {
                   // TODO Auto-generated catch block
                   e.printStackTrace();
    private RuleDictionary loadRuleDictionary(String path) {
              System.out.println("loading dictionary from path: " + path);
              RuleDictionary dict = null;
              Reader reader = null;
              try {
                   reader = new FileReader(new File(path));
    dict = RuleDictionary.readDictionary(reader, new DecisionPointDictionaryFinder(null));
                   List<SDKWarning> warnings = new ArrayList<SDKWarning>();
                   dict.update(warnings);
                   if (warnings.size() > 0) {
                        log.error("Validation warnings: " + warnings);

                   log.error(e);
              } catch (IOException e) {
              } finally {
                   if (reader != null) {
                        try {
                             reader.close();
                        } catch (IOException ioe) {
                             ioe.printStackTrace();
              return dict;
    private executeOBRRule(){
    Map<String, String> mapEntry = new HashMap<String, String>();

    if (decisionPointInstance != null) {
                   decisionPointInstance.clearInputs();
                   // decisionPointInstance.
                   List<Object> list = new ArrayList<Object>();
                   list.add(mapEntry); <--- Adding the map to a list since it is the only allowed input for OBR, or is there any other way other than list? -->
                   decisionPointInstance.setInputs(list);
    Object obj = decisionPointInstance.invoke();  <<<<<< this is where the exception is raised.
    My question is that why is the exception is being raised and sometimes it is not. My only resolution is to restart CEP server. Am I missing something? My obr rule file is ok since it does not display any error during compilation. If you can guide me to the correct path, I will really appreciate it.
    Regards,
    Russel

    Is this problem resolved?
    If so it would be greatly helpful if you could provide the solution.

  • Need Urgent Help! Exception During Deployment of JBoss Scheduler Service

    Hi Folks,
    I have a web app (.war) to deploy to JBoss 4.0.2, and there's a class in the app that implements org.jboss.varia.scheduler.Schedulable.
    I want this thing to be invoked by the JBoss Scheduler, but I can't seem to get my Schedulable instance started.
    Note: This is simply a web deployment (WAR), not a J2EE Application (EAR).
    I've tried to deploy the Scheduler at the server level but i've got a deployment exception - "file is not not found".
    also, I've tried to add the scheduler-service.xml into my web app (in WAR file ~/META-INF/ directory).
    I'm open to suggestions on how to configure the scheduler services so it will work without any exceptions.
    My scheduler-service.xml is as follows:

    Thanks for your reply jwenting,
    But for me it's an urgent case since my Scheduler refuse to work!!!
    how it can be that you have'nt face such problem in JBoss 4.0.2?
    I've search the Internet and saw many people that have faced the same problem like me.
    (But, unfortunately, their answers didn't help me)
    Please try to help me since It's almost 10 days that I'm dealing with it.

    Hi,
    Building the ear file is not the problem.
    The deployment fails.
    Seems that somehow I dont have those jars on the server.....
    Aviad
    Edit: I've done a search on the server and all the relevant jars are there, none is missing.
    Whats next?

  • Error during deployment of Message Driven Bean

    Environment: WLS 6.1SP3 on Win2K SP2, non-clustered.
              I am getting some error (or perhaps warning) during deployment of Message
              Driven Bean. Any one seen this before?
              This error only comes on a machine with Dual Network card.
              Thanks.

    Hi Tom
              Yes we do have an URL provided in the descriptor. It's
              t3://jms.server.net:7001.
              and the jms.server.net is resolved via a hosts file in Win2K
              eg,
              192.168.100.200 jms.server.net
              You are right in saying that the loopback in a dual-net card is a problem.
              But our solution
              above solves the issue as long as your host file does not use 127.0.0.1 as
              the IP.
              We need the URL b/c depending on our client's deployment , the JMS Server
              may be remote or may be local.

  • Exception during ADS deplopyment

    hi
    I am trying to deploy the famous tutorial app OnlineInteractiveForm.
    Althugh we have installed the .pfx file yesterday
    When I deploy the app I get the following exception:
    com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFObjectRuntimeException: Processing exception during a "UsageRights" operation. Request start time: Thu Jul 12 00:55:01 PDT 2007 com.adobe.ProcessingError: Not allowed by credential error while applying usage rights to PDF: C:\WINDOWS\Temp\adobewa_ADS_14773050\DM9101175274307783889.dir\DM7224521729958434090.tmp Specific error information: $$$/PDF/PDFCredentialDoesNotSpecifiedUsageRights=credential does not allow setting of specified UB rights General error information
    Does anyone know how to solve this?

    yuval

    Hi Yuval,
                  Are u sure all the attributes are configured properly??
    1.      Log on to the Visual Administrator. (See How to Start the Visual Administrator.)
           2.      On the Cluster tab, choose Server  ® Services ® Document Services Configuration.
           3.      On the Runtime tab, select Credentials.
           4.      From the Type field, select the type of credential you are configuring (P12 Record, HSM Record or MSCAPI Record).
    The fields that become active and available for editing depend on the credential type that you choose.
           5.      In the Alias field, enter the alias of the credential you installed. Enter the following:
    &#9675;     ReaderRights when you configure a Reader right credential for usage rights.
    &#9675;     DocumentCertification when you configure a credential for certification.
    &#9675;     ServerSignature when you configure a credential for digital signatures.
    Entries for the name of the credential are case-sensitive.
           6.      For a P12 Record, choose Browse to search for the name of the credential and then Select.
           7.      In the sha1 field, enter the sha1 value. This value can be copied from the credential file itself, and is typically a string of numeric and alphabetic characters. (This step is optional if your credential only contains one sha1 value.)
    If you entered ReaderRights in the Alias field, you must not make any entry in the sha1 field.
           8.      For an HSM Record, type the Slot and DLL Path value in the corresponding fields.
           9.      In the Password field, enter the password you received together with the credential you installed.
       10.      Confirm the password, and then click Add.
    The page refreshes and the list of registered credentials at the top of the page includes the credential you just added
    regards
    Sumit

    There can be several reasons for getting this Error.
    1.ADS problem.
    2. Binding problem.
    3. Value node, Cardinality problem(1-n)
    4. Not mapping PDF Source problem
    5.PDFSource - type-Binary
    Please check it once. If you can post the total error it would be better.
