Exception EAccess Violation in module PM.exe at 0043BFBF. Access Violation

I’m new to use Primavera, I’m a beginner and learning Primavera through self-practice. I managed to install Microsoft SQL 2012 and Primavera P6 R8.2 as per the guidance given in online. Everything was perfect and was running well for about a month. Now I face the above error, I found few treads and solutions that are quite related to the solution, but my problem is that I'm unable to resolve it because I’m not used with using SQL, if anyone could make a Step by Step. See the last post. I have restored my connections to the 3 DBs and am wondering how long until one orphans a code again. I hope a patch is in the works to fix this.

Sounds like you have a corrupt file and need to download again. As large as the download is, it is not surprising that an error occurs.

I was preparing for a delay claim presentation when an exception window popped up.

This is the first time I encountered this while creating a bar filter.
Filter: Project Baseline Total Float <= 5days
I am currently using Primavera P6 V7 on MS SQL 2005.

Does this happen when you simply start Captivate? Or does it
happen only when you attempt to open a project?
If it happens when you simply start Captivate, perhaps
resetting your configuration file will help. The steps are outlined
at
this link.
If it seems project specific, it may be that the project has
become corrupt.

Exception EOlesysERROR in module Skype.exe @ 00129...

Skype ran with no problems prior to the latest update. Computer is Dell Latitude laptop running Win 7 Ultimate SP 1 64-bit.
First Install
1. Logged in to local admin account.
2. Disabled malwarebytes realtime protection.
3. Got a fresh download from Skype site for Save and Run.
4. Got Exception EOlesysERROR in module Skype.exe @ 00129D71.
5. Visited Skype site and reviewed Skype Community.
6. I tried to get the 6.14.0.14.msi download per the Community, but the link had been disabled.
7. Retried install in Safe mode with No Networking . Got Exception EOlesysERROR in module Skype.exe @ 00129D69.
Second Install
1. Restarted the laptop and logged into local admin account.
2. Uninstalled Skype 6.21 and Skype Click to Call.
3. Ran TweakNow Power Pack 2011 to clean registry and tracking items.
4. Got a fresh download from Skype site for Save and Run.
5. Got Exception EOlesysERROR in module Skype.exe @ 00129D71.
6. Changed permissions on Skype icon and Skype.exe to give “everyone” full control.
7. Skype would not run.
Third Install
1. Uninstalled Skype 6.21 and Skype Click to Call.
2. Found an earlier version 6.18 of Skype in the C:\users\localadmin\downloads folder.
3. Ran SkypeSetup.msi for version6.18. After completing some of the install, got Access Denied error.
4. Uninstalled Skype 6.18.
5. Ran TweakNow Power Pack 2011 to clean registry and tracking items.
6. First Search: Deleted all Skype Folders by using the Windows Search utility while logged into local admin
account. It found about 40 items.
7. Second Search: Ran the Windows Search utility again and found 8 items.
8. Ran TweakNow Power Pack 2011 to clean registry of Skype items. Ran it again to clean tracking items for Skype.
9. Retarted the laptop.
10. Third Search: Ran the Windows Search utility again and it was clean.
11. Logged in as the standard user.
12. Fourth Search: Ran the Windows Search utility again and it found 7 Skype items.
13. Ran TweakNow Power Pack 2011 to clean registry of Skype items. It found some Skype items for the standard user.
Ran it again to clean tracking items for Skype.
14. Logged out of standard user and logged in as local admin.
15. Ran dxdiag.exe per reference in the Community. No problems were found in either in 32- and 64-bit modes.
16. Could not delete the Skype Icon in the Recycle bin as it was being held by $R03LAFF.exe.
Fourth Install
1. Logged in to local admin account.
2. Got Skype 6.21.32 from CNET’s download.com and Saved to download folder.
3. Disabled Wi Fi connection, antivirus and malwarebytes.
8. Ran Skype Setup. Got Exception EOlesysERROR in module Skype.exe @ 00129D69. Also got Access Denied when trying to
run the executable.
4. Admitted defeat to myself and to the standard user of the laptop.

Please, run the DirectX diagnostics tool (32-bit version).
Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.
Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

When I do the intercompany billing for STO (vf01), I got the system message attached below. The customer 9000AAAE is a ship to party and assigned to the ordering plant. It has the partner function SH. So can anybody kindly tell me where is wrong in the custmer master data or somewhere else according to the following message? Or where to find the VIEW_KUAG2? What does it mean?

b. Defined new account group for Ship to
c. In the Ship to party account group, system only determine the ship to partner function
d. Customer defined in Sold to is assined as interneal customer to sales org
e. Customer defined in Ship to is assigned as customer for plant in Shipping data configure for STO in MM Configuration

Hi Chandru,
For this kind of error, you have no other choice but report to SAP support ASAP. This is beyond forum scope.
If only happened in one workstation, then that is not a big problem. You just need reinstall your B1 client there.

I am just trying to open a cracked VST effect plugin in Cubase, when I get this message:
"An Exception occured in the module:libstdc++.6dylib". This effect plug-in is iLok protected, so you usually have to extent the expiry every 14 days with a ilok rester, which I tried but haven't been able to do yet. Now the cubase crashes every time I try to open this plug-in, popping up this error message. Can someone help me out?

Please check the account group assignment to the partner functions in
transaction VOPA click on partner function button then environment
then Account group assignment. Please ensure that this is all configured
correctly for the partners.

In particular the section:
VF083: 'Customer &: Exception & in function module VIEW_KUAGV'
The error message is generated because of a program error that
has since been corrected. The correct error message is VP304,
'Customer belongs to customer group & and thus cannot be the
sold-to party'.
The partner roles in the customer master are incorrectly set, see
below.
Recommendation: Assign the customer an account group which
already fulfills these criteria. (In the standard system, this is
Account group '0001).
I hope this helps resolve the error.

Could you advise me why I receive this message?
Is it possible that Customer master data it is not maintained propertly?

Hi,
When I checked there are only 5 exceptions for this functional module. By the way which version are you in? If you want to find out what the exception 7 is then go to SE37 and display this functional module. There you can find a tab for exceptions. Based on that you can proceed with changes in the customer master.
Its definitely the possibility of not maintaining the customer properly.

I have just recently been getting this error show up in my
'event logs' after looking at event viewer in my admin tools
folder.
Faulting application saflashplayer.exe, version 6.0.21.0,
faulting module saflashplayer.exe, version 6.0.21.0, fault address
0x00032f8b.
The movie eith does not play or plays part and frezes and
sound continues then crashes.
My movie is rather large and is set to stream. it is 36mb
(the movie is fine the movie plays ok, when i play the WMV file.
this is just viewing it on my local files on my pc, not via
the internet.
i have even restarted my pc and redone the whole import
process and created a new file and still it happens.
with the error above does anyone know what could be causing
this to happen?

I feel like I heard about a similar issues in win 2003, and cannot remember for the life of me what caused it.
If you're out of options, look through here and see if there's something you haven't tried that may help, and I'll try to find where I saw the error I mentioned, and come back with more info
