Exception transitions move away when click on model

Hi everyone,
I'm a bit annoyed about this. I have my project saved, and everytime I open the process so that Aqualogic displays the process' model, the exception transitions I have located at the bottom-right of my model, suddenly change place to the upper-left spot of the model.
It works perfectly, It's just a display problem, does anyone know why Aqualogic does this to me? ^_^ any ideas?

"Exception Processing Message" error when clicking the Accessing Server Data link on the start page

When I first started the application, I click the Accessing Server Data link on the start page. I immediately got the error "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c in a dialog box titled "Windows - No Disk". I had to used Task Manager to remove the box after closing Flash Builder 4. I then tried the video tutorial on "PHP Services in Flash Builder 4". I keep receiving an error during service introspection trying to connect to the PHP class. It was the same error as the other individual "Cannot Connect to PHP Service". So I tried another tutorial and generated a sample PHP class. I moved a datagrid on to the stage, droped in the getAllItems function, and configured the return type. However, when I ran the app, I received the same error "Exception Processing Message" again. I have attached the screenshot of the error in addition to my phpinfo and log files.

"The exception process message" is definitely a issue. Is it happening consistently, if so can you file a bug at bugs.adobe.com/flex and give out your machine config details, and the error log.
With regards to generating a new php file and the introspection error that you are getting, looking at the logs it probably is two fold.
First off the name of the file and the class name should be the same, are you having employeeServices as the name of the class in employeeServices.php file.
Second, It seems prior to generating this new file, you had a syntax error at line 5.
It would be easier to figure out what the error is, if you can also attach the php file, by removing any sensitive information in that.

Pointer sometimes moves slightly when clicking the touchpad

Hi folks. Just upgraded my wife's old white MacBook to a new 13" MBP and she's quite pleased overall. However, this is her first time with the full-size glass touchpad (her white MB was the early version that still had the button strip). Her usage style is to point wtih her index finger and then use that same finger to click the bottom half of the touchpad (as opposed to using a second finger or her thumb). She's been complaining that the pointer jumps when she clicks. It jumps some of the time (lt's say, 15% of the time) and when it does, it always moves down.
What I think is happening: If you envision her motion, she'll move the pointer to where she wants it and fire her finger south, clicking as soon as it lands. It's not difficult to imagine that she's sliding her finger down just a little bit as it contacts the touchpad. Or possibly it slides a little before she lifts it. I'm not sure. But she's frustrated and before I recommend that she change her behavior, I want to see if anyone else has experienced or observed this. I'm a tap-to-click guy so this isn't an issue for me and when I use the button, I do it with my thumb. Again, not problematic.
Any advice for me here? I find it hard to believe that the touchpad (or its driver) is buggy in this way but of course it is not outside the realm of possibility

Can you imagine the storm of complaints here if this were a regular occurrence with the touchpad due to a "bug"?
In other words, your wife may be patient and get used to the new feel and handling. She'll be rewarded with more pleasure from that new MBP... and whatever else you'll give her... maybe a new diamond ring to make her hand steadier?

QT - how do I stop movie playing when click HREF to new movie

I want to be able to open a new QT movie at any time by clicking (HREF), but how do I stop or close the first movie? I have a text tract running on the first movie with captioning. At this point I have the new movie opening and the old movie playing in the background. I'm stumped.

IPad has not backed up to iCloud in 8 weeks - How do I move away from this notice?

The iPad has a message titled "iCloud Backup" that states: "This iPad hasn't been backed up in 8 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi". However, I cannot click the OK to navigate away. I cannot turn the iPad off or do anything, because this pop up. I can see a message below this notice that advised to go to Settings and make changes, but I cannot get to Settings because the popup will not go away when clicking OK.
Could you please advise?

I have been dealing with this problem since upgrading to ios 6. I have an old ipod touch that is still running ios 5.? that backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have attemped every solution posted on these help boards (i.e. deleting accounts, turning off all apps from back-up, restarting device, changing routers, attempting back-ups through different wifi spots) sometimes one or a combination of these band-aid fixes will work for a day or two, then suddenly the ipad (version 3) will simply stop backing up, and I will spend hours of frustration going through all the tedious fixes. All the while my old ipod touch running ios 5 backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have called Apple support and they seemed surprised that this is a problem and offer no real solution whatsoever.
Until Apple gets their head out of the sand on this one, and actually fixes the obvious bug that exists is ios 6 this problem will continue and will not be resolved.

XY graph "mouse move" event stops generating when click on cursor

Hello All
When the mouse is moving freelly inside the XY graph control, the "mouse movement" event is fired.
The same happens when muse clicks anywhere in the graph with the exception of cursors.
hen mouse clicks on cursors the "mouse move" event is NOT generated even though the mouse is phisically moved.
Is there any explanation to this.
I enclose the example.

Just today I had the same problem -> my solution:
set event timeOut to some value(I have it at 1ms) then
add to globalVariables some BOOL variable that will signal if mouse is down or up (set the flag in appropriate event),
then add a case in the timeOut event which will read this
global variable(flag) -> if it's TRUE then change the needed parameter.
So even if the mouse move event isn't fired the main timeout event is.
Not a perfect solution, but better than nothing.

Recently when clicking play on any song the ipod will shuffle through as many songs as there are in the album or playlist until it reaches the end without playing any songs. It also does not go through each song. For example:
a 62 song playlist. I start on song 16. Immediatly the song will shuffle: 16-26-54-62 and then back to the main screen. Also when the songs are shuffling the play button in the top right corner is on.
Music will play if i start from track one with shuffle turned off and repeat turned on. But then i am limited each time to 1-5 songs.
Ipod has been in excellent working order since this has happened.
any suggestions on how to fix?

Firefox 3: QuickTime Poster Movie does not load QT media file when clicked

I have a video podcast website (thomasbrin.com) that uses the the Apple-provided JavaScript utility and the QTWriteOBJECTXHTML function call on each of my podcast episode webpages to automatically generate the proper object and embed tags. The page loads with a poster movie which, when a user clicks on, should connect to the podcast media file and begin playback.
This coding technique works fine in Safari and IE but fails in Firefox. Instead, when a user clicks on the poster movie, nothing happens. No errors are generated, the webpage just remains unchanged.
This issue came to my attention from a viewer of my video podcast. I loaded Firefox 3 and am having the same issue my viewer reported.

Okay, problem solved. And, of course, it was a very simple solution.

The issue with the Camino browser got me thinking about the differences between the Gecko rendering engine (used by Firefox, Camino, SeaMonkey, and more) and the WebKit rendering engine used by Safari. I realized that Safari may be better at inferring MIME types than Firefox et al. In other words, since the target file in my Javascript script is clearly a QuickTime file (it has a .mov extension after all), Safari implicitly assumes the correct MIME type. On the other hand, Gecko-based browsers may be more strict and require an explicit reference to a MIME type for certain media files (like QuickTime) to load properly.
So, all I did was add an attribute pair to my script that declares the proper media MIME type and it works.

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

I believe it is asking you to enter your CVV code.
Edit your billing info, fill in the red box on iTunes.
