Exception whil entering the Licence

Question

Hi ,
I am very new to sun Idm.
I am trying to enter license from command prompt........like this
c:\tomcat\webapps\idm\bin>lh license set -f c:\licencse.xml
but i am getting exception like com.waveset.util.XmlParseException:XML Error:1:1: Content is not allowed in prolong.......
The exact error is

There are several reasons why he may not wish to use the lh setup approach.
If you used Solaris then you would appreciate that command line tools are in many way superior to Xwindows GUI applications.
How different is lh setup from lh license set -f <license.xml> apart from looks? Dont they do the same thing.. guess which is the one that can be used via a telnet session from any terminal.
Hopefully in due course we may have a -console switch to lh setup allowing us to use terminals rather than an Xsession.
My guess is that the license file is corrupt since you get a XML parse error.
Where did the license file come from? Any editor introduced newlines in the file? Does it 'look' Ok? Can the xml be understood by an xml editor like xmlspy?
