Exchange 2010 SP3 install failure

Question

While attempting to update my first CAS to SP3 from SP2 I am getting the following error.
The install appears to be looking for a RBAC security group called "Help Desk".  To my knowledge, such a group never existed on our domain.  Is there a way to create this group with the correct GUID so that the install will work? 
Is there another method to repair this group?

Help Desk is a universal Microsoft Exchange Security Group created when you run Setup.com /PrepareAD:
If it was deleted you need to restore it.
Do you have AD recycle bin? maybe you can restore it from there. otherwise a restore of that group will be needed:

There is another way of deleting all Exchange Security Group and recreate them, but I'm not sure its supported method (if you choose - do it on your own risk):
