Exchange Iphone 4s

Hello , I bought new Iphone 4s 16 GB in London from Apple Store (Regent Street). 27th i bought that . I have used that Iphone 5 day , and i want to exchange that Iphone 4s 16 GB for bigger capacity (32GB) ? On that Iphone i have also AppleCare .... It´s possible to change that Iphone if i will pay 100 Pounds for that ? I have called to Centrum , but I´m not native speaker and i didn´t understand everything . I live in BOSTON ( UK ) ! I have to go to London or Can I change it in Cambridge ? It´s the nearest shop for me ...
Thx for your advices

If they told you you have to take it to the store, you have to take it to the store. If there was a problem with it, I'm sure Apple would be happy to ship you a replacement, but you can't just magically exchange your phone for a bigger one. You need to return it to the point of purchase or another Apple Store, then purchase the one you want.

  • Exchange iphone 4 for iphone 4S

can I return or exchange iphone 4 16 gb  bought at at&t store online for iphone 4s 16 gb at the apple store. But i m still in the contract. I still have a year left of my contract.

With a year left in your contract, that would imply that your phone is already a year old.  Within the first 30 days of purchase, you can reurn a phone under the "buyers remorse" clause, but after that, your best option is to try to sell your old phone to buy a new one.
With one year left on your contract, you would also not qualify for the "new discount" pricing, so you either pay the full price, or pay the "new discount" plus $250 and get a new 2 year contract.  This would mean that the 16GB iPhone 4S wouldn't cost you $199, but in fact $449 and you would have a new 2 year contract starting the day of your new purchase.

  • Can I exchange iPhone 5 16GB to 32GB? And how much it cost me? I am in UK

Can I exchange iPhone 5 16GB to 32GB? And how much it cost me? I am in UK

If you are still in the return window, then it can be returned and there will likely be a restocking fee.  You will pay the difference between the 16 and 32GB prices.
If you are outside the return window (typically 14 days), the only option is to sell the current device and buy the larger capacity device you want.

  • Can I use my iphone 3GS exchange iphone 4

    I am in australia.can I use my iphone 3GS exchange iphone 4

    Sorry. That doesn't make sense.
If you're trying to ask if you can exchange an iPhone 3GS for an iPhone 4, no. Apple does not have an upgrade program that would allow you to do this. If your 3GS is not functioning, and you want an out of warranty exchange, you will be given the exact same model as you have now.

  • Exchange - iPhone still shows deleted and cancelled appointments / meetings

I have an iPhone set up to correctly sync with Microsoft Exchange, and email and contacts appear to work correctly. The calendar, however, keeps showing appointments and meetings which were deleted, cancelled, or moved in the past. These are typically repeating meetings originally scheduled in Exchange by another person, where I accepted the meeting invite and then the meeting cancellation a while ago.
I am thinking of deleting the entire calendar and starting over, but somehow I'm not sure this will resolve the issue. Any advice?
(I have the iPhone set to sync mail, calendar, and contacts to my company's Exchange server).

Interesting; the turning sync off then back on approach seemed to work. Sort of. I did the following, and it seems to have worked -- for now:
    1. In Microsoft Outlook on my Windows machine, I went and straightened up my schedule, declining any leftover meeting invitations (but not sending a reply) to all the items I wanted off of my schedule.
    2. On my iPhone, went to Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendar, then the Exchange account. Calendars was set to "On" and I switched it off". Tapped on "Stop Syncing", and then I confirmed the calendar was erased from my iPhone.
    3. Went back into Settings for the Exchange account, then switched Calendars back to "On". Made sure I had a WiFi/high speed connection active, since I'm on an original iPhone and re-loading my whole calendar over EDGE didn't seem like a good idea.
Also, not that it makes a difference, I also have my "Mail days to sync" set as far back as it'll go (1 Month).

  • Exchanging iPhone multiple times?

Has anyone here done multiple exchamges at the Apple store? Reason I am asking is that both my first iPhone 4 and the exchanged one seem to have a more prinounced antenna issue than my wife's iPhone4. The latest one they gave me has a reddish cast on the screen as well.
I am thinking about going to another Apple store and try to have it exchanged again. Would this store know I already did an exchange for the antenna issue at another location?

    Yes, I've been through 4 iPhone 4's!
The problem isn't the phone, it's the software. Since I got this last phone yesterday I decided NOT to update it to the 4.0.1. And honestly my cars are clear, no dropped calls, signal is awesome.
just don't upgrade when you get a new phone. all my phones left Apple Store working great until I decide to upgrade it.
just my 2 cents. Wait until you hear good news about the next update, if not then keep the 4.0, its not going to kill anyone.

  • Exchange iPhone 3g 16gig white to a Black 16 gig

I bought an iPhone 3g White 16gig on launch day (Friday July 11) at my local Apple Store . I was wondering if I can exchange my currnet phone to a Black 16 gig at my local Apple Store with no problems? I have the receipt which says I can return it on July 25.

You may have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee.

  • Exchange, iPhone/iPad and my Mac

    Hi
I have been using my work-Exchange account on my iPad and iPhone for a long time now, but I'm not allowed to use my Mac at home to access the servers at work.
Is there any way I can use the mobile-exchange server (or webmail) settings in OS X? I have access via webmail as well, but its a pain to use, and I would rather be using iCal, Address Book and Mail to manage my exchange related stuff...
The server is there, I am allowed access via my cellphone... Frustrating...

I too am having this problem. But I find the setup is not the same iPhone/iPad iOS Mail as it is to OS X Mail. In iOS, you touch the option to add a new Exchange account. It asks for your user name, password and a domain. If you don't connect straight away you'll then be asked for a server. We use "webmail.company_name.com". This is the same as our OWA (outlook web access) server. Upon entering the webmail server address, BOOM, you have mail, contacts and calendars.
Switch to OS X Mail. When you add a new account it no longer prompts you to select the account type (eg: Google, Yahoo, Exchange) like it used to. Now it simply asks for your name, user name and password then attempts to self-configure. In my case, after a long delay, I'm asked what type of account I want to setup: Exchange 2007, Exchange IMAP. When I pick Exchange 2007 I'm never able to get mail messages. In fact, I'm asked to enter an internal server, external server, ports, etc., etc. etc.
What I'd really like to see is a simple setup in OS X Mail just like there is in iOS Mail.

  • How much does it cost to exchange iPhone 5s - 16 GB with iPhone 6 ?

I want to exchange my black iPhone 5s with a black iPhone 6 from US, kindly let me know how much should this cost?

Apple doesn't exchange/upgrade phones past their 14-day purchase window. But you can certainly buy a new iPhone 6 and sell your 5s on eBay or elsewhere. Just remember to remove your iCloud account and turn off Find My IPhone before you do so.

  • Exchange / iPhone 4s / iPad2 / Outlook - Missing appointments

I was happily plugging along with my iPhone 3g and then 4S syncing wirelessly with Exchange for my work calendar.  All was well with the world until I added an iPad2 to the mix... now, my Outlook is the point of reference but different appointments are missing from my iPhone and from my iPad.  Not the same appointments either!  For example, Friday afternoon is showing wide open on my phone, 1 appointment on my iPad, and 3 appointments in Outlook.  They aren't recurring, and they aren't all-day.  I can't figure it out.  I can delete and relist but the problem comes back.
    help?!?  I'm missing meetings!

Microsoft has some "Best Practices" for resolving calendaring issues...
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA011276781033.aspx
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899704/
but I think the the real issue is related to the number of mail client instances you are running.  I tell our users the likelihood of calendar consistency errors increases as the square of the number of mail clients they run.   This is an issue really with the way Outlook handles resolving the calendar.  I know this is a frustrating issue, and one that really needs to be addressed by Microsoft. We also tell our users to accept appointments from every device they receive a notification on...if one notification is deleted, the appointment vanishes from the calendar....You might also look at taking desktop Outlook out of cache mode. The cache file can get corrupted and I've seen cases where letting it be rebuilt fixes many consistency issues.  Another best practice is to minimize the number of calendar delegates. For what it's worth it also affects users of other mobile device types such as Blackberry.

  • Exchanging iPhone 4 to iPhone 5 at apple stores an paying difference

Can I exchange my iphone 4 to iPhone 5 and pay the difference? But my home button isn't working!

Apple at this time does not take trade-ins and if you exchange your current iPhone, either in or out of warranty, Apple will only give you an identical model. In a few countries Apple does work with a company who will give you some return on an existing device; for the US, see:
    http://www.apple.com/recycling/gift-card/
Similar programs are available in a few other countries, and some dealers may have their own trade-in programs. But you most probably can get more for your device if you sell it yourself.
There's no need to post a question more than once, by the way. Just have patience and someone will answer you in due time. If after a day or so you don't get a response, reply to yourself to bring the thread back up to the top so it's more likely to be noticed.
    Regards.

  • Exchanging iPhone to different color

Hi, I just bought an iPhone 3G a few days ago (16 GB) and wish I had gotten the white one. I was torn between the two colors and was kind of rushed by the salesperson. I definitely want the iPhone, I just want to go back and exchange it for a different color (the white one). Is it possible to exchange it or do I have to return in (do I get a full refund?) and buy a new one? Is there a charge (I don't mind paying)of exchanging and if so, what amount can I expect?

    In a word, no.
Contact information is designed to be synced with a supported address book application on your computer.
With Vista, this can be with Outlook 2003 or 2007, or with Windows or Vista Contacts - whatever the name is with Vista, which is the Address Book used by Windows Mail - the name change for Outlook Express with Vista.
Favorites and notes are included with your iPhone's backup, which is created and maintained by iTunes.
Sync your existing iPhone with iTunes before heading to the store for the exchange. When returning with your exchange, you will be prompted to restore your new iPhone from your previous iPhone's backup when connecting your exchange to iTunes. This must be followed by a sync with the supported application on your computer to transfer your contact information to your iPhone.

If the phone is less than a month old, see if you can simply return it for a refund, then buy the new one.
