Exchange phone for different kind
I just bought the Bionic a couple days ago and I'm completely dissatisfied with the phone. Can i exchange it for a different phone like the Razr? What is the process of doing this at the store and what time frame do I have to take care of it? Recieved phone on 11/17/2011. I heard that this is an extended period to return/exchange a phone due to the holidays, cause I know it was 14 days, but now it has changed. I realize that i would probably have to pay a restocking fee of $35.00 when returned, but want to know exactly what needs to be done to exchange it for different phone entirely. Any help will be appreciated.
I had another question about exchange. If I purchased over the phone on 11/16/2011 and recieved the phone the next day on 11/17/2011 instead of in the store, would I have to send back my bionic first before I could get the Razr as exchange or would they send me the Razr and have me send back the bionic when the Razr arrives, so at least I have a cell phone until then. you have 14 days to schange the phone
you can only do this ONE time
you will pay the restocking fee and any cost difference
you should be able to do it all in store
this all assume you bought it from verizon and not a 3rd party such as amazon/wirefly/ect

I recently received a new iPad 4 as a promotion for attending a work related class. this iPad is brand new still unopened in the box. The iPad I received was 16 GB model and I wanted to exchange it for a64 or 128 GB model and pay the difference. I went to one of the local Apple stores to see about return the unit and getting a different model. I was told by an employee that since I didn't by the Ipad from the Apple store that could not exchange. I was told by the Apple employee that about the only thing I could do is try to sell the iPad on eBay or some other place like that. Really Apple the best you can do is tell me to sell the iPad on eBay? This a brand new iPad sealed in the box. It has UPC code and serial number on the box and everything and all you can tell me to do is sell it? is this the customer support Apple is famous for giving? This is a new Apple product and all I am wanting to do is exchange it for a model with more memory and pay the difference. I currently have 3 iPhones and 2 iPads in my house today, but after my experience at the Apple store I am questioning if I want to buy any more Apple products in the future. It may be time to switch to a company that actually values its customers and does their best to make sure they are satisfied customers!!!
You can only get a refund from Apple if you return the item within 14 days of purchase.
Your only option is to sell the iPad and buy a new one.

Purchasing info records with different prices for different packaging

hope, someone can help me.
We have different prices for different kind of packaging, but all the material is bought in the same unit, i.e. kg.
Let's say, usually you buy x kg in a drum, but sometimes you buy y (or x) kg in a bottle or in a bag.
We won't allow variable order units. Even if we would, it's not helpful, because we always order kg.
So the price depends on a criterion - I don't know, which to take. And we want to maintain the different prices in the info records.

I went through the history of the problem.It seems that your base unit of measure is KG.Also you have mentined that same material is used in various plants.
You need to activate the variable ordering unit 2 in material master. This is present in the materila master Purchasing tab.Also note that this data is maintained at plant level. This will not have any impact on the materials which are presnt in the other plants.
After activating variable order unit in materal master. You need maintains the conversion factors from Order units to Base UOM.(Eg 1 KG = 1 KG, 1BOX = 10 KG etc)
Create inforecord for the material and maintain price in Base unit of measure.
In PO enter the order unit as BOX system will automatically calculate the price of BOX based on the conversion factors which are maintained in the material master.
I belive this is the simple and best solution for your requirement..

you can use the IMAQ for USB Driver. See this link http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5030. You can also use the integrated windows dll to get your picture.

My itunes is asking for a kind of pasword while I am trying to backup my phone as it lost my contacts after an update of the software yesterday? As I remember i never set a pasword and even if I have one pas for mos of the things but its not working. Why apple have to set a pasword for me, and why the haven't let the chance to reset the pas if forgoten? If someone have any clue how to fix this please let me know.

I have 2 iphones registered under same account, but both phones had different contacts in them, somehow icloud duplicated, exchanged them, and I turned off the icloud on one of them, while doing that it asked me if I want to keep them on my phone or not. The iPhone's passcode lock feature is completely separate from another iPhone or iOS device.
All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps. Clean out the charging port--make sure there's no dust or debris in there. If that fails to solve the issue, bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.

In ios7 now the message sender appears as his nickname (instead of the first name).my contacts list in my iphone was taken from my outlook (exchange), so for each contact there is several details as (first name, last name, phone number,fax,..... And nickname) the problem is that now I see the sender identity in messages as a nick name while in the incoming calls I see the first name ( this problem appeared only in ios7
Please helpcheck in settings > mail contacts calendars, and in the contacts area you should be able to change how the names are viewed

I had an iPhone 4S. I had to exchange it for a new one. I had my iCloud backed up. I was assured that everything would transfer. I had most importantly text messages and pictures that I wanted to keep. Why did nothing transfer besides my contacts

I could come up with several different reasons why this is how it is, however I would like someone who actually works at spotify to state the reasons why the price for spotify premium differs so much between countries. And why it would be cheapest in the USA.

Tvspotify1Yes, but when you're buying a jacket.. or a DVD (a lot of jurisdictions, it's not illegal to have a region free player, only to circumvent copy protection - copy protection and region locking being distinct concepts that often vendors will attempt to intertwine but are distinct as aims).. or a CD, you can import it from that cheaper market - in some cases still cheaper with shipping than if you bought it locally even factoring in local consumption taxes. Sure, it might have some different promotional tracks, or different "extra features", or different language options in the subtitles... but the core content's generally going to be the same.

It took a week to arrive, but arrive it did.
With digitally distributed, geo-IP locked content - you lose that ability to shop across markets. To me, it sends the wrong signals to charge one group of people one price, and another group of people another price for the mostly the same content when it's available on the same global network. In essence, you're punishing people who you're trying to ween off the "internet is free" mentality into the world of subscriptions and micropayments.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate spotify in and of itself - I've been using it a lot at work of late and a lot of friends, both in Australia and internationally have given it a go. It's totally awesome to be able to hear something on the radio or in a movie or on TV.. tag it with Shazam or Google Music Search.. and then to key it into Spotify and hear it play on demand. It's also totally awesome that there's a linux client available - which although in alpha - works.. stably.. (one reason you'll never find me buying an Apple product is the whole 'thalt shall use iTunes' mantra)... and ok, maybe I'm not your average consumer (running Linux on the desktop, stock Android on my phone with root access, bearded and a system administrator - living stereotype much?).. but I'm interested in doing the right thing, and I know content has to move to pay with advertising revenues falling and content, well, more generally intellectual property, increasingly becoming a new and renewable commodity in a world where consumption of physical resources needs to be curtailed.
I know the local record companies probably play into the mix.. and that by taking a segmented market approach as opposed to a global market approach, there's probably a certain "flagfall" cost in smaller markets that means a higher cost as the smaller markets won't be able to match the economies of scale that would enable larger markets to charge a lower price per user but still make more by having more room to play with the margins. I guess it just grinds my gears that the price for the same 1s and 0s is higher.
I guess we'll see what happens if/when spotify considers mobile provider partnerships (especially in countries like Australia where unlimited data often has many asterisks/T&Cs, doesn't exist or costs a lot), and if the AUD should fall against the USD (we're holding above parity for awhile now)... if the price will rise then or hold?
I'll probably succumb when my advertising supported listening is cut back to 2.5 hours a week if I'm still working in a business that allows employees to stream :) .. I guess it's just being so familiar with what the currency's doing and initially being very interested in mobile streaming - and having heard things on US sites talking about the price - to find out, "no, you actually pay more".. well.. it kinda dulled the shine a bit.
I hope you find my post (although perhaps a bit long winded) polite. I believe such conversations are always best dealt with in an even tone.. and again FWIW, I do thoroughly enjoy and congratulate you on providing a working linux client... and in an apt repository at that! -

It seems, as if me and my client have kind of the same issue. Any suggestions to this: I sent my client an invitation via my iCal from my iMac (using my yahoo calendar as the exchange server). My client accepted the invitation. Now I have deleted this appointment from my iCal and my yahoo calendar. But my client is not able to delete the appointment in his iPhone 4S. What can my client do?
My client already went to the next apple store. There they told him to plug in his iPhone 4S to my iMac. Then he would be able to delete the appointment. Honestly, this does not make any sense to me. Why does my client have to come to me and plug in his iPhone into my iMac to get a meeting deleted. What if my client lived in a different country?????
