Exchange sync just stopped working

So I set it up last night for the first time and it worked great. I synced my iPhone this morning with iTunes to get my latest podcasts, and I continued to get my Exchange e-mails all morning long. Some time in the middle of the day, I stopped getting e-mails from my Exchange account. I didn't notice it because I was at my desk, but tonight I'm checking my e-mail, and I notice that I stopped getting e-mail after 1pm. I just deleted my mail account on my iPhone and re-added it. The add Exchange e-mail process claimed "success" but here I am staring at my inbox while the "Checking for mail..." has been spinning for 10 minutes and so far nothing.
Anyone else experience this? If so, any tips?

Okay, I belatedly realized my problem was not limited to my Exchange e-mail account. I discovered that all my e-mail accounts had stopped. I restarted my iPhone, and now all my e-mail accounts are functioning. Weird...

    Do you mean that after closing the browser your Sync set up is gone and you need to Set it up again?
    This is, generally, because your privacy settings are too restrictive and you are deleting the password of your Sync account.
    You can modify this in the Privacy tab of your Preferences/Options window. Select Remember History or Use Custom Settings in the drop down to configure the level that you want.

  • Hot Sync just stopped working

    I recently noticed that my Zire 31, which is linked to my Windows 2000 computer, has suddenly stopped adding any new dates to the handheld device. I can add them to the main program on the computer, the Hotsync button seems to work and it appears to being doing the sync but when you look at the handheld, there is no new information added.
    I have not updated any programs or changed out any hardware. The Zire 31 was working fine then it stopped.

    Have you checked the conduit actions for your calendar if its set to do nothing?
    simply right click on hotsync manager icon in your system tray then go to custom check if the action for your calendar is set to do nothing and if does change it to synchronize the files or Desktop overwrites handheld (if the most current information is in the Palm desktop)

    I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only person struggling with exact issue.  I've rebooted, upgraded, re-installed, pulled all my hair out as nothing works.
    The biggest dissapointment with this thread is that nobody seems to have responded with a solution.
    And yes I've managed to pull together enough intellegence to tick the box "sync to outlook" in iTunes - still nothing man.
    Definately does not sync from phone to PC and is very hit and miss on PC to Phone.  In other words now running 2 seperate calendars - Not helpful Jan.

    I have my 3G set up on my corp network. Everything sets up fine and push works perfeclty. then, for no apparent reason, it just stops working. I manually try to sync and I get the "connecting" for about two minutes then it just stops and no emails come through nor can I send anything. the only fix seems to be deleting my account, waiting about 30 minutes and then re-configuring. This again works for a while until the same thing happens.
    Has anybody else run into this issue?

    Microsoft exchange just stopped working, getting error message "cannot get mail, the connection to the server failed" no settings have been changed on my iPad.

    Handed it over to my LAN administrator and they managed to sort it out. Basically deleted everything and switched it off then re loaded mail account.  Now it works.

    As Csound1 sugessted bring it back and exchange it before the 14 day window expires. Take advantage of it.

  • Nano just stopped working???

    My ipod has just stopped working. I was listening to it this morning and there was more than enough charge in it. I go to turn it on now and nothing, checked to make sure it was not locked and still nothing. Connected it up to the computer and it doesn't even see it as and external device - it's just dead. I only purchased this ipod less than 60 days ago. I did have a weird thing happen about 2 weeks ago as well.......the music stopped and all the pictures were scrambled lines all the graphics on the ipod were gone. I did manage to reset and re sync with my computer that time, but I'm thinking maybe I got a lemon? How do I go about getting this issue resolved? Looking forward to anyones suggestions. BTW I did try to take it back to Walmart where I purchased it and they won't take it back after 10 days what a bunch of crap.

    You may need to reset it. So first thing to try is...
    Put the hold switch to the OFF/White position. Now toggle it ON/orange then back off again. Then press and hold both the MENU and center buttons on the iPod and hold them for a good 15 seconds or so. Your iPod should reboot starting with the Apple Logo screen.
    If it doesn't work the first time, give it a second or third go. Sometimes it takes a few/several tries.

  • 4th gen. nano's buttons just stopped working

    I have a nearly new 4th generation ipod that just stopped working in certain respect. It charges, its recognized by the computer and syncs just fine.
    The only issue is, my buttons do not work. I keep it in extraordinary shape-and too be honest I'm a little furious that its committing suicide because i treat it so well.
    I've restored, reset and still no solution. Which by the way is a twist in the story- the buttons work in order to reset the ipod but do not work to actually use the **** thing.

    Try:

    following these steps and the ipod should reboot.
    1>press and hold both power and home buttons up to 30sec till the apple logo shows let go of both buttons.
    2>let ipod reboot.
    3>once it reboots press and hold the power button and slide to turn off.
    4>give it 30sec's and turn back on.
    5>connect to computer and sync

  • Confused, Since last CC app Update Core Sync continually stops working.

    This is occurring with a window popping up stating 'Core Sync has stopped working' more than once an hour, on both my laptop and desktop, both running Windows 7 64bit.
    I just spent over 40 minutes on the phone with adobe tech support, to finally be told to turn file sync off in the creative cloud app at some point, and then being instructed to sign out and sign back in to the CC app, whereupon I was told the issue was fixed.
    I asked if I could turn sync back on, and was told no, as the problem would recur. I asked then how I was supposed to use file sync then, and the tech simply disconnected. Shortly after this, the window popped up again though file sync was still paused.
    So spending this time has solved nothing, I still have this problem on both my computers, support simply bailed on me, and I'm paying $50/month for this...and the window just popped up again.
    How do I fix this other than simply turning the creative Cloud app off? I have looked through the forums some, but only seemed to find problems and not solutions.

    you just connect ur bb to the pc and do the backup. It will backup all ur data that you have. Did you already sync your data to your email?if you already done that . Justr restore again all your data on your  device.
