Excise and taxes in PO Print out

Hi,
Please let me know what is the standard procedure followed for Indian scenarios for appearing Excise and taxes percentages and amount for PO printing. Could you be kind enough to let me know whehter the values are picked from Master table (Jlid) or the values are captured from other config table or PO table.

Hi,
Use function modules ME_TAXCOM_MEPO and CALCULATE_TAX_ITEM to get the the tax details in PO printout.

installed a new black ink printer cartridge in hp office jet 6500 e709n and it is not printing out anything with Black ink. I ran all the diagnostic tests including cleaning the cartridges, cartridge alignment, shut off the printer unplugged it, restarted, shut down computer retarted. All the other colors work except for the black cartridge. I checked the vent on cartridge and it is they way it should be. How can I print with Black Ink? very upset!!!! I've got the same with a new black ink cartridge. The display keeps alerting that you have to renew the ink. Tha's oke but the printer does not print black/White.
Do i have to replace the collor ink also at the same time?
Does it mean that if you replace black and not the color that it's NOT possible to print b/w?

Excise and tax not calulating in MIRO

Hi ,
I have created on PO in which system showing exicse and VAT amount.
But while doing MIRO it is not showing any tax and exice even though i selected calculate tax option.

Check your tax code appearing during MIRO. If it corrosponds to the excise & VAT then the taxes should appear on MIRO

Problem with credit note after excise and tax paid to govt

Hi friends,
Here i have one business scenario from credit note after tax paid to govt. Details are :
1. I raised one invoice on 01/03/08. And raised excise invoice and updated the registers on that same day.
2. I paid Excise duty on 15/03/08 to govt.
3. But customer requested new invoice due to few mistakes (price/qty) in invoice on 16/03/08.
4. We used credit memo and settled the difference amount to customer.
5. Now how to get the excise duty/vat back from govt.
6. As per rules we can't get it from govt.
7. But no goods retuns here to carryforward the bed to next month.

Is it Ecise invoice number or invoice no or delivery no.
and one more thing what is the A - Certificate in excise invoice.

I have a 4630, 3-in-one. I'm in the automatic refill program. I want to get to and print the report of useage for the month to see if I can reduce the among of pap I have allotted myself.

Hi Georgiapat465, welcome to the HP Forums. If you want the Month To Date statistics of your Instant Ink usage, you can log into your account on hpconnected.com and go to the services tab, and then find Instant Ink there. That page will show you on screen your usage.

IPhoto 4.0.3 color and Brightness problems when printing out photos.

In addition to my previous question, I forgot to mention that opening the iPhoto 4 JPEG photos in Photoshop also import as dark and reddish tinted. Help?

This color management thing gets pretty complicated. To get the best results you have to synch monitor calibration with camera and print settings.
There is also the difference between additive (light)and subtractive (pigment- ink) color. The monitor starts with black - 0%, adds red, green and blue to a pixel (picture element) and gets white 100%. A printer starts with white (paper) and when all the colors are added gets black - this is different then using true black ink.
So by their nature the display on the monitor and print are quite different. Typically monitors are set to maximum brightness and contrast. A photo appears light and less than saturated. Printing at BEST PHOTO lays on lots of ink dpi. So the print is going to be saturated and darker than the monitor image - for most users.
Professionals go to great effort to calibrate and control the effect of printing versus display. For us users it takes experimenting and experience to be able to judge the difference between display and output (print).
I have found that using Adobe RGB settings the photo as seen in PhotoShop is very close to the high quality print PhotoShop produces. That is why I do most adjustments in PhotoShop and use iPhoto for cropping and rotating pictures for the web or email.
The key to getting the best print in iPhoto is your printers color management settings.

Unable to print out at one time and in one file ALL of the individual Facebook Postings...I only get three (3) pages when printing...in prior versions of Firefox I could print do this but in this version I cannot: WHY?

Three (3) Pages are:
1) Page showing only the name and the remainder of the page blank;
2) Page with only the most recent posts (last post on page cut off);
3) Page with nothing on it.
Mozilla Firefox is my preferred and primary browser, however, I went to Safari and was able to print out ALL of the Facebook Posts WITHOUT Photos/Thumbnails showing up....
I would like Firefox to do what it used to and work for me!!!!

I am using 10.4.11 operating system. I upgraded from Photo shop 7.0 to CS and all my images print out green. The printer is a Epson Stylus C88+. The images on my monitor look the same as 7.0. I do a nozzle check every day.
Does any body know why this happened?

After creating Excise Invoice, what are the activities SD consultant has to carry out regarding excise registers and sales tax registers and what are the legal requirements to be filled up from SD point of view.

As for as updation of statutory registers are concerned, it is the duty of FI people whether the values are flowing correctly.
From SD side, you should ensure that in billing document both excise and tax values are flowing correctly and accounting document are generated. Also the excise invoice has the relevant duty values.

Why can't I print out predefined text in market document

Dear all
In the purchase order ,I add predefinded text, and I want to print out it with other document lines. So how to edit the layout.

It still have no effect .as to my question ,for example,I add these lines in Purchase Order documents

this is an important item
When I print out the Purchase Order ,the second line does not appear. By the way ,the second line is a predefinded text

GR Collective slip Print out

When user was making GR with multiple line itmes and he selected Collective print out option to print GR Note. But still only one line items get printed not all the line item. What will be the problem

check have u maintain WE03 as output type
In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, also ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
Then Go to MN21, for output type WE03 select Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now Go to MB90 select out put type as WE03 trns. medium as 1 and take printout
REWARD IF HELPFUL.

check some of steps for GR print
1. In OMBR indicate the printer name as LOCL,Item print indicator as 1,Print version-2
2. In M706 ,mantain output types for WE01/02/03 (as requiired),Also check the default value ,dispatch time-3/4,Tr medium-1 ,print parametr-7
3.In OMJ3 mantain output device for all the plants
4.in MN21 for output type WE,mantain print version-3 ,print item as 1.
Then in MIGO check the print check box and than going to MB90 get the document number and execute for getting print out.
