Excise Invoice details in FBL1N Required

Hi Gurus,
Is there any way where i can Display the Excise Invoice details while displaying Customer Line Items thru T.Code FBL1N.
I am not able to insert a special field from settings either.
Is there a solution..

Your question is a little confusng - Do you mean to say you want to view the Excise info also ? If so, how is it being recorded on an invoice - Based on that, you would be able to add that field in the T Code FBL5N.

    Hi
you want to see the invoice column in FBL5N report.  first you need to check the current layout selection.  this fields are available or not.  if available then add that fields.
if fields are not available then goto menu "Settings - special fields" OBVU.
then add this fields in this.
before add this fields here.  please check the data is updating in BSEG tables and which fields it has updating.
    hope this will help you.

    Hi Yoga,
You can use Parner Schema in your Vendor Master for this issue.
If you want a partner schema for your own document type then define your partner schema and assign to document type using the below mentioned path.
    IMG->MATERIAL MANAGEMENT->PURCHASING->PARTNER ->DETERMINATION - >PARTNER SETTINGS IN PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ->DEFINE PERMISSION  PARTNER SCHEMAS
    And then
ASSIGN PARTNER SCHEMAS TO DOCUMENT TYPE

    Hi..,

    Thank You.
    Regards ..,
    Ashok.

I think you are trying to create a/r credit memo from
    ar invoice.
In ar credit memo system prompts to enter excise reference no in accounting tab for that
click open OOEI in find mode enter
delivery number in remarks field as below.
For example delivery no is 100050* in remarks field,
press enter, now OOEI will open there you can find excise
    reference number below contact persons.
Copy excise reference number & paste it in
    ar credit memo.

  • Excise invoice for price difference required with material code

    Hi
In my scenario, we have charged less amount to customer at the time of sales.
For ex: Sales order was prepared for Rs.10000 and relevant excise duty was (@ 10% was charged). We did delivery and billing. We issued excise invoice as per Rs.10000 and relevant excise duty on it.
But actual basic price is 10100. We will charge Rs.100 and we have to charge relevant excise duty on it. However there will be no material movement.
1st i posted Debit note to customer with FB70 with following entry:
    Customer A/c.. Dr 110 (100 + 10% excise)
    To Sales A/c 100
    To Excise Paid A/c 10
Then i went to J1IH and gave FB70 document reference. Following entry was posted
Excise Paid A/c... Dr 10 (This amount i gave manually which is OK)
    To Excise Duty Receivable 10
    Now my doubts:
    1. How to credit Excise Duty Payable in J1IH. Which transaction type i need to check for it (DIEX or OTH, etc)
    2. How should i take print of excise invoice (for above J1IH). My material number should also get printed on invoice. But i am not specifying any material in J1IH
    3. 2. Can i create separate transaction type and then use it to J1IH. If yes then how to create and assign

    Hi Tanveer
I did following steps based on you input
    VA01 - Created Debit Memo no. 3
VF01 - Billing Number: 130012001 and accounting document number: 100000248.
J1IS - Clicked on create icon. Entered billing number 130012001, transaction type as OTHR  and other CIN related details.
It went to next screen. In that screen manually gave material code, units assesable value, chapter id, Basic Ex duty, Ecess and SHEC.
After giving it gave prompt: Excise Duty will be recalculated. I clicked on YES.
Entire line item got deleted and nothing happened.
Please help how to proceed in J1IS with above mentioned data. Which all field needs to be filled in J1IS.
    Please help.

  • Excise invoice printing is required in preprinted stationary format.

    Dear All,
I developed a new program & script for excise invoice printing. The requirement is as under: Page layout will be such where 10 line items( as maintained in billing document) can be printed in each page i.e. if billing document have 25 line items (including Finished goods & accessories) , so it should be printed in 3 pages. In each pages,  page no should be printed first, then consignee address, customer address, Date, SO number, Tin no etc. Those above details should come in header portion of each page. Then first 10 line items can be printed. If there are more line items, then next 10 items get printed in next page & so on. In the very last page only assessable amount, Tax, VAT, Educes amt & Gross amt along with Excise number, removal time, type if invoice, payment mode etc (in footer section) should be printed. If billing document have only 10 line items, it will be printed in a single page.
I have declared First page & next page only. In each page I have declared required page window according to window size of preprinted stationary format. For that I have used DINA4 page format( size 210 / 297 MM). But actual height of stationary format is 12 inch ( 305 MM).
In print preview it is displaying supereb. All required data is being displayed properly. But when I am taking printout from Dot-matrix printer, from second page onwards it start printing two lines prior to actual position (two lines going up).
I did some permutation to adjust it. But I can not find a proper resolution to it. My thinking is that it is only printer setting problem. Also in PC level in printer setting I used custom paper size declaring actual paper width & height.
Please advise whether it is script/ program problem or printer setting problem.
    Regards
    Srimanta

    Dear Bapujee/Santosh/Srimanta,
I know this is a very peculiar problem. Actually the SAP paper size definations are over-ruled by spool server's print manager's defination i.e. the setting of the PC's finally works.
Simple solution is create a paper size in the PC and set the printer with the new paper size.
Now, you will encounter another problem. The user may using the printer for other paper size printings also. To avoid the changing of PC's paper size every time the user prints different size, you can adopt this :
In the spool server (i.e. the PC with printer), create different printers with required paper size and name this printer with some meaniful names. Now, in R/3, while printing with LOCL output device the user can select the required printer.
This can be done for network printers also.
    All the best.
    With Regards,
    Abhijeet.

  • Need Depot Excise Invoice Date (J1IJ) in Z Report

    Dear All,
We have prepared Z report for depot sale for our client.
This report is capturing all the details but the we are not able to fetch date for depot excise invoice which we create through J1IJ.
As depot excise invoice details are taken from J_1IRG23D table which does not contain any date.
At the same time this depot excise invoice doe not get updated in table J_1IEXCHDR.
Now I want to know in which table date for depot excise invoice gets updated & how to bring that date in the report against particular depot excise invoice?
    Need logic for the same.
Immediate help on the same would be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Balaji

    1) When Depot do MIGO, excise values will get updated in J_1IEXCHDR
    2) When doing J1IJ, excise values will get updated in J_1IEXCDTL
    3) The balance unutilized quantity and value will be in J_1IEXCDTL

  • Capturing Excise Invoice (EI) at depot

    Hi gurus
I am facing an issue while capturing Excise Invoice (EI) at depot.
If non-batch material and batch material are combined into one material document which is generated after post goods issue (PGI) to create EI, two separate Excise Invoices are getting generated automatically.
But while capturing Excise Invoice for both materials at depot, I am NOT able to capture in T-code J1IG by Goods receipt material documents.
How to handle such case? Could you give us some suggestion?
    With Regards
    baalakrushnan.da

    Hi Ashok,
After MB1C, when we are trying to execute J1IG with the material document number and then click "Details" button, the new screen asks for internal document number. We click on "More Documents" and manually enter the excise values along with excise invoice details and save.
This reflects the values in the RG23D and displays in J1IDEPOTSTOCK1 report also.
But when we try to sell from the Depot and create J1IJ, the uploaded invoice is not getting displayed when we are trying to select it to pass excise value.
How can this invoice be selected in J1IJ, if we follow this route.
Is this the correct process or I am making some mistake in the J1IG step.

  • Excise Invoice printing for Rate Difference

    Ref : CIN
    Business Scenario :-
We are have to Prepare the Excise invoice for the price difference (rate difference) & we are have to charge the Excise duty & Tax to the customer.
Here we are preparing the debit memo request & then preparing the Invoice with reference to Debit memo. But here we are unable to prepare the Excise Invoice through J1iin  as delivery is not involved it. Therefore for updating the excise records we are a entering through J1IH.
But due to this we are unable to print the excise invoice on the preprinted Excise invoice stationary & Our customer requires the Excise Invoice.
Also the document flow is not been generated & user are facing lot of problem.
This is business critical scenario for us & we have to charge the price difference to the customer.
You are requested to give the solution to the above scenario.

    Hi,
I understand ur scenario and same we too also the requirement.  But in SAP system will not support to create Excise Invoice other than the billing catory M & U.  In those price differece scenarios, create ur own order related billing type with billing category as M and maintain copy controls in CIN wilth delivery type as blank and billing type as ur new billing type.  If u do these settings system allow to create the EI or if you want to create EI through standard debit note functionality then you require to change the source code.

  • Excise Invoice in GR IDoc

    Hi All,
We are using WMMBID02 IDoc for posting goods receipt. However we are not able to post excise invoice details at the time of GR because we are unable to capture the excise incoice details. As the excise invoice tab in MIGO header screen is dependant on other parameters ( CH. ID etc.) we could not map it using any std. IDoc.
Is there any method by which we can capture the excise invoice after GR, where no excise details are punched in in GR document?

  • Capturing Excise Invoice Reference at Depot

    Hi,
We are doing an implementation where the customer is currently working in a home grown software.
During Go-Live, we need to capture/upload the Excise Invoice reference of the existing Excisable Stock lying at the Depot.
We are uploading cutover stock of all materials programmatically using MB1C transaction. But while uploading Depot Stock, we also need to capture the receiving Excise Invoice number (through which the goods had arrived at the Depot from the Mother Manufacturing Plant), so that during sales from Depot we can pass the excise using J1IJ.
We have tried the following steps and failed:
    1. Upload inventory for the materials at the depot plant using MB1C.
    2. Using the material document created above, we tried to perform J1IG. (We got stuck here).
Please suggest the correct process to upload the cutover stock at Depot along with it's excise invoice reference.
