Excise Item TAB not showing in MIRO

Hi Expert,
While doing Miro, Excise Item Tab not showing we have check the details Like Tax code, Chapter ID, and excise rate Material.

Hi,
Please go to transaction code MIGO and check whether excise tax exists or not ? if yes, please click on and click on Miscellaneous tab
In case it is shown as In process we would not able to see excise details in MIRO.

MIGO-GR Open Quantity in Excise Item is not allowing MIRO

Hello,
We are facing problem while posting MIRO.
There is open quantity in Excise Item Tab. This problem is occured as there was difference of 0.036 in Goods Receipt.
I haved checked my MIGO-GR it is showing 802.00 KG while in J1IS - Part 2 it is showing 801.964 KG there is open quantity.
Excise Part-2 entry is not completed and it is not allowing us to post MIRO for the Supplier Invoice against the Purchasr Order.
You are kindly requested to look in to this and suggest solution, how we can solve this problem.

In J1iex change and post the balance qty and value for the same invoice and then do MIRO.

Cancelling the GR the excise item tab is not coming after flagging the OK

Hi SAP Experts,
there is one subcon PO for excisable material for depot, after its GR it have been posted from j1iex.
Now there is a requirement to cancel the excise posting for which first of all its GRN should be cancel.
But while cancelling the GR the excise item tab is not coming after flagging the OK.
This problem is there only for the depot, for other plant Im able to cancel for subcon PO.

Access Tab not showing for item level security

I have enabled item level security for the portal page I am working on, but the access tab for the items is not showing.
I have come accross exactly the same problem on this forum and the advice was:
Hi try the following :
go to page properties
set the item level security
clear the cache
clear your browser cache
it should work "
I have tried all that, closed and opened a browser but the access tab is still not showing. This is a 10.1.4 portal on LINUX. Starnge enough I have a testing environment installed on my Windows XP (AS 10.2.0.2 not upgarded to 10.1.4) and I don't have any issues with item security access tab at all.
I would appreciate any clues.

There should be two icons shown for each item when you put the page in Edit mode - Edit and Actions. Click on the Actions icon and "Access" should be one of the links in the list of actions (like hide, expire, delete, move, etc.)

Change description of the Excise item tab in MIGO

We have upgraded R3 4.7 to ECC 6.0 now we required in MIGO transaction Excise Item tab Indicator for Material type we need to change the description of this as RAW MATERIAL to INPUT MATERIAL and Consumable to Capital Goods which is in R3 4.7
Please suggest me any config.

Hi,
The above material type showing in MIGO screen, as you already declared the material under which material category in J1ID & so then value flowing.
You can not change here & you have few options to declared the material under which material categories.
You can keep all raw material as raw material & Consumable as asset.
But if your business needed very much, Just have a discuss with ABAPer for your requirement.

Even I am also facing same probelm that is when we are processing the MIGO I get the Excise tab but when I display the same document system is not displaying excise tab. for this I am alternatively checking part II in J1IEX transaction. I thing by applying this note it should show the excise tab.

Excise values are not showing in billing

hi all,
In RG23D register BED, AED, ECS values are showing correctly, but in order (VA02) or in billing (VF01) excise values are not showing. So, what could be the reason and what need to be checked?

Its Surprising, how come it is not appearing in Order and billing but yet it is passed to register RG23D.
1. Check Whether you have maintained those condition types in your pricing procedure.
2. Check whether you have maintained VK11 i.e., Values for those Excise Condition Types.
3. Check whether you have activated Statistical indicator for those condition types.
4. Proceed performing Analysis in Item details --> Conditions Tab --> Click Analysis tab provided to check whether the conditio types has been executed or not.
5. Check your Config Settings
IMG --> LG --> Tax on Goods Movement --> India --> Basic Settings --> Determination of Excise Duty --> Maintain Excise Defaults
Check these initially and let us know your outcome...

Leave Request work items are not showing in SBWP TCODE under OUTBOX .

I used work flow 12300111 for leave request process and I activated that work flow.
I applied leave through ESS from portal(Employee login)employee sends a leave request sends good,
and I got Leave request(work items) Managers in box(uwl in Manager Login in portal).
Manger Approve the leave request has been approved successfully.
can I check whether leave request is processed in R/3.
in tcode se38-RPTARQDBVIEW - UNDER leave request(Leave)->STATUS>COMPLETED,
But in r/3 i execute the Tcode SBWP...
here is no work items are not showing in outbox..

it wont be shown in outbox of SBWP
you need to check via SWIA or rptarqdbview or SWI5 for the user
these are java based tasks so will be done in UWL. you can see only the tasks but after approval they are disappeared.
The outbox shows the last 30 days by default. This default cannot be
changed. This 30 days selection period is always set when you enter
the outbox. However, the user can change the selection period by
clicking the button 'Change selection period' on top of the grid
control but this as you know will be reset once you log out.
This is how the mapping from the
backend workplace folders to the UWL tabs should work:
UWL tab                        Backend folder
Notifications                  Deadline Messages
Tasks-> Completed Tasks        Outbox -> Workitems executed by me
Tracking -> My Requests        Outbox -> Started Workflows
Tracking -> Forwarded          Outbox -> Forwarded workitems

Assets instead of Raw material at Excise item tab

While Poting GR for assets (and capturing&posting Excise inv.along with GR), system showing <b>raw material</b> type at excise item tab at detail data. How to get Assets instead of Raw material?

HI,
If you have ordered an Asset against a materaial master (with account assignment A), then check the material master type if it is Raw Material.
Check the Excise Entries, if there is entry for 50% hold of Excise credit, then system is posting the GRN against asset only.

On OSX 10.6.8 Mac Mail sent items do not show the Bcc field. Adjusting settings in mail/prefs/viewing/custom/bcc has no affect on Mail, ie Bcc still does not appear on sent items. Anyone got a fix?
