Excise payment before sales order creation

Hi All
I am mapping the process for liquor industry. This industry in India has to fulfill statutory requirements of excise duty as per state government policies. It comes under "state excise."
The process is as follows :
The manufacturer pays the excise amount prior to creation of sales order.
Later on the sales order + delivery + billing takes place.
After that the excise document ( J1IIN) gets generated.
How I can capture the initial excise amount.?
This excise amount will then be a part of purchase order, which can be put as a PO no. in the sales order.
Please advice.

Abhijeet Jadhav

  • 100% advance payment during sales order creation

    Dear Experts,
One of our international client is having one requirement for collecting the 100% advance payment from customer during sales order creation itself. Our customer is in Germany.
For high risk customers they want to collect the advance payment for 100%. And if this 100% advance payment was not paid by customer then, sales order should not be processed.
And during regular sales invoice creation the same down payment also needs to be displayed in the invoice as advance payment.
Is it possible to setup this process using milestone billing.?? .or some other process is available to setup this process.
    Thanks for your cooperation.
    Warm Regards,
    Velmurugan

    Hi
Try with this with Credit management.Put High Risk with Error message.
When ever you will Create Sales Order it will Block due to Credit Chech. For this scenario Enter the Parking  Vale at F-66.
Then make a entry for Customer-CR to BANK-DR.
    This may solve ur requirement.

  • Get condition prices before sales order creation

    Hi Experts,
I have a non-SAP system which needs price information from SAP.
As we know, in SAP after Sales order creation, the prices can be found in item condition tabs. All condition records and prices can be found.
Now, before the non-SAP system sends data to SAP for sales order creation, non-SAP needs the condition record and prices same as after sales order creation.
seems i have to write code in SAP for the logic of price determination. i assume that will be a big work.
so i'm supposing whether we can get the condition from the bapi for sales order creation. i can mask testrun = 'X', then get the conditions. but i tried creating sales order in code and found the condition - ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN is not populated.
anyone got a idea to solve this?
    Thanks a lot.
    Legend Lee.

    Hi,
If you run the BAPI under the same conditions but without the text flag checked do you get anything returned? Are there any messages in the RETURN table?
There are a number of OSS notes on this BAPI e.g. 93091 if you search on service.sap.com. The answer may lie in the pricing configuration; that the BAPI is not designed to work how you want it to work or a parameter has not been specified correctly.  You could look at FM SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE and try and use that however it is not released. Unfortunately I canu2019t give you a definitive answer or solution.

  • Spliting up the G/L account in time of Sales Order creation .

    Hi,
I am an ABAPer. Please let me know using ABAP code how to split the G/L account in time of Sales Order creation for a Payment Card.
    Shyamal.

    Hiya,
Don't have the system before me, but I think the approx path is:
IMG --> Controlling --> Profitability Analysis --> Master Data --> Valuation --> Define and Assign Val Strategies (I think it is KE4U).
Look up the Val Strategy assignments and look for anything with Record Type "A".
    Secondly, look for:
IMG --> controlling --> Profitability Analysis --> Actual Postings --> Active transfer of Sales Order Data
Under here, look for any assignments of Condition Types to Value Fields and Quantity Fields to COPA Value Fields (Qty.)
If these are present, they must have been put there on purpose. You should NOT JUST GO AHEAD AND DELETE them. Check why these are there and then check why these are flowing into your COPA report.
Normally COPA reports are defined by Record Type. If you used Record Type "F" in your reports, you should always get the proper PL report. However, if you assigned a combination of "F" and "A", you will find that your Order data is flowing into COPA along with the Billing data. So the third check point should be your report definition. Call up the form for the report you are running using transaction KE35 (Change Mode). Check the definition of the Sales quantity, etc. and look for any flows with Record Type "A". Since the form may be used by others, it is not a good idea to delete a form as it is. Copy the form into another and change the new one. Delete the "A" assignments and see if you get the correct result.
Broadly these are the areas you need to check. But COPA is vast and there could be other areas as well (e.g., KEDR Derivations, or some custom programs (SMOD)) which can trigger flows to COPA Value Fields.
    Cheers.

  • Sales order creation for a project

    Dear all,
I would like to know how to create quotation ,sales order, delivery and Billing for a total project. Let me explain the situation.. Customer has 4 different product.. they have 4 Plants to produce those materials.. They will sell each products individually and combination of others also. Their sales process is Customer will place an order for the total project which involves supply erection and Training. The erection and training may take 3 months to 1 year. The requirement is customer wants to create quotation and sales order creation in SAP. Also they want to map the erection and Training in SAP. They would like to capture the expenses involved during the erection and Training period. In this case excise duty, Sales Tax and service Tax all are involved in the same project.
Can any one suggest some idea
    Thanks in advance
    Sriram

    Hi,
It is understood that your client has 4 plants for 4 different materials. Your client sells materials and service (1.Installation of equipment and 2.Training the users). Your client wants to know the cost of the sold items (Materials and services). The billings are subjected to all applicable taxes.
As you know, these requirements can be mapped in SAP by SD and PS modules.
SD Module: Whatever the customer places the order (either partially or as total), you can create quotations. The materials are finished goods (FERT) and service materials (DIEN). The pricing procedure should consider all applicable duties and taxes.
The business flow: Quotation >> Sales order >> Delivery of goods >> Billing (VF01) >> Excise Invoice >> Account receivable.
Note: To link the sales order with PS module you have to maintain respective u2018WBS Elementu2019 in the Account assignment tab of the sales order. This is used for planned revenue in PS.
Since you are supplying goods from all plants, maintain all plants to Sales organization and distribution channel combination in Assignment of Enterprise structure.
    PS Module:
If the customer orders for an entire project including supply of materials, installation and training the users, create a project definition for that project in the project system. Assign a main WBS element under the project definition. Assign lower level WBS element according to your need. Under the WBS element network is assigned. Under the network activities are assigned. Under the activity there are activity elements. There are different types of activities; internal, external etc.
You can assign different WBS element for services. Under this the relevant activities are assigned.
You can budget for the project; you can assign supplementary budget if it is required.
When you release the project the Purchase requisitions are generated. The MM persons will create PO and procure the materials for the project.
All the materials required are initiated from PS. Here every activity is routed through PS including service.  So, all the expenses are captured.
By settlement rule, the cost is arrived at different levels.
The configuration is to be done accordingly.
Hope this give you an idea on the subject.
    Regards,
    K Bharathi

  • What are the User Exits for Sales Order creation process?

    Hi,
what are the User Exits for Sales Order creation process? how can I find them?
    thanks in advance,
    will reward,
    Mindaugas

    Please check this info:
User Exits In Sales Document Processing
This IMG step describes additional installation-specific processing in sales document processing. In particular, the required INCLUDES and user exits are described.
    Involved program components
System modifications for sales document processing affect different areas. Depending on the modification, you make the changes in the program components provided:
    MV45ATZZ
For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1
For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ
The user exits which you can use for modifications in sales document processing are listed below.
    USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT
This user exit can be used for deleting data which was stored in a separate table during sales document creation, for example, if the sales document is deleted.
For example, if an additional table is filled with the name of the person in charge (ERNAM) during order entry, this data can also be deleted after the sales order has been deleted.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LOESCHEN shortly before the routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a modification in ABAP. If a field has no field name, it cannot be allocated to a group.
The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as follows:
Modification group 1: Automatic modification with transaction MFAW
Modification group 2: It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
Modification group 3: For modifications which depend on check tables or on other fixed information
Modification group 4: is not used
The FORM routine is called up for every field of a screen. If you require changes to be made, you must make them in this user exit.
This FORM routine is called up by the module FELDAUSWAHL.
See the Screen Painter manual for further information on structuring the interface.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document header level. It is described in the section "Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAK_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document item level. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of the sales document schedule lines.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBEP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBKD_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
Use this user exit to define the number ranges for internal document number assignment depending on the required fields. For example, if you want to define the number range depending on the sales organization (VKORG) or on the selling company (VKBUR), use this user exit.
The user exit is called up in the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Use this user exit if you want to include and assign a value to an additional header field in the communication structure KOMK taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
Use this user exit if you want to include or assign a value to an additional item field in the communication structure KOMP taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT
You use this user exit if further additional tables are to be read when importing TA01 or TA02.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LESEN.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
Use this user exit to fill user-specific statistics update tables.
The user exit is called up by the FORM routine BELEG-SICHERN before the COMMIT command.
    Note
If a standard field is changed, the field r185d-dataloss is set to X. The system queries this indicator at the beginning of the safety routine. This is why this indicator must also be set during the maintenance of user-specific tables that are also to be saved.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.
The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
User exits in the program MV45AFZA
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKD
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional header fields in the communication structure KOMKD taken as a basis for the material determination. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for material determination".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPD
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional item fields in the communication structure KOMPD taken as a basis for the material determination. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for material determination".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMKG taken as a basis for material determination and material listing. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMPG taken as a basis for material determination and material listung. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
    USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT
With this user exit, you can reset certain customer-specific fields as soon as processing of a sales document is finished and before the following document is edited.
For example, if the credit limit of the sold-to party is read during document processing, in each case it must be reset again before processing the next document so that the credit limit is not used for the sold-to party of the following document.
The user exit is executed when a document is saved if you leave the processing of a document with F3 or F15.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_INITIALISIEREN.
    User-Exits in program MV45AFZB
    USEREXIT_CHECK_XVBAP_FOR_DELET
In this user exit, you can enter additional data for deletion of an item. If the criteria are met, the item is not deleted (unlike in the standard system).
    USEREXIT_CHECK_XVBEP_FOR_DELET
In this user exit, you can enter additional data for deletion of a schedule line. If the criteria are met, the schedule line is not deleted (unlike in the standard system).
    USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK
This user exit can be used to carry out additional checks (e.g. for completion) in the document header. The system could, for example, check whether certain shipping conditions are allowed for a particular customer group.
    USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP
This user exit can be used to carry out additional checks (e.g. for completion) at item level.
    USEREXIT_CHECK_VBKD
The user exit can be used to carry out additional checks (e.g. for completion) on the business data in the order.
    USEREXIT_CHECK_VBEP

    User exits in the screens
Additional header data is on screen SAPMV45A 0309, additional item data on screen SAPMV45A 0459. These screens contain the Include screens SAPMV45A 8309 or SAPMV45A 8459 as user exits.
Fields which are also to be included in the sales document for a specific installation should be included on the Include screens for maintaining. If an application-specific check module is needed for the fields, this can be included in the Include MV45AIZZ. The module is called up in the processing logic of the Include screens.
For field transports, you do not have to make changes or adjustments.
    Example
A new field, VBAK-ZZKUN, should be included in table VBAK.
If the check is defined via the Dictionary (fixed values or check table) the field must be included with the fullscreen editor in the Include screen SAPMV45A 8309. In this case, no change has to be made to the processing logic.
    User Exits in Program MV45AFZ4
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMK
You can use this user exit to add or edit additional header fields in the communication structure - KOMK- for free goods determination. For more information, see the New Fields for Free Goods Determination IMG activity.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMP
You can use this user exit to add or edit additional item fields in the communication structure KOMP for free goods determination. For more information see the New Fields for Free Goods Determination IMG activity.

  • Block sales order creation based on material qty

    Hi,
In my scenario i want to block the sales order creation based on material qty , how i can do this?
    Example:
Material qty below 100 = able to create sales order
Material qty above 100 = not able to create SO
    Thanks,
    Arun

    Hi
For restricting the order if it is less than a specified qty, you can maintain the 'min order qty' in material master.
But your requirement is the other way round - Restrict order if it is more than specified qty.
In this case, you need to use the following sales order exit  in progran MV45AFZZ
    u2022     USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.
The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    Hope this helps.

    Thanks and regards

    Hi,
I saw your Bapi, but which is the Output port you are using to get the Out put data :salesorder.
To submit all the input UI elements at a Time follow the below steps.
    Steps:
1.click on the connecting line b/w the tables and the data service .
    2.click on the configure
3.now In  the event name Dropdown ,put star * Sysmbol before the submit button ,Like :  *submit
do the above step for another tabel also.
now in Runtime ,clicking on the Submit button in the Formview will trigger the other tabel inputs also.
I hope now you got ,

  • Regarding UserExit in sales Order creation(VA01), change(VA02)

    *Hi Gurus,*
we are having one requirement that we have to change User status at item level in sales Order creation(VA01), change(VA02) according to certain condition( condition is if user status at item level is 'SGUC' then we need to get item category and with this item category we have to find new user status from our custom table).
*So is there any FM or user-exits to set the User Status of the Sales Order Line Item at the time of Order Creation(VA01) or Change sales order(VA02) but before saving.*
    *looking for your inputs.*

    Check,
    In include MV45AFZZ
    Routine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
    In include RV45PFZA
    Check with USEREXIT_SET_STATUS_VBUK ,  USEREXIT_SET_STATUS_VBUP

  • Sales Order Creation Process.....!!

    All,
I have been trying to call "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI" remotely (from .Net environment with SAP .Net Connector ). I understand this is the FM, which is being called from most of other important FM, like BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI or from Sale Order creation BAPI.
Anyway the issue I am facing is that, I have to call "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_PROCSETTINGS" before calling "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI" to persist the data in Data base tables (even if I am using Transaction Commit).
While calling these FMs remotely, if I call "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_PROCSETTINGS" and then "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI", it does not work. But If make a wrapper BAPI in CRM with call to "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_PROCSETTINGS" and then to "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI" within the same LUW, it works.
Now my problem is that I want to use Std BAPIs only (like "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI") and don't want to use any wrapper BAPI..
Anybody could guide me how to surmount the issue I am facing..?Also if somebody knows what this "BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_PROCSETTINGS" is suppose to do?
    Thanking all in advance....

I had faced the similar issue while calling the RFC's exists remotely.
I was calling couple of BAPI's in the same session and failing to commit the work in the same LUW.
I have resolved it by calling BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT sequentially in the same LUW.Try to do this.
Do you mention the 'DESTINATION' parameter to the BAPI's ?
And using wrapper RFC's is also recommended.
    Thanks,
    Thirumala.

Whether to allow duplicate PO numbers from a customer is a configuration setting....  However, what you're asking seems strange.... what has company code got to do with it, unless you want to allow PO numbers to dupllicate across SAP company codes...e.g., customer orders on PO #1 from company code 001 and PO #1 from company code 002....
Usually, we would want to apply duplicate PO code checking at the customer number level, wouldn't we?  If customer 1 sends me PO #1 and customer 100 sends me PO #1, I certainly would want to accept both orders.
Consult your SD functional specialist about configuring this option.

  • Credit management module at Sales order creation

    Hello Folks,
Can I confirm that when a sales order is created and customer master data code entered, eg , Payer or sold-to party or ship-to party, SD will integrate with Credit management module and do a credit check even before sales order is saved?
Likewise, at order creation stage, SD can also integrate with Project system for milestone billing?
With MM, SD checks the availabilty of material at order creation.
SAP SD integrates with CO only at PGI  (via table 30 of MM ) and billing stage.
    regards
    Tom

The Credit Management check only for the payer's credit. The Credit Check can be configured to check even before the sales order is saved.
    Goto T.Code OVA8 or SPRO>Sales & Dist>Basic Functions>Credit Management/Risk Management>credit management>Define Automatic Credit Control
Here you can configure. Check the field Item Check on the top left hand side.
