How to display time in words in PLD.For example : If removal time is 10:00 a.m than in words "Ten AM"

follow this procedure & try to resolve ur problem
1. Goto Content Tab
2. Select Source Type as Formula
3. Write down the Unique ID of the number field at Formula Editor. Ex:- Field_332
4. Noe goto Format Tab
5. there select sum in words check box

Mail subject line and safari Goggle Search window removing spaces between words

After upgrading to Lion I can no longer type out a subject line in Mac Mail witout the spaces automaicaly being removed. All words run together. Same situation in Safari's Google Search window. No issues in FireFox. Driving me nuts. Any others with this issue?

Found the answer to this issue. I'm amazed this received no responce from the community. Must mean I was the only one with such issue. Amazinly, the exact same thing was happening on three differnt Macs that I loaded Lion to. The answer was given to me by a very helpful and SMART tech person at Apple Care. Two other Apple Care techs were going to have me reinstall the entire OS after wiping my computers clean. I finally found someone that knew what they were doing. He simply took me to Apple>Preferences>Language & Text. Then I selected the Text Tab and then went to the bottom of the window and Reset Default Settings. Bingo, all was fixed. Each machine I did the same thing on and all are working fine now. Hope by me typing this up will help others if needed since not one person responded to this inquirey.

what do you exactly mean with logs? Things in R/3 like joblogs, batch-Input logs or things on the OS level like backup logs, archive logs, etc.?

The error affects multiple threads as seen in above excerpt and is flooding the application log with an average of 1 message per second, which is really annoying our Administrator :-). Our application doesn't use a timer and we're quite surprised this shows up in our application log. Has anyone experienced this behaviour before? It seems like an internal process of WebLogic Server is causing this, could this presumably be caused by the WDLF (WebLogic Diagnostic Framework) Console Extension? Any pointers on how to address this issue are appreciated.

Unfortunately you're right about it being a production environment, so that effectively rules out migrating the application to a domain with a 'Basic Server'. So even though we aren't using any WLI specific features I can't avoid having the application installed in an WLI environment.
I checked the logging configuration and all instances are using the standard JDK logger, so server log messages shouldn't end up in the application log. Also it was my understanding that using 'prefer-application-packages' in the WebLogic Descriptor and a packaged log4j.jar in the application EAR should force WebLogic Server to use the application packaged log4j.jar, so basically the log4j logger used within the application should only receive log messages from calls originating from the application itself (because the server should use its own log4j instance). Of course I might be wrong, in that case please don't hesitate to enlighten me :).

Counting times a word appears in document

I am trying to read from a file and count how many times a word appears in that document.
For example if i had a list of names
Daniel Fowler
Joe Mahogony
Daniel Peterson
Chris Sim
How would you count the amount of people named Daniel and display it?
I am currently using findInLine"Daniel" but when ran no luck.
Any ideas?

If you want to use the FileReader approach the within the code that actually reads the file line by line, you can use the String.indexOf method (as suggested by nclow) to check if a particular word is present in that line of the file. IF it is there you increment a counter.

There is any function to find out how much times a word
appears in a string?
For example:

There is any function to tell me that "text" appears 3 times
in that string?
I searched for function like that, but didn't found

Open up your Finder and click on Go on the top menu bar. Select Computer and then double click Macintosh HD. In here delete the backup folder. Might be called backups.backupdb.

Find the number of times a word appears

In Google Chrome find/search (ctrl+F) it will tell you how many times the word you are finding appears.
In Firefox I know you can find things (also ctrl+F) but is there any way in which you can find how many times that word appears, like in Chrome.

It can acheived in PLD itself.
Steps to be done:-
1. Suppose there is a database field(Field_014) - (table - ORDR/any table, Column - generation time).
2. Create a formula field(Field_100) add formula - ToNumber(Substring(Field_014,0,2)) -
Tick Mark Sum in words
3. Create another formula field(Field_101) add formula Field_101 - ToNumber(Substring(Field_014,3))
Tick Mark Sum in words
4.Create a text field add text 'Hours' Field_102
5. Create another text field add text 'Minutes' Field_103
6.Create another forumula field -Field_104 add formula
Concat(Field_100,' ',Field_102,' ',Field_101,' ',Field_103)
7. Detick visible for all fields in steps 1 to 6.
Save PLD in new name.
Click print preview.It will show time.

BUt in J1ip There is no option to enter this date & time pl suggetest
is there any field where we can enter this date & time of issue & removal so that it gets printed in excise invoice.

Do you want to mannually put the time of issue in the system if no than you can take the time from creation of delivery and get printed on invoice by help of abaper and for excise invoice there is a field in j1iin
