I want to make a zreport for excise register & also discuss with the ABAPER , he said the functional consultant will provide the fields & tables then i will make the report , can any one tell me where i can find the fields

Excise Report For Materials

Hi,
I am creating Excise Report for Materails .
My requirement i am creating 3 radio buttons in selection screen.
Functionality of 1 radio button
It displays all the excise details . This is i am getting from Mseg and Mkpf and j_1iexdtl and j_1iexdthr.
It is giving correctly in my report.
Functionality of 2 radio button
If one material came to the plant and again they send to Subcontractor they do not want to show the
original grs no if quantity same .If quantity is not same they want to display remaining quantity.
Here i am showing actual capital taken .
Here i am facing problem when i am delete the record when it is send to subcontractor if it again came from subcontractor I want add it Original Material Document no.
Functionality of 3 radio button
Which entires i am removing from second radio button i want to show in third radio button.

Hi,
    In the second radio button you are facing the problem.
    1) move the records to one internal table which you are going to delete from the internal table based on some conditions.
    2) Display the internal table which you collected in the select radiobutton.

Report for redundant Tables?

Hello all
Would like to see which tables have not been accessed for a certain period (eg. 6 months)
Does anyone know if there is a report which will be able to list this information?

You can check table RODIR for obsolete tables etc.
In you case there is tool provided by SAP for the same called CDMC .

VAT Report for Slovakia - Table FOTTDCLITM

Hello Experts,
I set up the VAT report RPFISKEVAT according to OSS note 1826197.
This program is used for Slovakian VAT reporting and should also create a XML file. But the report needs entries in table FOTTDCLITM. This table is empty and I don't know what kind of entries are needed.
I assume that I have to maintain all relevant tax amounts per period in this table but I am not sure. And also there is no maintenance possibility for this table. Has anyone an idea?

MII report for MII table maintenance

Hi Experts
My functional consultants want an easy way to update data in bespoke tables within the MII database.
They want to do mass updates. This is so they can run a demo of some interfaces, then reset the MII data to its previous state.
They cannot log on to SQL.
My plan is to enable this using an MII report running an update query/queries.
Has anyone done something similar? Can anyone give an example of an MII report to show table data and then allow the data to be updated in the underlying table (I suppose using an update query, allowing flexible updates)?
Or is there an easier way to enable a user-friendly table maintenance? Has to be something quick to build

The answer is something like this

Report for field sammg and refnr in two step picking

Hello Experts,
I have configure two step picking which is working fine.
But my concern is when I create a group from deliveries using VL06P, an five digit number (23717) is generated. But while putting same group number in LT72 screen for analysis or doing LT0E, I am getting en error that "this group number is not existing in system.
Then I have to go to SE16 and search in table T311. Then I found that there are two group number in this table which technical name are REFNR and SAMMG. So I have to pass 23717 in SAMMG field and note down the number (17) from REFNR field and process with REFNR number.
So is there any report whether I can get the same (when I pass SAMMG number I will get REFNR number) because my business user don't have access to SE16 again it is not acceptable to business.
Or is there anyway by which I can assign same number to both SAMMG and REFNR, so that my client will refer only one number in stead of two number.
I am hereby attaching one test data. Kindly go through it and revert to me with your analysis.

as an standard SAP you should be able to process the group number(23717) it seems there is some other setting / customization or you are following any additional steps in your system which generates the another number in Group (REFNR) field of T311 as in my case i am getting the same number in both the Group field

How to Populate Values in Report for Fields

Hi Experts,
I have a Report requirement where in I need to Populate values for FROM Period & TO Period based on the user i/p for Quarter variable.
For Eg;
Fiscal year : 2009
Quarter : 3
Mat     Year         From period    ToPeriod          QTY
A      2009            07                  09                1
B      2009            07                  09                22
C      2009            07                  09                44
There are no fields FROM Period or TO Period in Cube.I need to populate them in the report directly.
Please give some inputs to goahead.

Creating reports for user tables using XL reporter

Hi all
i wish to create a report based on user tables using the XL reporter.
question is: is it possible? and if so how can it be done?

Hi Yoav,
XL Reporter cannot pull data from UDTs. However, you can use an Excel template when creating your XL Reporter report and then embed VBA code in the template to pull the UDT data in to the report after the XL Reporter has finished generating the report. It all depends on how you need to combine the UDT data with other SBO data. If you are interested in a report based entirely on UDT data then it would be simpler just to write the report using VBA in Excel (or Crystal).

I have 8 fields in my fieldcatalog. Now, I have to do the subtotal based on 3rd field having name 'ABC'. This field is having type CHAR & having lenght 3.
